ServiceMaster Commercial has cleaned our office building for over 6 years and does an outstanding job. The owners manage the staff very well. Even as transitions have occurred over time, the quality of service has remained consistent. Any time we have questions, Beth and Bruce are very attentive in answering promptly. It seems they take care of the cleanliness of our space as if it were their own. We are truly lucky to have such a great company in our local town of business. I highly recommend ServiceMaster Commercial to anyone considering gaining more time to manage their business and allowing someone else to focus on the cleaning.

Service Master has been cleaning Trinity Airs office space for a little over 1 year. Bruce and Beth Brooks are both GREAT to work with. They definitely put their customers first! Every week either Bruce or Beth stop in to be sure our office cleaning is being done and we are 100% satisfied.We highly recommend their service!

I just got off the phone with the owner of this Service Master whose name is Beth. I called to see if they still had my chair that was being cleaned after a flood in my home. She told me that they only do commercial clean up and she did not know who would have it. I asked her if she had any suggestions to find the chair and her exact words in an extremely rude tone were, I cant believe you would expect me to know that. Since I live in Peachtree City, I googled Service Master and this is the number that was provided. I explained this to her and then told her she did not have to be so rude. She then sarcastically told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. I would like for Beth to look on their website and ponder a moment about their mission statement. HONOR GOD IN ALL WE DO AND EXCEL WITH CUSTOMERS. You surely need a refresher course in both.

Have enjoyed ServiceMaster cleaning our facility and the fact that we can count on Beth and Bruce to always follow up - excellent customer service
