Terrible all around, would not recommend. Save your money!

They are an excellent Tow Company ... Right on the ball! Everyone was pleasant

I just made a phone call to Phils towing and asked him to help me find a used tire rim. He gave me a place to go to and he was so nice to help me out. I havedelt with them before, and received good service.

Billy gave me a rate promptly to move a piece of equipment for my customer. He even worked with me on the price. Very reasonably priced and great customer service. I will be using this company on future moves out in his area. Would highly recommend.

I wouldnt even rate them a 1. They take unprofessional to the next level. The man who I spoke with screamed at me and swore at me. I wouldnt want the individual answering phones to represent anything. Disrespectful and rude. Now that I am seeing these other comments, I can see why they get such a poor rating. I am concerned that when I pick my car up there will be damage done to it because whoever answered the phone clearly has anger issues.

I was recently stuck in a rainstorm with two flat tires and these guys came and help me out at a good price. The guy on the phone was friendly as well as the driver who picked me up, dropped my vehicle off at Townfair Tire and gave me a ride home.I highly recommend Bills if you ever have an emergency on the North Shore.

Professional and personable. Happily fit our family into his cab and took us and our car to safety. Hopefully we dont ever need another tow, but would call Phils if the need arose.

Called and asked on a price on moving a tool box told them the pick up and destination points, he than told me its 85 an hour which I was okay with. Than told me I was looking at 3hours. I mentioned to him the distance between the two locations 13miles roughly 17min without traffic 30 with, I understand loading might take a couple of minutes as well but not 2 hours. He than yelled at me saying he doesnt want my business and hung up. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. Not very courteous or professional at all. Such a Shame.

Needed a tow into Boston. What would normally be around $150 this company wanted $300 cash. What’s that called ?

One of there drivers flipped me off and cut me off for no reason whatsoever. He passed me in the slow lane doing well over the speed limit in a company tow truck. I would never trust someone so reckless to have my car on the back of the truck.

Don’t call this place called them for a tow because my car was in a flooded street owner told me to go f*** my mother and to stay in the puddle
