I had submitted information. A sales rep who seemed knowledgeable and friendly reached out. I provided the additional information he needed and never heard back. I even sent a follow up email and got nothing.

I had a unsatisfying experience with Rosa Bello Lopez. At the time of me getting quoted for a policy she was not very knowledgeable of the process. She could not answer my questions and kept getting defensive when being asked. She had to call her husband over the phone to ask him the questions I was asking her regarding my license, policy, etc. Her customer service is extremely unprofessional, my policy was cancelled due to certain circumstances that I take FULL responsibility for, however she had the audacity to call me a LIAR over the phone. People like her should not be managing a business. I am not soliciting her personal opinion, I am soliciting her services for car insurance. Phone calls were never returned to me, she claims she returned them, but as a business professional, the correct way to go about it would be to leave a voicemail to rectify your call. At the end of our conversation I asked for her full name and once again, she got defensive and told me, you already have my business card with my name on it and refused to give me her name, until I kept insisting on her spelling it out for me. This is the type of behavior that should not be tolerated from a manager. You should remain professional and cordial when dealing with a client. She obviously needs more experience, this is a low budget business who do not have your best interest at heart. They have 1 agent running the business, I was placed on hold after every other word. At the time of me enrolling, other customers walked in and their conversations were not confidential as theres only 1 agent who we had to share. Much guidance and blessings to her & her business.
