Very clean atmosphere. Very pleasant staff. My nail tech is very creative, and when I want to tone it down shes just as good. I sometimes take my son with me and we get pedicures together. Its a very relaxing atmosphere. Its quite even though its busy. I would recommend this salon. Katie is fantastic!

It was my first time visiting this nail salon since moving to the area. Service was fast and nail tech was focused. I enjoyed my final result with the SNS french.

They are always super polite. They are quick but they do an excellent job. They always make sure you are happy with your service before you leave.

New to the area... so far I am very pleased. Been twice at this time. I always get SNS for my nails and a pedicure. The length is all mine, no falsies!The only thing I could say is I wish the scrubbing off of the dead skin part of the pedi was more detailed. But I still say 5 star because they are nice there. Very pleasant environment and they always offer water or if I need anything! ♥️

I walked out a little shell shocked at the price because they didnt advise me on the extra cost of the gel polish. I knew that it would be extra but they charged me an extra $30, for my hands and feet, but the service from Jade & Ivy were excellent.

My nails look amazing and I don’t blame the artist for this mistake. But they charged me twice to my debit card. I was supposed to pay half cash half card but they ended up charging me for both meeting I’m out $100. I am a broke college student and I thought I could pamper myself but apparently I can’t even do that.

After several months of being a loyal customer here, I’m finally breaking up with this nail salon. I paid $55 for ombré with tips. It’s a pretty design except technique is horrible. They focus so much on filing the sides of the nail so much that the paint doesn’t cover the sides of my nails. You can see my real nails peeking out. It’s only been 5 days since I got them done. Also, they don’t go far enough to the cuticle, therefore the nails gap way too early already where it is also bumpy. Nail techs need to make nails look more natural by getting rid of the bump by filing cuticle area more & gap by the cuticle. I could do a better job doing it myself. It’s quite mediocre...

My SNS nails just don’t look good at all... the sides are super bulky looking and look weird on my hands. I know I have small fingers but I just wish she took a little more time to make sure they actually look good.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done and not only do I love getting my nails and toes done but I love to get my eyebrows waxed. The service is amazing and it is so clean and even COVID safe, and I recommend this to anyone that wants to get there nails done. 10/10 recommended Parisian Nails Salon.

I recently had a pedicure with Austin and he did a really nice job. This review is NOT a reflection of Austin. He really was very professional. The management is the problem at this establishment. I booked the appointment a day prior and I had to wait 40 minutes. This is the second time that this has happened- very poor management. This place is overrated, and if you look closely,‘it’s not that clean. There is all kinds of gunk and unidentifiable specimens in the arms of the pedicure chairs. In addition, the pedicure chairs show an immense amount of wear and tear on the footrests. Take a close look at them.The nail polishes are limited in terms of variety and the bottles look really old. One reviewer commented on the chandelier. Please sell the chandelier and purchase new nail polish and chairs. It is true that a chandelier does NOT make this establishment desirable. The .chandeliers don’t provide a service and it’s not so meaningful when you’re looking at them for 40 minutes prior to a SCHEDULED appointment.

Honestly Im shocked at the level of service I received while being serviced here recently. The young lady who did my SNS got extremely upset when I told her that one nail was lumpy and uneven from the rest of the nails. She proceeded to fix the nail and asked me why didnt I say anything when she was doing the service. I politely informed her that I could not tell until she was complete. She walked off and the young lady who had been doing my pedicure had to complete my nails also. She was so upset that she didnt come up to cash out my services and refused to say anything further to me. I typically visit here and get great service but I will no longer be patronizing this business if someone takes being asked to fix one nail with such offense.

I LOVE IT HERE!!! They were perfect with everything!! That says a lot of I am saying it. I am very picky! Very professional and they know what they are doing! I will be coming back again

Staff was very nice and my friend and I showed them pictures of what we wanted and it was almost identical to the pictures. This might be our new go to place!

Tri and Emily did an amazing job on my friend and I. We showed them the pictures we were trying to get similar to and they did a phenomenal job matching it up for us. Definitely will be coming back! My now new favorite place and definitely worth the 45 minute drive!

This place is phenomenal. Decor and ambiance are top notch, you feel tranquil and calm here. My service tech was wonderful, she gave me an awesome pedicure, and was just right with her touch. Thank you, and I will be back.

I am a regular customer of Katie at this salon. I cannot say enough about her!! She is very creative, extremely talented, and very professional to work with. What is most appreciated about her, unlike other Nail Technicians, is that I can provide an idea or picture and she can create or re-create it with ease. Katie is an Artist and I am so glad to have met her and be one of her clients!!

Worst Experience Ever!!! My Husband and I went in today for pedicures and left very disappointed! My husband’s technician filed the side of his foot to hard and created a open sore. My technician feel asleep while rubbing feet!

I am SO happy with my experience at Parisian. It is rare for me to get a pedicure, but I can say with 100% certainty that this is where I will now come when I do. I saw Linda for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and she was incredibly friendly and detail oriented. Highly recommend.

Anna is so talented and always makes my nails look perfect! She can do any design I have requested. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s always so clean, the employees are friendly, it’s organized and my manicures/pedicures always come out perfect!

Amy did an amazing job on my nails. She shaped them better than I could explain how I wanted them shaped. She knew exactly what I wanted and when my nail broke a few days later, she fixed it for free! 10/10 will be back.

I am there every 3-4 weeks for a pedicure during sandal season & theyve always done a great job. Place is very clean & peaceful & staff is very cordial. Some techs talk more than others, but that doesnt affect me one way or another. At least once a year when my oldest daughter & granddaughter are in town they accommodate 6 of us for pedicures at the same time (sitting next to each other) which is no small feat.

I was very happy with my first visit to the salon... It was just opening and even though the prices were a little higher, I dont mind paying for quality. The staff was very friendly, the establishment was clean and I was very happy with both my gel fill in and pedicure. I wrote down both of the technicians name so that I could make sure to use them again for my next visit. When I called to make my next appointment a few weeks later, I was told that neither of those employees were at that location any longer. Im particular about my nails, so I asked them to please make sure that they set me up with one of their very best technicians. He was friendly, but after my nails were done I was quite disappointed. They were very thick, uneven, and after being assured that they were dried I had to come back a few minutes later when I realized they werent. Because the technician was friendly, I tipped him and did not complain because I did not have time for them to remove my nails or fix them. If this is the best that they have, especially with these prices, I definitely wont be back.

I love this nail salon! I will never go anywhere else. They work in a quick and timely fashion, but they work precisely and leave you with perfect nails.

I have been here twice now and I have had a great experience. The first time I didnt have an appointment and my sister and I were seated within 10 min for pedicures. This last experience I had an appointment and was seated right away. I got a beautiful full set by Faith. I also received a nice pedicure from Brian.

It was very clean and nice but I felt rushed and my top coat wasn’t fully done.

This is my first time visit to Parisian. Beautiful place, but my pedicure was not great. I had a pedicure (Parisian Spa Pedicure) from man. He cut my toenail, but not even and terrible job on my pedicure. Im just so disappointed.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and staff! This is the only place I like to go and get my nails done. They have amazing massage chairs and the money while a bit pricey is worth every penny!

Literally don’t even have to go into detail about how terrible my BASIC French tip acrylics turned out.. they’re uneven, have fuzz and leftover paint all under the acrylic, it’s been a few days and my toenail polish is already chipped, the tail of my eyebrow was taken off when I got them waxed. It’s a pretty place.. but please just save your money & go elsewhere.

On the other hand, if you also want to be lied to by the front desk about the technician taking longer than expected only to find out that she forgot to book your appointment, if you like spending 45 minutes of the appointment getting your previous S&S removed, if youre fond of being rushed to pick a color or even if you love being quoted $35 only to be charged $50 before leaving - this is the place for you!

The lady who did my nails was very unpleasant. First off, she was very rough. She would SLAP my hands to get dip powder off my nails, she was jerking and pulling on my fingers, and she filed awfully. Second, she skipped over the clear coat of dip powder on one hand, but did it on the other. Finally, she was always grunting and coughing and did not even talk to me. I was very unhappy. The nails themselves are OK. They’re rough on the corners, have glue underneath and on the sides, but other then that they’re good. The other staff seemed very nice, but this older woman in particular was not friendly.

Love this place. Took great care of me both times I have gone and I am very picky. Only complaint is that I had THE best nail technician on my nails the first time I went and today they told me he no longer works there. Sad..

The service here is usually great, and Ive never experienced problems before, but today I went and had a terrible experience. The model nail color that I chose was a pumpkin orange color. I told her the name of the color, and she brought it to me, and it was a bright red. So I said I was looking at the more orange-y color, and she assured me it would turn that way on my nail. Well, it turned out to be bright red just as I expected, which tells me their model nails and their labels on their colors do not match. But the worst part is that the lady doing my nails filed my nails SO much, that she was filing and CUTTING my skin! I had 5 fingers bleeding, and she had to apply a very acidic and painful solution to make it stop. I had a terrible and painful experience. I will not go back.

I have been doing gel polish for the past year. thought I would try somewhere new, although it was clean, great atmosphere, friendly staff. the gel polish started peeling in a week and a half . I can generally go and get my nails done every 3-4 weeks. the same thing happened to another friend, I didnt take her advice, wish I had. will not go back

First time even going was today 9/11/2020 this will surely be my go to location..

Walked in to get nails done with for me my sisters and the man at the front wouldn’t give me a clear answer if we could get an appointment or not. He wouldn’t speak up, or confirm we could get an appointment so he had me leave a phone number and said he would call. I could tell he wasn’t going to call - and he never did. Snotty service and not worth it considering I’ve been here before

2nd worst SNS manicure of my life. He left nails super chunky (7 coats total - 2 white, 3 SNS, 2 clear coat). On top of that nails are crooked and edges were super messy! When he thinned nail down did it so unevenly you can see the streaks through top coat. The only reason I left with a semi ok manicure was because I literally made him re-do every nail. This is a picture immediately when I left. Co-workers and technician knew I was upset but too busy with their own customers to care.

Decorations and comfy seating does not make up for customer service. The guy that did my nails was very unpleasant. He did not speak to me the entire time. When I checked out, he told me my total and I wrote a tip on the receipt. He did not acknowledge me in any way even after he noticed that I left him a tip. You can have all the chandeliers in the world, but if you dont put a smile on your face and interact with people, they are more than likely NOT going to come back. It shouldnt be all about the money.

This was the worse place I’ve ever had Gel nails done, now have find a new place to get them fixed.. I’ll be visiting here two or three times a year but never go back.. Awful

Dara is the best! She does my mani and pedi, as well as my brows. So happy I can go to the same place for brows and nails. We always have good conversation whenever I come. Staff is super friendly! Salon is super clean!!! I would recommend this salon to anyone.

The male receptionist was very rude to my daughter and I today. We didn’t get to the chairs only to be loudly escorted to the front with “this is for the group.” Well where was this group when you have paying customers in front of you? Walked out. Will never go back.

I did ask for luxury manicure and the technician did basic one saying she didnt know about it and whether I asked for one, even after I said yes, she didnt bother and went off to start with other client, the other therapist from the other side said it would cost couple of bucks more which I knew and waited for someone to finish it, no one turned back, pathetic!! My nails werent shaped properly, taking off nails took 2 hrs. Very rude staff as if doing it for free. I wouldnt recommend it at all.
