The cleaners showed up on time, had a vibrant personality and, all jokes and smiles, did their thing. The price was right, the carpets sparkly clean and I had a great experience interacting with these guys, they brightened my day, not just the carpets (too bad i cant remember their name... ) Overall, great customer service, job well done, and highly recommend =)
