The service went well my car was unlocked. The only issue I had was the cost almost $200. It would be nice to get some of the money back. I remember I was locked out of my car two years ago $60, I thought that was a lot. Inflation, I guess.

DONT TRY THIS COMPANY. Called and the Technician was Rude. Called the customer service and finally found out that he was on the way to League City and was not going to Pearland. Technician had unclean colorful metaphors for communication was not helpful at all. Technician went so far as accusing me of f$$% me to get out of a service call. Have a nice day Mr. Rude Technician.

Unreliable Technicians. Even lied that I f--- him off, I suppose he didnt want to do business or maybe lazy so he lied that I spoke in an unclean manner to him. Which is completely unprofessional of the Technician.

STAY AWAY!! I called to get duplicate keys made for 3 cars. Chose option 3 through the automated option for not being locked out. Transferred to a so called agent and was specific on not being locked out. Told her I need keys made. Took alot of imformation from for nothing. Got a call back and was told they could not make the key. I was like plural not singular. 3 vehicles and you cant make one? And on top of that they had the year wrong. And basically didnt want to come because of it. After explaining again what I needed. She asked to come unlock my car. Total waste of time and energy. STAY AWAY!!

Key Me sent a tech that came to the house, cut and programmed a new key. Super fast and nice. Gave pricing over the phone before they came out. More affordable than other places I got quoted from. Dealer wouldnt do it, said they dont have my key. Highly recommend.

Got the job done, and got there quickly, but was more expensive than most others.

Said someone would call me right back. They didnt. They called me back to ask me if a tech called. I asked them what number he called from because they were taking too long to confirm an appointment. When I asked them for more information about who should have called they hung up on me. Way to go for customer service...

Easy to use, there was no wait. I also like the idea of the finger print option to retrieve a lost key.

Got locked out by my 2 year old. Locksmith arrived in 15 min and took 5 seconds to get in. So grateful!

No do not use, they are scammers and not local. Is a referral business. Ask a lot of questions then get proof who you talk to and whose coming out. Reviews are probably manipulated
