I cannot say enough great things about David and Diversified Cleaning Systems! We contacted Diversified Cleaning Systems because our carpets in the bedrooms, living room, and breakfast area were in desperate need of cleaning. Not only did David do an INCREDIBLE job of cleaning the carpets, he went above and beyond to get a very stubborn avocado oil stain off of one of our patio chair cushions. His dedication to his customers and his work ethic are exemplary. I normally don’t leave reviews, but everyone we spoke with and worked with was so professional, kind, and polite. We could not have had a better experience! Plus, our seat cushion, rugs/carpets are so clean!!

I had emailed David on a Sunday morning. Our dogs got into a scuffle and blood got onto our new carpet. David responded within the morning and was at my house by noon on a Sunday to help us and remove the blood stains.He did a fantastic job and our carpet looks brand new again and got every stain out.I highly recommend David and his professional services. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner (David) came out and did a thorough inspection of the carpet and gave me a quote for free. We decided to move ahead and booked a cleaning for the following week. His cleaning was just as thorough as the inspection, and I was very pleased with how clean the carpet came. When we moved into this rental house, we were told the carpet had been cleaned by Shane Steamers. However, when I vacuumed, I was getting lint/baking soda/dog hair out of the carpet and it had a bad odor. Im so thankful Diversified came out and re-did the whole house. It took him about 3 hours to do the bedrooms and staircases, but the carpet looks so much better and SMELLS so much better. Excellent company! Excellent service! You really get what you pay for with carpet cleaning, and its worth the extra money to get a thorough job.

While visiting my family, we had an issue that required carpet cleaning. Dave the owner was able to come the following day, and was knowledgeable and thorough in evaluating and explaining how he was going to treat everything. Now that they are all clean, the carpets look wonderful!

Dave just finished about 400sf of carpet in our home. FANTASTIC!!! I have used Diversified for over 15 years so we have been very happy with his professional care and timeliness. Diversified Cleaning Systems came to our rescue! Our dog vomited on the steps Friday night and I discovered at 6:00AM Saturday morning. They were able to fit me in and saved my carpet. David and C.J. were wonderful and a fantastic team. They are kind, considerate, and honest. It was a pleasure working with them, its great to meet such nice people with good values. We had Diversified clean our carpets when we moved into this house over 3 years ago. I was impressed at the time with their ability to get out difficult stains. I tried to go the cheapo route several times, with a few of the discount companies, with pretty poor results. This year I gave up on the discounters and called Diversified back. 3 years worth of stains that the others couldnt get out were completely taken care of, and the carpets look brand new again. I will use them again for our next cleaning, and recommend it to anyone in the PTC area looking for prompt, reasonably priced carpet cleaning.

Ive been begging my landlady to rip out the 18-year old cream-colored berber carpet in my condominium due to years of wear and tear caused by pet stains, kid spills and foot traffic stains. Some of the stained areas were quite large. After Diversified Cleaning the carpet looks new. I am thrilled with it. It even made the condominum smell fresher. He did a fantastic job. I wish I had before and after photos. Highly recommended!
