I’ve gone to several nail salons and have yet to find somewhere that not only takes their time but does an amazing job. You get your money worth with the wonderful experience they provide through sugar scrubs, warm towels, massages, and good customer service. Truly a great experience. And I love how sanitary they are after every single person is done.

I absolutely LOVE this nail shop! The staff is awesome and so caring! They made me feel comfortable and their work is very thorough. I was getting a full acrylic set and the lady who was doing my top coat saw that it was messed up on one side and fixed it right away, even before I noticed it! This is my new place to go!!

I did NOT have a good experience getting my full set here. My pedicure was great, the lady who did it was precise and she did a good job. But, the man who did my nails was rude! He upcharged me more than normal and then said I could afford it because of my wedding ring and Michael Kors bag.I don’t know his name but he has a short black hair cut and tattoos on his arms and neck.He continued to haggle me to get the longer length saying he knows I can afford it. After I didn’t get the length he wanted and I chose a cheaper option he proceeded to be rude to me. Moving my hands aggressively, doing a poor job on the polish, left the dust on my hands and just put the oil on and having a attitude when I asked him to fix the mess ups.After he was finished he never said a word and just walked away. I’ve never had this type of experience and because of him and his poor service I will not be returning and won’t be recommending anyone to go to him personally.Maybe the other nail techs but I don’t recommend him at all!!

This is the best nail shop I gone to. The service is the best. My mail last for 3 weeks. They treat me very well and I fell like my business is appreciated. I always get complements on my nails. I get the SNS.

Best pedicure EVER!!! They dont make you feel like youre being rushed to get out and onto the next customer. Every technician is extremely patient and thorough and takes their time. Yen is amazing with nails as well. Love her.

My first visit the work was excellent. The last visit wasnt. My nails are awful. The tech must have been in training because the work was really sloppy.

Absolutely phenomenal! I got a mani/pedi and they both turned out great! They took their time and were very precise and thorough. Offered complimentary beverages and shoulder massage. Spectacular customer service. Joy did my manicure and she was amazing. She took her time and ended up giving me the exact result I was asking for. This is by far the best my nails have ever looked for the lowest cost I’ve ever paid. A+ service, I will definitely be going back!

I got my nails done there today and was extremely disappointed. The man who did my nails was very rude the whole time. He repeatedly kicked my feet under the table and ignored me when I asked him a question. Additionally the area was very unclean and it appeared that they had not changed the towel in between customers. Additionally they did not use sanitary equipment. He even tried to get one of my hangnails off using his own fingernails. He never trimmed my hangnails and only did so after I asked him twice. The final nails additionally where quite lumpy and uneven. Very disappointed.

Pretty sure I’ve found my new nail salon lol. This place is very clean and the staff is so courteous and they take their time to do the work the right way. Thank you Premiere Nails!

Exactly what I wanted, perfect shape and they look amazing!!!!

I will never go back. I got my nails done on Tuesday; the lady told me I was good to go, even though my nails needed another coat of paint. However, after I left I went and got groceries. By the time I was done, half of my nails were smeared. Feeling frustrated, I thought I would swallow what was partially my fault, even though she told me they were done drying, and just accept them and their smudges. However, by the next day they were majorly chipped and one of my fingers was sore because she clipped too much of my skin off.SO I went back in on Thursday morning to get a refund and/or a certificate for another manicure since this one was horrible and didnt even make it through 48 hours. But the man refused to give me a refund or certificate because his boss wasnt there and didnt know when he would be because he owned 5 stores. So I asked if there was a number I could call or a business card of his I could have but the answer was also no. Therefore, I will never go back and would strongly discourage anyone else from visiting here as well.

Excellent!!!! This is the best salon in Peachtree City. Ive been here a few times and have never been disappointed and neither will you. They really care about their work and are very, very thorough. The younger guy gave me the best pedicure that Ive ever had. The lady who did my manicure and eyebrows was great too and everyone is very polite. They even offer complimentary drinks. I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

This place is the BEST! I’ve been here multiple times and they are always very nice and pay attention to detail. I usually want specific things I find on Pinterest or wherever and they always do so well and don’t say they’re finished until it’s perfect. They even walked me out to my car with an umbrella when it was pouring. They have great prices as well. Best nail salon I’ve ever been to.

They are ok. I like when the older ladies do my nails. The polish is smoother and they dont cut my cuticles too close like the newbies. The organic pedicure is nice. Overall good experience. They keeping everything sanitized during pandemic as well.

My mom and I went for pedicures last week. What a fantastic place. The ladies who waited on us were very friendly and also very good at what they do. We did call to make an appointment a few days before for 10am on a Friday. The ladies took their time and we both felt pampered by the time we left. Im not sure Ive ever had a better foot and leg massage and we only sprang for the lowest end pedicure! The new owner talked with us while our toes were drying. What a lovely gentleman! The salon was exceptionally clean and the ladies used freshly sterilized trimmers and disposable, one time use scrubbers. All this to a lovely backdrop of very nice music. We will definitely be back!Cảm ơn

The lady did an amazing job 150% of what I expected! My nails came out exactly as I wanted comparing to the picture I showed her. My only problem was figuring out how to use the paper towel despener 😂. But 10/10 would recommend!

Great customer service! I picked a gel color that changed after I got it. I think it turned because I use a lot of hot water and hand santizer. I asked if they could just take it off and they offered to redo my nails with another color for free. They are AWESOME!

Ive been going here for almost 6 years. Headed in today for a pedicure . He said it would only be a few minutes. Another woman came in a few min later for a mani/pedi. About 10 min later, another woman came in for a mani/pedi, and they told her it wouldnt be long. Neither of these ladies had an appt.Someone came out of the break room about 20 min after I got there. She took the woman who just got there to a table. Another tech came over and took the lady who came in after me to a pedicure chair.I walked out. And into another nail salon. I will never be back, youve lost a customer of 6 years.

CLEAN! Sanitized, wonderful customer service! I am ALWAYS greeted by name. Any service, although I prefer their Luxury service, is wonderful & I have never experienced anything but the best! Ask for and explain what service you desire, and youll never be dissatisfied.

Im so picky about my nails that I usually do them myself. I was crunched for time however and decided to check premiere out- best nail salon Ive been to by far! They take the time to learn your name and actually to cater to your taste. My nails look awesome, no jagged edges or paint on my skin. Excellent work!

Yen did an excellent job on my acrylics and the lady who did my eyebrows (I forgot her name) was awesome!! They were polite, did great work and were very efficient.

For starters, i based my visit off of others reviews and everyone was correct. this is by far the best nail salon i have ever been to, and i have been to quite a few. the service was tremendous, but i will say that if you’re wanting to have a quick drop in and drop out experience, this is not the place for you. the employees took their time and genuinely made sure everything was perfect and to your liking. i got a classic pedicure ($23) and an acrylic full set with gel polish ($35) and they were both done at the same time. the older lady doing my pedicure did fantastic, and she was a perfectionist. she finished my toes while the older gentleman was still doing my fingers. a few minutes later i look at my toes and watch her carefully look at each toe and she then proceeded to take them off and she told me she wasn’t pleased so she wanted to redo them, but i thought they looked fantastic. you receive complimentary drinks and snacks once you get to the dryer. all in all, my experience was fantastic. from now on every time i come to atlanta i will be swinging by. i hope this review helps somebody hahaha.

Very bad experience! The owner started my manicure and completed my left hand, then he turned me over to his daughter who did a very bad job! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!

Do NOT go to this nails salon!!! The WORST experience in my life! If I could give under 0 stars, I would!! The nail technician was a young tall man (I hope owner will read this and tell him something about this)! Not only he made my finger BLEED!!!! But when he was ignoring the fact he made me bleed, he was wiping the blood with his hands and HIS NAILS!!!! I asked for antiseptic wipe or gel, something just so I can make sure I will not get any bacteria, but he said I dont have it!! Also the skin next to my nails is red and damaged, the old SNS was all over my fingers, he never thought it would be nice to wash that! I am not the person that complains and leaves reviews, as a matter affect I have been getting SNS for 20 years and never had I write a bad review.....but I was so shocked after my appointment that I have a need to tell everybody save your time and money and DO NOT GO HERE!! After my appointment I went home and was cleaning my skin and my nails for an hour! And today, 24h later, if I touch the skin under my nail, IT BLEEDS AGAIN!

This place is hit or miss. The reason Im giving this a one star rating now is because one of the nail techs (an older gentleman, perhaps the owner or a manager?) did the fill on my acrylic nails. The left hand was shorter than my right hand and he tried to tell me my fingers werent the same length. The color I picked out also wasnt the one that came out of the bottle due to mislabeling. When I went back to get it fixed, he refused to help me at all.Never going back.

Van usually does my mani and pedi; she is very good and Knowledgeable. One of the guys at Premiere did my manicure and pedicure once he didnt do a good so I do not allow anyone other than Van to do my nails and toes, if she isnt there, I dont get my manicure or pedicure done. If she is busy I will wait for her. she is just that good.

Horrible experience!!! The first couple times I went it was cool. Today I took my daughter for a pedicure I was advised by a customer they offer kids pedicures so I asked what did it consist of. The employee told me that it was for kids. I said ok she is a kids she started staring at my daughter and said something in her language the other looked and her and begin laughing. I was immediately upset. I asked her what was she laughing and staring at she says she’s too tall to be a kid. She began laughing again. I told her I would not spend my money in an establishment that mocks children. My father and my daughters father are both very tall. My baby was so embarrassed. It was a packed house and everyone was looking at her. Several people followed us out and apologized for the employee. Worse experience EVER!!

Went above and beyond for me/last minute job done well.

Decided to try this nail salon for a pedicure and fill in. Pedicure was nothing special but not awful, towards the end of my pedicure the lady asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done, I told her no thanks- she then went on two more times insisting I need them done. After kindly declining I do not appreciate being badgered to purchase extra services. I then had a younger male for my fill in.. I showed him a picture of the shape I would like he then argued it wouldnt look good etc, we went back and forth and I eventually just gave in because I was tired of arguing with him. When painting my nails he put 4 coats of polish on them, I sat under the dryer for 10 mins, was told my nails were dry. Its not been 3.5 hrs since I left, I just got out of the shower to realize my nail polish is all smudged up because the polish was so thick. So not only did I leave feeing insulted by you need your eyebrows done, not the nail shape I wanted at all, but I also have polish job thats down right embarrassing looking.
