Stopped in this week to have a lock rekeyed and additional keys made. This process was quick and reasonable. FYI: They are moving to a new location and packing items up.

Great Service and Prices! They were able to program a replacement smart key for my 2013 Santa Fe Sport for way less than the dealer.

This place is closed as of October 1, 2021 & had no information on door. Not mentioned on their website.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! Came in to get an old camper shell with a funky type of lock rekeyed and these guys were on it quick. They even lubed up the very sticky cylinders for me and the locks are working perfectly again. This place was recommended to me and they nailed it.

I went in to get my car fob to work, and Marco was super knowledgeable and able to fix my problem and work with me. I needed a new key for my wifes car. I had ordered it online and when it arrived I could not program it. When I spoke with Marco on the phone, he told me that he could help me. When I went into the store, Marco explained my problem and where I went wrong. He literally had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. In addition, he didnt even charge me. Excellent customer service service!!! After extensive online research I bought a Hollon safe from high security 12 months and 3 weeks ago. The purchase and delivery were all went as expected and I was a satisfied customer.About a week ago I started having problems with the locking mechanism right before a trip out of town. Last night I couldnt get the safe open after many frustrating attempts. I called the shop this morning to set up a service call, knowing I was just barely outside the 12 month service warranty. A little over an hour later Marco was knocking on my door. He fixed the issue quickly and did an overall tuneup on the locking mechanisms on the safe. I was outside the warranty period. He could have charged me for the service call and I would have paid it (slightly begrudgingly). Because the warranty period had expired so recently he didnt charge me a dime. I feel like that is the right thing to do and I really appreciate the stand up customer service. Ive now gone from standard satisfied customer to enthusiastic 5-star reviewer who would happily recommend this shop to anyone willing to listen. If youre looking for good old fashioned customer service High Security is a great place to start.

Horrible customer service might as well put a sign in the window saying “Whites Only”. My wife and I walk in was acknowledged and told be right with you. Finished the customer ahead of us and another white man walked in and he was immediately acknowledged and helped. I then question the worker and he ignored me and continued to help the white guy.I highly recommend if you are of color and lived in Pearland stay away from this place they are still representing “OLD PEARLAND and OLD PEARLAND WAYS”

I called around to 15-20 different locksmiths in the area and nobody could or wanted to make me a key for my motorcycle. I was finally referred to Marco at High Security Lock & Safe. My car key broke in half and many places told me that they were not going to be able to fix it or were going to charge an arm and a leg. When I went to test the key on my car there was an issue with the old transponder. One call and they quickly and efficiently came to my location and fixed the issue. The keys to my front door would not insert into the deadbolt. I used the Contact a Locksmith feature on HSLS website, thinking I would be scheduling a service call.Instead, I very quickly received an email from Mario, asking if I had tried lubricating the lock. After viewing a YouTube video and purchasing some graphic lubricant at Home Depot for $5, the job was finished.I really appreciate you allowing me to save the price of a service call. Thats what I call excellent customer service!

They came out and re-keyed our building with a Master and Tennent 1 and Tennent 2 keys which is a great convenience and they are so quick to respond when I need to order new keys and even a new lock to match when I had to replace a door. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I had an issue with replacing a Schlage lock I bought at a big box store for an outside gate and stopped in to ask about what the problem could be, as well as inquire about costs for a service call. I spent about 45 minutes speaking with the owner, Marco Garza. I cant say enough good things about my experience in his store. I truly appreciated the time he took to give me feedback on my issue with the lock, as well as share his knowledge and suggestions on security and safety matters that I inquired about in my home.

My car door key wasnt turning in the cylinder. I drove it over to this shop. In about 45 minutes and for a reasonable price, the lock was like new. Fair and quick: theres not much more to ask for.

Customer beware! Poor customer service. Had them make a new key for a lost key vehicle. Was told that the job was done but the truck was having some other issue not allowing it to turn on. I bought a fuel pump since the truck would crank but not start. A few days later I found the lost key and the truck started right up. They didnt program the key right and was now out the the fuel pump plus the days of not being able to use the truck for work. When I spoke to the owner he just blew me off saying not their problem, since they are not mechanics and they didnt say buy a fuel pump. Not even a simple apology was offered. He answered my concerns in a very arrogant manner. His tech that came out was no different. I had already dealt with the owners attitude before but dismissed it. I was in need of a quote and went inside to ask. The owner in a rude manner said come back on Monday we are now closed. The door was open and ppl were inside. Being a lock and safe place you would think they would of simply locked their door to notify ppl they are closed.

L went to this place with my Honda elite ignition switch and this guy made a great job, he got me a keys for affordable price.. l m very satisfied.

Unprofessional Customer service !! I had a Car key replaced here and the remote function shortly begin malfunctioning. When I took it back the guy treated me lik I was lying about where I bought the key or if I was looking for a hook up. I just wanted a functioning key. In the end they could not program my key possibly because the replacement key is not from the dealer but just replica in a new housing case. Would recommend B & L Locksmith instead.
