My 4 year old Samsung dryer quit spinning. Called Advanced Appliance (found on Angies list) on a Friday. It was too late to come out but made an appointment for the following Monday. The technician, Hayden, arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. Fixed my dryer in less than an hour. He also took some of the parts out side and washed them off (lint, etc.). My dryer looks and runs like brand new. Thank you Hayden. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Hayden did an at home repair of our washer n dryer. Same day appointment. He was on time, courteous and very professional. It took less than an hour to repair our machines, according to the issues at hand. I highly recommend Advanced Appliance Sales.

When I first walked in through the door Eric greeted me with a smile and walked me through the store. He guided me through everything and helped me pick out the right washer and dryer that best suited my big family! They were very punctual and informative. After installing(the same day I bought them!!!) Eric stayed to make sure everything was working for us and showed us all of the features on our washer and dryer. He was very nice and patient with us throughout the whole thing. I will definitely be recommending all friends and family to Advanced Appliance. A big thanks to everyone who helped!

Did not go to the place of business but rather called for a part quote. The prices given were unusually high ($77 quote for a part I got online for $15 and three days sooner) so I just ordered the parts online and conducted my own repairs thanks to YouTube. Best of luck to this business and everything but will more than likely not ever purchase parts or use them for service/repairs in the futute.

These are obviously Lowes returns appliances that they steal from in back of Lowes. They have knowledge of tearing them apart an Frankensteining one together. They lack integrity, professionalism, and respect for theyre internal and external customers. The salesmanship is that of a small time, dime selling dope dealer. Hes as crooked as they come, anyone who enters his establishment, better yet buyer beware; you could get caught up being at the wrong place at the wrong time!!

A complete ripoff.Had an issue with a washer. The repair guy/kid (Hayden) came out and played around with my washer control board for about 2min and said I needed a new pump drain and that it would cost $230. Hayden never physical looked at the pump, he went off the codes on the control board. I told Hayden I will have my husband look at the pump before replacing because I was Skeptical replacing a pump That was never examined. So Hayden took my $80 and once my husband looked at the pump it was not the pump, it was cotton in the pump line. My husband removed the cotton and the washer worked fine. I paid $80 for Hayden to play with my control board, he failed to do his job by failing to physical inspect the issue. Called and requested half of my money back since Hayden did half is job and the old lady was rude and said “that is what he was suppose to do”.

Very Friendly Staff. I needed a replacement bearing for a Maytag Bravos Dryer Blower. Unfortunately they didnt have the part in stock, but were able to locate a replacement part for me. Prices were very reasonable. Even when compared to online retailers. Next time I have an issue with an appliance I will definitely take it to them.

All Sales ARE FINAL!!!! The old lady is rude! She doesnt understand why someone wouldnt want a scratched up used microwave. Paid $50 to have someone troubleshoot my microwave. I could tell that no one ever looked at it. I used the $50 credit bait fee to purchase a scratched and scuffed 2 year old microwave. I could of gotten the same exact model at Best Buy for an extra $60. Dont make the mistake I did, just go buy a new one!

Just wanted to say thanks to advance appliance. ..they took my money quick to diagnose the problem on my dryer. It has been 2 months, my dryer still not working, I have called them 4 times and they say I WILL GET THE TECH. TO CALL YOU, still waiting on tech to call. .NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL with advanced appliance..I went with BEST APPLIANCE they fixed it within 6 hours

Id give them zero stars if I could. Dont go there. The old lady that works there has no sense of what customer service is. She is very rude and has a bad attitude. I wasted $250.00 of my money. They troubleshot my leaking washing machine, changed a few parts, and it still leaks water. They have bad customer service and dont know what the hell they are doing. Overall it was a terrible experience.

My neighbor was doing her first remove and replacement of an appliance. She completed the entire purchased via the internet thru a big box retailer. She began to realize they are never as smooth as anticipated. After 3 unsuccessful painstaking installer attempts from the Big Box installer, they determined they could not install the dishwasher.I told her I would help. My first stop was to Advanced Appliance. I informed them of her plight. They sent out one of their installers to look at the problem. They could have just told me that they did not install something they did not sell. I would have understood. They were very helpful in resolving what started out as a simple dishwasher replacement.Thank you Advanced.

I had an issue with my dryer. I called and left my number, and no one returned my call until the next evening. A kid came out, probably in his late teens. He changed out the thermal sensor as expected, but he fooled around with my main control board. Upon turning the dryer on a loud pop and spark came from the control board. He quickly packed up and gave me a discount for not diagnosing the problem. Cost me $45 dollars to have someone come out and fry a $285 control board. Thanks Advanced... You Rock...

Always done a good job, and very dedicated. They speak the truth whether you want to hear it or not. I dont know where all these bad reviews came from, but it sounds like a bunch of lies. I will always use them.

I needed a new pully wheel for my dryer. I took apart my dryer, took the old part to them and ask if they had one. They looked around for some used parts and found one they said would work. It was obvious to me it would not. I had them order a replacement because they said it would be in on Monday (this was Friday). The part was $30 and shipping was $9. I paid for the part and somewhat put my dryer back so I didnt have parts all over the place all weekend. They said they would call on Monday when the part came in. I called Monday and they said it would be in on Wednesday. I went online, ordered the part, $15, had it shipped overnight, $25 and replaced it and was up and running Tuesday evening. If I had just ordered the part online Friday I would have been a day ahead at the same cost, $40. On Thursday I went to the store, since no one ever called, to ask if they could take back/refund the part they ordered. All sales are final This is the third time I used them for smaller repairs, and I think they actually repaired something for me once. I did it myself the last two times. So much for supporting this local business.

I bought a rebuilt washer for 270.00. The hot water and spin cycle did not work and they did not come as promised to correct the problems..I will never use this company again.

The WORST company ever. They claimed they were able to convert my dryer and did a shotty job. My dryer was leaking gas and center point even came out and confirmed it was due to their crappy work. They refused to fix the problem and told me that I needed to call a lawyer if I wanted anything to be done. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not do business with these crooks. Their work could possibly kill you!

I want to thank advanced appliances. not only do you feel like your important when you walk in, they go out of their way to make sure everything from the begging to the end you are treated right. my installation went smooth. the installer went the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied.ji purchase several appliances for my rentals and i have been to several stores. like lowes and home depot and more, but i never get the treatment or service like i have with advanced appliances. i will now only goto advanced appliances.

This was a pleasant experience having them come out and diagnosing and replacing the compressor start capacitor on our refrigerator.

They are not as professional as I would have expected. I go to the store to get questions answered about repair. Nobody there was able to help, I call back schedule an appointment, repair person was to call the day of to schedule a time. @10:30 am hadn t heard anything. so I call to check for them to say they are trying to get a hold of the repair guy - WTH. Now its to late in the day to get someone else out. So much for shopping local :(

Purchased a fridge three days ago, still dont have said fridgein my home. One thing after another on their part. Dont have the help to deliver, Dad has lift truck keys, rain, called at 9 this morning as I told them I would, was told oh yes he is loaded and ready to go, called back at 10:30 and asked about an eta as I needed to be somewhere. Appears I was plain ole Texas LIED to about the truck being loaded and he was on his way. Got told that someone came in and was talking to Hayden (the delivery person) and that he was loading and hurrying..........

We live in Pearland and called Advanced Appliance because they are a local business and of course needed help with our oven that wasnt heating up.1) The service man that came to our house was not located in Pearland2) After coming over and determining the problem,which was the heating element in the oven (which my husband found on the internet for $25- $45), it took the serviceman 10 minutes at the most to replace, so he was at the house for no more than 15 minutes.3) Our bill for that service was $270 (this is with the estimate of $75 considered)4) Serviceman commented that he wished all of his service calls were like ours (we bet he does)Its totally ridiculous, $100 for part, we know theres overhead but come on be reasonable (AND Allied said they would have sold the part to us for $70), the rest was labor (way too high, which we probably paid for his traveling time). We paid far too much. We failed to shop around. Make sure you do your homework before using this business!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Very deceptive pricing and overcharge!!! $350 to replace a dryer timer that I can buy online (OEM) for $60 and takes 10min to replace. They are crooks.
