I have made several attempts to patronize this business. (3) clearly they are not interested in my money and each time the man at the front becomes more rude. Unfortunately I will no longer be disrespected and will take my business to people who will appreciate it and me.

I have been going to Lush for several years now with my Mom, and they are the best in the area. V and GiGi are artists and perfectionists. Every manicure/pedicure with them is a joy.

I am giving a 1 star because thats the minimum star to give. I got my nails done yesterday (Tuesday 8/28/18) by a technician called Kim and she was very rude and horrible at what she does. she gets upset because I told her to redo one finger which did not have SNS powder on the tip. like seriously? you want me to pay full price for half work? No! below i have attached pictures of her work.

Always a great experience. Appointment suggested on the weekends, and theyre pretty good with being timely. Great place for SNS dipping powder. Complimentary water is offered.

I used to love coming to this place to get pedicures with my daughter. The last couple of times we went it was very rushed. They don’t t take their time at all and we have left with our toes looking like I could have done them myself!They charge me the full amount for my 10 year old and don’t give her all the same parts of the treatment they did with me.I will not be returning. I come for relaxation and nice toes, but leave feeling like I just spent $70 for nothing.

I made an appointment for a service and when I got there they embarrassed me in front of the waiting clients by insisting to me that I need an appointment. I told him I did and even showed him on my phone where Id spoken with someone from their location yesterday. The man on the phone asked what service I wanted and took my phone number and asked that I be there at 9am the following morning. I made arrangements for my kids and got up early and everything. So disappointing and embarrassing. He basically was insisting I wasnt being honest. This has ruined my day and my weekend and was such a waste of time and effort.

I actually love this place. It’s so much more organized and professional than over nail salons in both peach tree city & newnan . I’ve never had to wait more than 10 min and I’ve only had to wait on 2 occasions.

I sent my girlfriend to this nail salon since it is close and decently reviewed. The nail technician took 2 hours for SNS nails and up-charged for taking their time claiming it takes longer. The technician didn’t even know how to do coffin style nails and was trying to charge extra for it. Overall experience was time consuming, minimal color variety, didn’t get what she asked for, & tried charging extra. Service bad to the point where I’m writing a review over this visit.

The staff was very nice but my nails (SNS) were lumpy and I felt rushed. I may give them another chance because they were kind but the quality was very poor.

I will never patronize this location again. They do NOT know how to properly manage customers and service order. We are merely numbers like in a factory and they just see dollars. If you come have patience, snacks and battery. 3hrs for a fill n pedicure

I was hesitant to go to Lush Nail Salon this afternoon in light of the bad reviews I see on here, but I had no problems. I got a classic pedicure and Ashley did a great job, and Linda gave me the first SNS manicure I have ever had. My nails look great and it was a pleasant experience. I had no appointment but didnt have to wait, and it was busy but nobody seemed to be having a problem. It wasnt a leisurely spa experience but I dont have patience for that anyway, as long as the leg/foot massage part isnt rushed (and it wasnt) then Im happy.

Loved my experience here. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Service was flawless. Non rushed and enjoyable experience. Will be coming back. Thank you!

I’ve visited here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. The place was extremely clean and I found the service to be very good. I’m on the hunt for a new place and I know that I will definitely return here.

Felt rushed with SNS nails. Shouldnt cuticles be cleaned up first? One customer at a time. Appointments dont matter. Of course nice nail techs but I am looking for calmer experience.

My favorite salon by far. Pedicures and SNS are excellent. The staff is friendly and the salon is always clean. My only complaint is I can’t find their app. I know I have been getting my points but don’t know where to find the info

I have been here multiple times to try and give this place chance after chance, but in my opinion, Ive been scammed due to my age, and the price for a fill in seems to go up every single time. I wasnt allowed to ask for a person that I wanted, so every time someone different did my nails. My acrylics were great the first time I went, but other times they have been thick and uneven. Dont think I will be returning. Very sad.

I’ve given this place multiple chances but it seems to get worse each time. They make you feel like a number from the moment you walk in the door. They rush you in and rush you out, and you’re lucky if your pedicure lasts more than 15 minutes! Horrible service and I will not be returning!

Staff is very good at their job. Also many people on hand to do pedicures and manicures so wait is usually not more than 5 or 10 mins. Multiple price ranges and nail colors give customers many options.

Very disappointed with my visit today. I got SNS and I had to tell the nail technician three times that my nails were not the same length. Even after I told her multiple times, my nails at the end were not even whatsoever. Nice lady, just thought having the same length for nails was common sense.

Very busy place...one time they over booked my manicure technician..she was doing my nails as well as another clients nails at the same time! Poor girl, she was frazzled jumping from person to person. Another time they claimed they did not have my appointment on their books even though I had a confirmation email. Will not be back.

I havent had much luck with nail salons in Peachtree City, so I was pleased with the results of my SNS manicure and traditional pedi at Lush. Compared to other salons Ive visited in town, this one was one of the cleanest and well maintained. No broken chairs. Their equipment was clean and I found the techs to be very friendly and conversational.

I have been to many of the nail shops in Peachtree City and Fayetteville over the years and I can honestly say that this is the best one Ive ever been to! I came in for a fill in and after uncovering the botched nail job I received from a popular shop in the Fayette Pavillion, TY gave me this marvelous new set. The guy is an artist and watching him work on my nails was such a wonderful experience (speaking from and artists standpoint). Im only sad that I chose to get my pedicure from a place that Ive been going to for a while that has gone up in prices and down in quality. Needless to say I will definitely patronize Lush from this point on. Strongly suggest giving them a try if you are looking for quality.

I was disappointed with their service. Beware, if you dont pay attention, they are skipping the massage and cleaning cuticles. Also, they rushed you. Also, techs dont treat customers nice. Some are rude. Its not worth coming here.

I have been coming to lush since they opened. The last 3 visits I must say have been quite disappointing for me. I always call a day or so ahead and make an appt but it does not seem to make a difference. All three visits I was pushed aside to accomodate walk ins. The owner who usually does my nails is short staffed hopping from answering phones, checking in customers, processing payments and even taking care of other customers nails who came in after me. If you don’t have time to do nails then schedule someone else to do it but take care of your customer

Clean place and for the most part the technicians are friendly. They do a good job too. I have been going here for almost a year now and enjoyed it until the past 3 trips. It’s seems that they have gotten busy and you have to wait a long time. Also once you called back they have rushed me through my pedicures and even skipped some of the parts of the pedicaure. The owner is extremely rude and pushy. She is always pushing customers into services they really don’t want. I also feel she is the reason the techs are rushing through the services and doing not as well job as they once did. I have decided to find a new place.

Meh. Technicians were friendly, and it was cleaner than most nail salons. I had SNS nails by Ty and gel toes by Tim. I’m not impressed with either and can’t wait to redo them (somewhere else). It was $75+tip. I won’t be back.

Used to be the best nail salon around for SNS. However the last 3 visits were aweful. It has always lasted me a month but the last few visits not even a week. Rushing through as fast as they can and skipping steps as well. One time they did it in 15 minutes. It has always taken at least 30-45. Wont be coming back. Its too expensive to not be done correctly. Not sure if its because they are having to replace techs that have left or what. Very disappointing but happy to have found a new place.

Tried Lush because several friends recommended it. The first time I was not impressed. It looks nicer inside and has a lot more chairs, but the nail technician seemed rushed and distracted. She also made my toes bleed and was exfoliating so hard that I had to ask her to pump the breaks on it (also, I’m not super sensitive and generally have a high pain tolerance). The second time I went for gel nails and again the technician, Tim, was rushed and distracted...didn’t even touch my cuticles. The gel started peeling off after 3 days. I wasn’t surprised because I noticed that the based coat didn’t fully cover several nails. Not happy and won’t be back. Sticking with my regular salon (Nail Star, Wilshire Pavilion).

Dissapointing pedicure! Paid for deluxe and she rushed through my massage becuase she had another customer requesting her 5 minutes into my pedicure.
