Carolyn did my nails and she did such a good job! She was gentle and payed attention to detail. It was super affordable, $28 for a full set :)

I got sns done on the 4th of this month, it’s ten days later and my nails are chipped cracked and look like they need to be completely redone. For $50 to last less than ten days is ridiculous. By the second day they already had cracks and at a week they were chipping. Never going here again.

This was the worst manicure and pedicure Ive ever had. It looks like I did it myself. The lady who did it was very distracted and kept stopping to do chores around the shop. Will keep driving to Fayetteville to get quality work done. The sores on my foot appeared the next day.

My daughter and I stopped in for an impromptu manicure and pedicure. My pedicure was incredible and relaxing. My daughter had SNS, and the result was amazing. Both technicians paid attention to detail to provide us with the best service. We will definitely return!

I took my Nana, who is 88!! She had nothing but good things to say! Her toes were in need of serious attention. The gentleman that did her pedicure was so sweet! And did such a great job. The sweet lady that did my pedicure was just as awesome! Well be going back! Nana has already said

These people are awful. We came as a group and they didn’t know some of the women in our group speak fluent Vietnamese. The whole time the employees called us names and made very prejudice comments and condescending insults. That is no way to treat your customers. They also asked personal questions that made me uncomfortable. If a customer isn’t starting conversation then leave them alone and don’t ask about their personal life. That’s just rude and unprofessional. None of us are coming back here.

I was searching for someone that I can go to since moving to the Fairburn area. Ive been to a couple other places, but it seems that its almost impossible to have the same person do your nails every time. Not a Good Place, Gel nail Polish came off 2 Days later, Had to go back n get Chip Polish redone. Debit machine not working n My Polish on my toes was not done Correctly, Look like it had been on a Week n was growing out. Not to mention the Price, Come out of there paying $87 not Counting a Tip. Yes a Tip i tip everywhere i go but just dont go back.....

So Disappointed! I have been a loyal & generous client who comes in to get “the works”. So, I have been on a first name basis particularly with MiMi, The Owner. So when their wait was long, I was flexible but the unfriendly customer service by MiMi on other occasions- I let slide.This day, I had to wait 30 min & did. MiMi put me in the water so long WITH NO OTHER PATRONS that I had to ask Stephanie “where is MiMi”… I let that slide.She clearly was not having a good day. It happens.What I can NOT let slide is that throughout the service she stopped 3 Additional time with no apology. Not one time did she apologize as her service was not the standard. Something was off. She admitted to being tired & I said why not go home. Let someone else service me, I said.She said something else under her breath, “You can come back another day.” When I asked to repeat it, she threw up her hands & eventually another person completed the service. I am so disappointed that THE MONEY I DELIBERATELY SPENT HERE MEANT NOTHING. I came for a service & never will tolerate disrespect in an Nail Shop. I expect the same service you give to your older white clients. I thought it was my imagination until a black man came in for a pedicure & was told 1 hour when TWO White people came in & was told 30minutes I’m the most cheerful disposition.

The lady who was doing my feet was really nice. The lady who was doing my nails was nice as well. The lady who did my toes did a perfect job. My toes have zero imperfections. My nails however have a few. I got SNS nails, on my right middle finger a huge bubble/build up was left. The left middle finger has a large white line in the middle of the purple on towards the left side of the nail, like the product was not applied correctly. Other than that the length is perfect and she applied all the nails straight. Not once was I in pain or finger burned by that mechanical filer, like at other places Ive been. The price for a set of SNS and pedicure was a really good price. I have had the nails on for a week now and they are all still intact so thats a bonus points. There was some debris on the floor and all.

Had my first experience with this shop tonight and loved it. Everyone was friendly and they did great work on my mani/pedi/sns. Ill be coming back!

We love coming to this salon. The staff is always friendly.to us. I love that if they are super busy that they will give us a better time to return or a rough idea of wait time. This way, my daughter and I can plan out what is best. Stay or come back. Weve gotten to know most of the ladies really well. Its like visiting family when we walk thru the door.

Best nail place in Peachtree City. Get the deluxe pkg. They can even do both manicure and pedicure at the same time. Nice massage chairs. Fair price. Be kind to the employees.

My 90 year old grandmother went here for a pedicure and they tried to “dry” her legs and feet off with an already wet towel. Then after having to tell the technician that it was wet, they wouldn’t even help her put her socks and shoes back on. Terrible experience like we were bothering them. Definitely not going back!

We had a long wait before we were serviced so it was not a good experience. The shop closed about thirty or more minutes after the scheduled shop hours. This was my first time at this salon and I attended with my daughter who mentioned that this was a ongoing trend and she would probably stop using the salon because it was much too aggravating to be so inconvenienced and not be given a discount of some sort. Technicians were good but I will not return because the wait was not acceptable for a business that should be more organized.

Not the nicest nail salon but they do very good work. Pedicures are awesome. Prices are low and they are one of the only salons in the area that does SNS dip polish which I love. When they do it, it lasts 3+ weeks which is ideal. Would recommend for sure!

I stopped coming to get my s&s and gel manicures a while ago because they lacked quality. I continued to patronize this shop because one of the young ladies does an awesome job at pedicures (the one who just had a baby). Im just so disappointed that she is the only one who seems to do quality work. I was in last Friday for my final pedicure. Needless to say, someone besides the young lady did it and I am very dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

I do not usually do this, this is first review ever!! I recently visited this wonderful nail salon on Sunday August 5. It was my first time and I loved every minute of it. I went there with intentions of getting a manicure and pedicure for my 21st birthday and received outstanding treatment. The 4 in 1 + Hot stone pedicure I requested was more than I expected. Ms. Duong did and amazing job massaging my legs, making my feet feel baby soft, almost putting me to sleep with the soothing hot stones and overall pampering me. I wanted a certain manicure and Ms. Faith gave me just that and more. Unlike most nail technicians I have had in the past she went above and beyond, making sure I loved the shape, ombre color, and stones on my nails and ensuring that the design was secured and would be for the duration of my celebration. My boyfriend also received a pedicure from Ms. Christy and he loved it, and honestly I loved it for him because she made his feet look good as new. Not only did my boyfriend and I receive phenomenal treatment, but the prices are affordable! I do not want to give too much of my wonderful experience away, you MUST visit for yourself!!

I definitely will never come back to this place. If there were negative stars they will get them. The person doing my pedicure was nice but he did not know how to cut my corners cause I get ingrown nails. Then the nail polish did not match my nails nail polish at all . I can live with that, not a big deal. Now the lady that did my nails should not be licensed. She was wearing a white gown that was stained and dirty and was wearing a cloth mask not the required sterile clean mask. I broke a nail 2 days ago and it broke very deep and it hurt. She not only tried to file it where I had to scream cause it hurt, she filed the same nail on my other hand so deep it got my skin raw too. She also cut my thumb trying to cut my cuticles. When I told her she was hurting me she caught an attitude and was like “ do you want me to remove it or not?” She continue to file my 2 nails that were already deep into the skin even when I kept trying to to tell her she continued to hurt me. She then wiped my right hand to take the excess for the gel nail polish but not the left hand so one is shiny and one is dull. Finally she started to put lotion on my hand and instead of asking me remove my Fitbit she got lotion all over it. WORSE nail place and dirty. Spare yourself the bad experience. They also upcharged me for the pedicure that was supposed to be $30 and charged me $35 even though I was very specific on which one my husband and I wanted. Will not come back. The state should really check this place, is not clean.

This was my first visit and my nails look nice so I gave them 2 stars. But I’m not going back. I asked for stiletto nails repeatedly, and the women kept nodding and asking square or round? Then she filed my nail into a weird shape that was neither square nor round, and definitely was not stiletto. I had to pull up a photo before she understood. I specifically asked her to make them very sharp and pointy but she never did understand what I meant, and I eventually gave up on that. She also tried to tell me that the color I chose wouldn’t look good, but in reality I think she just didn’t have enough of that color and was trying to talk me out of it. She ended up mixing 2 colors together to make it work, and the end result is pretty. But i felt very put off that she tried to make me worry that I had chosen a bad color, instead of just telling me that she was worried she might run out. Like, don’t put your problems on me like that. The language barrier was just too big of an issue for me to feel like I could explain what I needed and that was frustrating. Also, why do you have to FaceTime your friend while you’re doing my nails? That is just tacky and unprofessional. Almost makes me want to take it down to 1 star. Thankfully my nails look fine and I’m relieved about that. But trust me, it would be easy to find a better salon.

Working late its been hard to get my eyebrows done. They waited even after closing to do my eyebrows, didnt rush & were EXTREMELY nice!

It is nasty inside of there. I told the lady who was waxing my eyebrows not to wax it too fast because i have soft skin!! She did not listen and now I am stuck with eyebrow scars on my face!!! She then over charged me for my eyebrows and chin and then had the nerve to ask for a tip!! Will never be returning!!

Im new to the area I needed a nail technician bad my first visit was a pleasure. My second was even better once they got to know me and my daughters they are like family. I love this nail salon and Ive invited all of my friends here they love it as well.

Not the nicest place as you walk in. 1 of the 3 nail technicians was super rude, and there was a huge fly problem. This is in November. I didnt even think flies were still around this late in the year. I dont know what they could be storing in there that would attract so many flies, but I felt like I was on a National Geographic documentary.

The WORST Nail Salon in PTC! They try & upcharge everything... and add on services. When a salon is super pushy like that, its a sign theyre not doing very well economically. I liked the gal that did my Pedi but my Mani technician was offensive and rude. She told me that my skin was dry at least 5x... sorry but I actually work and use my hands--Im not applying and re-applying lotion all day! The poor teen that was next to me told the Manager that they had messed her nails up the last time when they put acrylics on and the Manager still managed to talk her into tips... poor girl! Her Mom didnt even stand up for her & have her back! The teen was most likely forced to go there since Mom seemed satisfied enough. Seriously, Im going back to my nail place thats near PTC Staples and PIKE nursery... theyre the best even if I have to sit in a long line of traffic to get there in the afternoon (and not pair it with a Kroger or Target trip). Ive tried just about all of the salons in PTC so my advice and recommendation is: DONT GO HERE! or GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!
