My car overheated and I was stuck on Rt.1 north. AAA sent Gaetas out to grab my car. The tow truck driver was so nice and so professional. He was incredibly caring as well. He reassured me that everything would be fine, and wouldnt leave unless I felt safe and knew I had someone coming to pick me up. Made the situation a lot easier to deal with

Driver showed up to us on 95N in 6 minutes, towed us to the Tesla charging station and even allowed us to ride in the cab with him with our dogs in the age of Covid. Helpful AF!!

Their regular unleaded gas (2.49 gallon) is .40 cents higher than any other station on route 1. When I questioned the woman she said it’s because She’ll is a better gas. She’ll station in Lynn is 1.99 per a gallon. I also used them for AAA, they quoted me an hour and it took two hours, I had to call twice. This place is a rip off!

Needed road service, truck was in a odd predicament. Driver was courteous and effective. after several attempts to free my truck, he finally got it done with minimal superficial damage. I expected a lot more damage amounting to $$$. GREAT JOB!!

Gaetas Tows for AAA, and we are waiting 2 hours and counting for a flat bed. They sent a standard tow truck and the driver did not even put his rig in Park stating we needed a flat bed and he could not tow the vehicle. Original call to AAA was 11AM it is 1:45pm and we are now told it will take another hour. Four hours total? Gaeta dispatcher said We told AAA we were all backed up. Awful communication with AAA and the customer. Why bother being a AAA company if you can not provide the service.

Went to get an inspection sticker here yesterday. When I went inside their VERY small store to pay for the sticker. There were 3 employees inside in a very tight space just hanging around. Not one of them were wearing a mask! The only time I saw someone wearing a mask was when the guy performing the inspection took my truck into the bay!

Kenny is an amazing mechanic. Knowledgeable and willing to explain in laymans terms to a novice. Quite wonderful!

Not to mention that he runs a cab company that gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. Then later that month I bought a car for a fantastic price at his car dealership that is located out front of The golden banana in Peabody on rt 1....Check em out!

Worst service ever I dont even want to give them a point of a star but am forced to give them a whole star!!!! Driver couldnt tow his way out of paper bag, damaged my car right in front of me and tried to deny it and then the customer service from the dispatcher and the driver was absolutely deplorable! I dont know why the police or AAA use them, they arent worth the dirt on my shoe

My friend ran over a tree stump as he pulled over on the side of the road and gaetas got his truck off it doing an excellent job taking their time to analyze the situation.

Review is for motorcycle inspection only. Is typically fast and no bs. They get you in, out and back on your ride. Going here for 5+ yrs. Never a problem.

I had a frozen brake but am on crutches and couldnt do anything to fix it. My car was in a long term parking lot where it would have been a bear to tow, and repair shops were closed for Saturday night. The nice young operator listened to my assessment and acted on it--occasionally surprising for this elderly granny. I cant thank him enough for getting me back on the road home to Maine.

While driving through Peabody, my car lost oil pressure and died...on New Years Day. Despite the holiday, a Gaetas tow truck arrived within minutes, driven by Carmen Gaeta himself.Hopefully you never need a tow, but if you do, these are your guys. Professional and friendly through the whole process.Thank you!

Just got a flat tire on 95 south, called Infiniti Roadside and after 2 hrs of waiting for someone to come, gave up and called Gaetas. They got there in literally 5 minutes, the guy was very nice, he put my spare on for me, and had me on my way. As an impatient person I very much appreciate speed. Thanks for the help!

The service I eceived from them to say the least was terrible and Un professional.Broke down in Peabody told them I would pay out of pocket for tow to Amesbury. Told meThey would be there in 40 miniutes . Well 2 hours went by no tow truck, call and spoke to a personThat said they had no call from AAA. As I explained to him they were not involved and was paying out of pocket.to say the least he could care less that I waited 2 hours and no tow truck.For a company that has been in business they were the worst . So for people that please be aware .

I am from out of town, 2 hours away and broke down on a Sunday. To make a long story short there was a miscommunication about mechanics being available on Sundays. My car stayed there over night with no stoage fees. When I showed up Monday to pick up my car because I thought it would be fixed by 5pm, another miscommunication, the mechanic said it wouldnt be ready by 5 (when they closed). He stayed late and got me on the road. Maybe not 5 star service but he was caring enough to stay late so I didnt have to travel back the Tuesday to get it. Thank you for your kindness.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They towed my car for me after a nasty accident. I have a couple thousand dollars worth of tools in the vehcile. They stored the vehicle overnight as I was in the hospital and unable to have them bring it to my house. Once I got out, and they did bring it, the car had been trashed and the tools, radio, and backseat were all stolen. After telling the tow truck driver, he said not our problem dropped it and left. After several phone calls, and TWO trips down there, they said we do not care and we are not helping, it its not our fault it happened on their property while the car was in their possession. It may not be their liability but they didnt even seem like they cared. They also ripped the front bumper off the vehicle while winching it onto the flatbed.very unhappy with them and I will never recommend them to anyone. And I tell this story to everyone who will listen to me

I went through AAA looking for a tow for my 98 Accord that was not starting outside my house. I was set up with Gaetas Automotive for my towing service. Not 10 minutes after my phone call ended with AAA a friendly and informed driver was at my front door. Though pouring outside the driver offered on taking a personal look at the car before moving it . Hearing the car had around 111,000 miles the driver mentioned a few potentials that may be causing the problem. He took time to investigate a few of the possibilities. Though none panned out to be what was preventing the car from turning over I did not expect this extra effort. Noticing I was alone and without a ride back from the service center the driver offered to drop the car off as to prevent a walk through the storm. Going above and beyond expectations is nothing short of the service I received.Having never used Gaetas Auto prior to this I can say that they have earned my future business and recommendation for your next tow.

I was late to work when there was no reason for me to be late mind you theyre located in the same city where I needed their assistance thats why I called them. Never again!
