DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to my house the first time to clean my dryer ducts and charged me $300. I specifically asked the service provider did everything look okay after it was cleaned. He told me everything was fine and I should not have to get my ducts cleaned for a whole year since ducts are only supposed to be done once a year. He even informed me that if something went wrong I have a year warranty with them and just call and they will be right back out. Well my dryer stopped working again, I had a technician come out who told me my dryer was fine so that means there’s some blockage going on. I called this company back and they have been giving me the run around. NO ONE ANSWERS the phone. Once somebody did answer after days of calling, the young lady told me the technician will be out tomorrow between 9-11. Tomorrow came and went and nobody came. I have been calling for the last two days to see what happened with my appointment and again nobody is answering. So I decided to go to the address that’s listed for the company and it took me to a field! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The first time I used this company, they spent time to pull out the dryer, clean the duct between the dryer and the wall as well as to put a blower on the wall connection to blow all the lint out the ceiling vent in addition to cleaning out the dryer lint trap itsel . It was definitely worth the cost. The second time I used this company, the tech put a brush in the dryer lint trap, did not even pull the dryer away from the wall to clean the duct and was barely here 10 minutes only to charge me $300. Seems like I have to spend even more money now to get a real dryer vent cleaning done. Im not happy with the second service.
