God awful, dont go anywhere near. Car seemed reliable and then literally a week later it wont start. Being told I need a battery replacement after the guy Franck said there were no issues with the car. Also, generally unprofessional and rude. Dont go there or deal with that guy unless you wanna be lied to and robbed.

I made another review but i had to make another with an update. The dealer Franck told me there was nothing wrong with the car (2000 toyota camry) and then a week later the engine wouldnt start. He then said it needed a battery replacement. Ok. The car started working again without me having to do anything but I got a battery replacement this morning anyways since he said it needed it. Things seemed fine for a few hours until the check engine light came on and my car broke down. Now im stranded and have to get my car towed. Once again has only been a week since i purchased the car and he overcharged me. DO NOT GO.

If i could give this negative stars i would. this place is a NIGHTMARE. 2 months after i buy a chevy cruze had to go through my warranty and put 3grand worth of work into this car. i have put endless amounts of money into this car for alternator, turbo rebuild, 2 water pumps, oil and transmission lines spark plugs ignition coil, battery, valve cover, fuel pump, oil pan and much more! well today my car dies in the middle of the street and guess what? blown motor! at 100,000 miles. i have had this car for 2 years. and have 5,000 left on my loan. now i have no vehicle and have to pay or finance a new car with that added on top DO NOT trust these people. They should lose their business for doing this to people. Oh and also they had to drive far away to get my inspection sticker Wakefield or Waltham I believe? and took two days before they even gave me the car...hm sketchy...after telling them I could get it myself they said they have a contract with a place that does the stickers for them...hmm Funny after the sticker I pick up the car and the battery light is on and remained on until I brought it back another day. How can a car pass with this light on? I am contacting the better business bureu and the finance company to let them know about this. all of the negative comments are true. And the responses from the dealer are careless fake and rude.

My mom and I purchased a 2006 Volkswagen from PK Motors 2 years ago, and I have had nothing but problems with the car since. A couple months after purchasing the car I was on the highway when the ABS light came on and the vehicle stopped accelerating, almost causing an accident. After pulling over, the car would no longer move and I had to be towed. When I got this problem repaired, the mechanic told me that there appeared to be holes poked into the malfunctioning part (I cannot remember the name of the part).In the past year I have gotten the solenoid and thermostat replaced at a different mechanic who specializes in foreign vehicles. I was informed that the solenoid was broken and glued in place, and there was a hose that had been glued to the thermostat and had to be broken off so the old thermostat could be removed.These are just a couple of the MANY repairs Ive had done on this car in two short years. I have put way more money into this car than it is worth on the things that should have been repaired before the car was sold to me. This was my first time buying a car and I was naive to the process, and clearly that was taken advantage of by this dealership.Learn from my mistake and do not buy a car here. Go to a reputable dealer who will not scam you by selling you a car that is quiet literally held together by glue. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible dealer, this was the worse car buying experience I have ever had because of it I would never return to any used car dealership, I wouldnt even return here when theres a issue with the vehicle I have purchased from them and god knows there are issues with this vehicle. When I returned a couple days after the purchase with a few complaints about the vehicle I was told its normal wear I was told We dont see or feel what your talking about when there was clearly a issue. Needles to say once you take the car off their lot your on your own!Buyer Beware and Be Cautious go to a reputable dealer and do your homework!If i could give a negative star I would give 6 Negative stars

BUYER BEWARE: I called about a specific SUV. Asked what was wrong with it before I drive all the way down there. Warned the guy I will bring my mechanic who will let me know. So be honest now so I dont waste my time. Tells me needs an axel. Show up and the thing needs an axel brakes and motor mount. Plus the back and front bumper were damaged. Guy comes out with a jump starter to start the SUV. RUN!!! Sneaky dealership.

Easy to finance with and friendly but then found them to be a wolf in sheeps clothing. Becareful they use chinese parts that screwed up my whole radiator system. The warunty almost didnt cover any of it because of this reason! Just be sure you know what your doing when looking at one of their cars.
