DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE—THEY ARE NOT OPEN! I wasted 2 trips driving to this place trying to get key copies. The first time it was closed so I thought, ok no problem I’ll come back later. The second time, CLOSED AGAIN. So I decided to look inside through the glass at the top of the door and it looks like a storage building! I had an issue with transparency and pricing and felt scammed.I was quoted ~$150 to rekey 2 commercial locks, I did not have the keys.Tec came in did the work, and gave me a bill for $770.When I asked for some explanation, the tec said the parts, were $400 for two locks, and labor was ~$200 since I didnt have the keys. While later back tracking and saying that it would have been a $150 job If I had the keys. Which makes no sense If the parts really did cost $400. One way or another I was lied to and ended up paying much more than I wanted jut to get it over with.There was no consistency with pricing and it felt like numbers were just thrown out to see how much they could get me to pay.The tec was timely, considerate, and the work was fine. But that doesnt matter for the above reasons.

We called about 4 different locksmiths on a Sunday afternoon after getting locked out of the house. This was the only company willing to come out. Wendell or Winston (I cant remember) was very punctual, very friendly and very efficient. His quote was reasonable and he was very honest . The job was easier than anticipated so the final price was less than the quote. We highly recommend this company and I am glad I did not let the Yelp reviews deter me from using the . Another thing that I noticed was when he left he saw our kids playing in the street in front of our driveway and instead of turning around and driving by them, he went the long way out of the neighborhood. You definitely dont always find people that are that considerate anymore.

I arrived and doors are locked.vvi called the man again and he said he will call his mobile technician to come up here. The tech called and said he cant make they key to the padlock. I called the man back again and he said the guy normally here is out. Really poor service and wasted my time.
