First time going! I like my nails neat and short but protected and they did just what I ask!

Good morning,Today was the first time I had a bad experience with the nail salon. I had an appointment for 11am today and I was there on time ! I checked-in and waited to get serviced tender to me . 4 other clients checked 10 minutes later and service was render to them immediately. I made contact with the tech and asked her to cancel my appointment. She stated that someone else would render me service. I stated to her that I did not request a certain tech therefore I’m next in line for service. So cancel my appointment and I don’t not want to reschedule. Upon leaving the nail salon a tech contacted me attempting to explain that the lady nails he was doing walked in a few moments before me just to have one of her nails repaired and then he was going to render me service. I advised him that I had an appointment and it doesn’t matter who walks in nor does it matter what they need to have done . That I was next in line for service with an appointment. Communication is vital and this salon failed to communicate with me about what was happening nor did he ask me was it ok to due the nail repair . I could have been soaking the polish off( Hawian) my my nails or getting my pedicure while I waited by I was left in the sitting area. While he took it upon his self to start a repair on someone nail while I waited and I was the one with the appointment.S/N: If you are not being treated like you are suppose to then take your money somewhere else !

Love Kendron Nail Salon. All staff are very friendly and I have going there about two months now....just moved to area in February. They do a great job with pink and white nails.

The woman who did my toes was fabulous. She listened to my concerns and worked with me very well. Thanks Jessica! However, the woman who worked on my nails had the worst customer service. She filed my nails completely uneven and when I told her I felt as if they were uneven she told me “no, it’s not” and continued to file. I then decided I wanted a new color, she gave me the colors to look at while hovering over me making extremely uncomfortable. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. She was awfully rude. I then decided I did not want my nails done anymore and took my business elsewhere. I did not get her name unfortunately, I would not recommend Kedron Nails to anyone based off of my own experience.

Had the worst shocking experience at this location. Went in and they told me they could sit me right away for a pedicure and told me to pick the color. Sat down and the water was scalding hot, asked for her to turn it down a couple of times. She removed my existing polish and cut all of my toe nails down. I was in the seat for about 10 minutes as she was working on my toes. Then a gentleman at the front told her they forgot they had an appointment and I would need to come back another day, in the middle of my pedicure. I asked the lady if she was serious and she said the appointment they forgot about showed up and I would have to come back another time. I was shocked and so was the lady next to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone and honestly shocked at how they think this was ok.

Do not go here. they weren’t on time at all, took forever for simple services, made cuts in my nails, didn’t ask for what i wanted, and i ended up with worse nails than when i walked in. I wouldn’t even rate this salon 1 star it was so bad. i had a visible cut of my nail before coming into the salon, and she ended up cutting it even more. i am taking my nails off the second i get home. waste of money.

The gentleman said he had a new, innovative way of doing SNS nails. That was a lie. Its acrylic that he is passing off as SNS. My natural nails that Ive grown out for over 8 months with SNS have to be cut off, because this clown is trying to mix cheaper products. It makes sense why he insists on you coming back for his durable mixture.

I love this place. They always take good care of me. Kent is awesome with Hawaiian nails and V is great with gel. I have searched a good while for a salon I would always go to and now I found it!

Kedron Village Nails is a one stop shop. I’ve been a customer for years. Ever since the new owners took over about year and half ago, things have improved for the better and more services are offered. I get pedicures, manicures, lashes, eyebrows waxed and bikini wax. They are professional and do quality work. I recommend them to anyone who lives in or near the area.

I go every 3 weeks and I love Kent!! He is so creative and never have I been to nail salon and I know for sure my nails will not break. The quality of materials and service is unmatched!!!

Went there on a Sat. Got a manicure. The tech did not cut my cuticles. I returned days later, only to have lady owner accident cut my cuticle. Ouch!! Dont think I will be returning.

I have now been there 3 times and I wont get my nails done anywhere else!! Worth every single penny and the people there are so sweet.

I’ve gone to other nail salons in the Peachtree City area and have never been happy. I tried Kedron nails and haven’t gone anywhere else! They do such an amazing job. Usually when I get a full set they lift and come off within the week because my hands are in water frequently, but when the owners wife started doing my nails they last Atleast 2-3 weeks! I’m happy everytime I walk out the door! I would recommend Kendron Nails to anyone!

The staff at Kedron nails are always pleasant. Kent always does my nails and I have no complaints! The first time he did them I told him I wanted my Hawaiian nails to look natural and thank God it was his specialty and I have never looked back since. He is creative and I never have to wait whenever i have an appt!

The salon is a relaxed, tranquil and stress free environment. I made an appointment with Kent, who was very timely in his delivery of service. I was pleased with the recommendation made to get the Hawaiian nail design!!! The customer service rendered exceeded my expectations.

This is absolutely the best nail place I have ever been to! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and Kent is awesome. He has his own nail technique called “Hawaiian” nails and it is better than SNS or Gel nails. He takes his time and he matches your nails to your hand shape. I will never go any where else. Best in town hands down!!

I have been going to Kent for about 6 months now and love the Hawaiian nails! They last for 3 weeks and they guarantee their product! Wont go anywhere else!

Sanitation and quality of services are of the most important factors for me to decide whether or not I’ll come back to a salon. So when I went in to this salon to get my mani and pedi done, I noticed dust built up on the chairs and behind it. There are smell of sewage. Finally, when I went to use the bathroom, I noticed someone was eating in the room that seemed like they use for customers. State should come down.

I really like this place. Ive finally found a place to do my eyelashes. Vi is wonderful and they last over three weeks! Ive only had two pedis since the management change, and they did a great job both times.

I started going to this nail shop a few years ago but decided in December that I will never return.The nail tech (pedicure)was rude and ignorant. She asked me if I was married with children. When I told her no, she then proceeded to ask me about my sexual orientation. Seriously? I was so done.

First time coming here. I arrived at 11:45A. Told them I needed a pedicure. They walked me back to a chair and had me sit there for at least half an hour with my feet in cold water. Once there was someone available to do my pedicure at 12:30 they refilled the water with scalding hot water. Pedicure was fine but the customer experience can be vastly improved. They could have easily told me how busy they were and how long it might take so I could choose whether or not I sat there in cold water. It was my decision to wait and they did apologize for it taking so long to be seen so I will give it another shot. I hope they read these reviews and continue working on their experience.

Kent or his wife, Vee, do our SNS nails and they do a great job. Kent has a special brush-on technique that is quite durable. Today we also tried pedicures at Kedron Nails. I was happy with both the quality and value for money! I’ve tried many of the nail places around Peachtree City and like this one best.

Best Nail shop ever. I drive 30 mins to get my nails done here because they do a great job. I moved here from Florida two years ago found Kendron Nails and I have been hooked. I always make an appointment because I personally love when Kent does my nails he is very patient and does a great job. When I say last long, thats the kind of S&S that you will get. Try them you wont regret it.

Dont get talked into Gel nails. They use a dremel to remove instead of soaking of. Thins your nail bed. Went back bc they said they would remove correctly. Lies. Will not return, ever.

I do not normally take the time to write reviews. However, I tried this nail salon because Im new to the area and I have yet to find a nail salon that I really love. I went for a gel manicure. The manicure aspect of the experience was fine. He spent a great deal of time prepping the nail, trimming cuticles, and dead skin. However, he did an awful job with the actual painting of the nail. I have short nails so I realize its a little bit trickier to work with. However, he left gaps of unpainted nail and pools of paint right up to where the nail meets the skin. I was running short on time so I didnt ask him to fix anything as I really had to leave. I think the only way to make it look better would just be to repaint the entire nail and I didnt have time. Either way, when youre paying 30 dollars for a manicure it should be done very well.

I been going here for 4 years now and the service has declined tremendously as well as the quality of the work. I got gel nails and the tech did one nail at a time which was extremely time consuming and pointless because the polish began peeling off 3 days later. It was a waste or money and I will not be back. The rush through your pedicure and just throw paint on your toes.

When I first walked in I asked for a Mani pedi and the lady asked me if I wanted gel on my toes - huh I said know just the basics. It seems as if after that I just got basic customer service. Wendy who did my nails was more interested in who was coming in the door than doing my nails. The woman who did my feet was annoyed that I didnt want gel toes, sea salt or any of that. They did an ok job with filing and getting the cuticles, but terrible customer service. Nice place but wont return

Felt cheated. I didn’t get I asked for. Normally, I don’t complaint. I just stop going to them. However, I felt the needs to let other customers know so they can be aware and informed. What I thought was SNS wasn’t SNS. One guy brushed on for me and told me it’s better and told me it called Hawaiian. There was another guy that comes over that proceeded to explained that he created the product. After speaking to my other friends that been getting TRUE SNS, I knew the guy was a liar. What they did was nothing different then the color acrylic, which has been out for years. The reason why wanted the SNS was because it supposed to be healthier. I should of left right away when I felt that was they told me doesn’t sounded right. Now I know. Don’t be fooled by them. 😡

My daughter got her nails done there today. After telling the guy who did her emails that they were too thick, he still didn’t correct them telling her they would break. Well we have gotten our nails done for years and never have they been as thick as how he left them especially for a new set. We have had better service there before. But will never go back. If they don’t listen to you when you are paying money then don’t go back. Very disappointed.

Kendron Nails is one of the best nail salons in my area. They do their job with time and patience, and I always get the best results. Kent always knows what’s best for me and he always knows my usual when I go there. He always treats his customers with kindness. I love how he creates his S&S, wear instead of dipping you can brush it on and it lasted way longer and is more sensible. I go to Kendron nails every month and I’ve never been unsatisfied. Other than nails they also do eyebrows and lashes. Their eyebrows is something I definitely want to try, because I know they’ll do the best job. Kendron nails is more than a place you go to get your nails done, It’s a place you feel comfortable.

The lady was extremely nice, my pedicure was fine. I got my gel manicure done last Wednesday and the gel was chipping and peeling off Monday!!! Paid almost $50 for the gel to not even last a whole week!

The new owner is a jerk. he did my nails yesterday and made comments on how my fingers are crooked and how i should shave the hair off my hands. (i’m not a hairy person at all either.) he then made sexist comments about young girls to me and was making fun of a customer that dropped a nail polish making her feel very bad. i’ve been going here for years. i will not be returning.

Not happy with the SnS mani I got from here. The top coat was peeling off within 2 days, and my nails as a whole broke off and the SnS chipped in under a week.I have never had this experience elsewhere. I have since had my nails redone at another salon, and they have already lasted longer..I do not know if this was a fluke issue, or a recurring problem, but I will not be back to find out.

I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone. Im not usually the type of person who goes out of their way to complain....I work in retail and realize that employees need to be treated better by customers....but this place is awful. They overcharge, theyre rude, and they do somewhat less than a mediocre job. Ive only been twice and Ive left upset both times.

I called around 7:30 and asked them could they fix my two broken and they said they could. I get in there and they did a horrible job! My nails aren’t the same shape and the guy rushed on them. I will not be coming back.

I went in and got a mani pedi, they service was fine. However, two days later I called them and told them my nail polish was cracking and I was informed that they would repaint them since it was only two days. After arriving they told me they dont redo regular polish because its only supposed to last a few hours & they learned this in nail school. I asked if they could repaint them at a discounted rate since I drove 30 minutes under the impression I would get them redone and they said there wasnt anything they could do. I had an event this weekend and I was so busy I just had to deal with the cracked polish. 👎🏾

I dont usually post negative reviews but, my gel nail and pedicure are a week old and already chipped bad.. Never will I spend that much money for such poor service and the pedicure was short Ive had better from Walmart...
