The technicians were very professional on the job. When asked how the Chem-Dry cleaning process works, they were very thorough in the knowledge and on job experience. The carpet and upholstery were cleaned without any chemical smell or odors. Susan Sullivan walked me through everything on the phone- services, pricing, setting an appointment,etc... She was so nice, and called me the next day to offer an even earlier time, which worked out great for me. The techs, Andrew and Jeffrey, showed up right on time. They were super nice guys, and did a great job! They were careful with my furniture, explained the process, and got my carpet good and clean. As part of the package, they also left me a huge can of spot remover.If you need a good carpet cleaning, I definitely recommend them- the pricing was really affordable, and they did a terrific job. For me, it was an excellent decision, and I will definitely be using them in the future!

The team was professional, accommodating, and friendly through a few hiccups we had on our scheduling (on our end, not theirs). The guys did a great job of cleaning my carpet. My only disappointment was that the floor was much damper than I expected. Last time I used Chem-Dry I remember it being dryer! It was actually Chem-Wet-But-Not-As-Wet-As-The-Other-Guys. But I still give them 5 stars because they worked quickly, did a good job, and the carpet looks nice.

The made our 2 year old off white in color sectional sofa look almost brand new. We were concerned that it would not come clean due to many spots and stains, even though we tried to care for it, but to my surprise it looks great. The sectional sofa is a very high quality one that we paid thousands for, so for the cost of a cleaning we have an almost new looking sofa. You can get cheaper cleaning elsewhere, but this is not place to cut corners. This is reasonably price, high quality, restorative cleaning for your carpets, area rugs, and upholstery. Extremely highly pleased and can recommend without reservation.

Best spot remover in the planet. One tried everything, including Folex and Woolite, which are good products, but Chem Dry is superior. Also, we never use anyone else to clean carpets or upholstery. Carpet was suppose to be dry within 4 hours. 2 days later still damp in areas all over the house. Called and all they say is that shouldnt be but have no solutions. We will not be using their service again. Oh and...They say dont put furniture on the wet because it will eat the varnish?!? What did they spray on my carpet!!!

Love this company. First time having my carpets cleaned and the customer service could not have been better. They were so nice over the phone and called the day before to confirm and an hour before they arrived. Very professional staff! They did a beautiful job cleaning an old hand sewn rug. It had been in storage and the cleaning brightened it up considerably!

Chem dry is great! The carpets are completely dry in a few hours and they always do a fantastic job. I’ve also seen where other companies won’t clean area rugs over hardwood without taking them away for 7-10 days. Chem dry doesn’t do that and they clean them right on the spot. They’re the only company I use anymore.
