The staff was great, but the car was dirty, the worst and most disgusting part about it was that, there was a bottle filled with pee in the back of the car The car was not even inspected if it was dirty... how can you miss such a big thing? Simply disgusting!

The staff here is AMAZING! Nothing short of the best service. I continually select this location because of that. I use rental cars several months throughout the year for work, and Dave and Jonathan make it easy!

They replaced the car we originally reserved with another.It was supposedly was an upgrade.We wanted the particular car we “reserved”When it arrived to us the tire had low airPressure.WE were told to fill it up. We did.Then it was actually because there was a foreign object in it. Not because of the cold temperatures as I know that happens sometimes.WE were told to contAct other rental locations. They did not make the effort to do it for us. When we couldn’t find any other vehicle they suggestion WE go to NBT or the place where they do business so that we can wait so their car would be fixed in order for us to use it!!The manager of 255 Andover st. Enterprise a woman Becky Anne, Marie or something rather was not remorseful or helpful. I am appalled by their service and people should know they take advantage of others kindness.

I have rented a car from there on a few occasions and each and every time I have received great service. The people have been very friendly and courteous cant say enough about the service at this branch.

At a busy time of day the young lady at the counter showed enthusiasm and great energy! She was an absolute professional and is a great asset to that office!

Last time I call to the manager and asked why they charge my one more day rental and ira Subaru should pay for my rental on that day,Because I have the rental warranty,he hang up my phone.and then I call again,he was getting mad for that. You know I call ira Subaru to see what happen before and they asked me to call you guys.first nobody wants to boring you,because you’re boring me first,why did you charge my money,and you are boring me first,you need to explain to me what happen then charge my money is fine,and I am not the one you yelled,ok

Rented a car by calling at 7am and went to pick the car up at 1045am...guess what they said it was out for an oil change and I didnt get a car till just after noon
