I started going to Krazy nails because my friend nails were always neat, pretty, well polished and the designs were AMAZING! She referred me to Bebe. From my first visit till now, BEBE takes her time, very puntual, very professional, friendly but most importantly her personality resembles on her WORK. I recommend Bebe for you nails and feet any day. She IS GREATTTT!

My personal nail tech from this location is Miss Bebe. She is one of the best techs i have had in a while. she is very professional, very talented, patient, creative, and polite. she makes u feel comfortable, and allows u to create a design along with her. she always satisfies every viset, i go biweekly and she never misses or reschedules appointments.

Miss Bee Bee is the beat she absolutely slay my nails every time I don’t have to wait long for her and no matter what crazy idea I ask she execute every time

I got an acrylic set and the person that did my nails he had an attitude and he also cut me up multiple times. He got upset when he was the one that kept messing up my nails. Overall it was a decent experience

They was charging me 60 for a set, i want it square and they did it coffin then I ask for a design they was doing a mess, I have to paint it all white. The nails ended up patchy uneven and all differents sizes🙄 horrible service and prices too high for a simple set

Got treated bad because I have long nails none of them wanted to do my nails so the owner had no other choice but to do my nails and he had a attitude because he didn’t want to do it pushing my hand around. I went there for 1 nail since he had a attitude because it was long he told me $20 for 1 nail

I was in and out within a half hour, I only got a pedicure, it was 10 cheaper then route 4, and the job was the same. Maybe a little better!

I have been going there for like at least 14 years already. I watch them grow as a business. I watch their children grow as they did mine. No matter how busy they are they always find time for their customers. They have quality supplies and trust me it makes a difference. I can honestly say I can go a month before my nails look like they need love. The pedicures are the best. Like I said quality products are what count & that and I just love it there I will never leave.

I paid $70 for ombré and $18 for my toes. Ask for Tina! The place is large with a lot of nail techs which I like.

At first I was welcomed by a nice gentleman at the door and was pleased when he asked me if I needed any help. However, I was super disappointed with the way my nails came out and the guy who did them was rude. When I had to put my nails to dry he pushed my hand away to get my attention to put them in front of the fan. He had zero patience, didnt talk to me AT ALL and just wanted to get my nails done and over with. If you look at the picture you can actually see the old nails that desperately needed refilling underneath what I got done. The feel of my nails are super grainy/rough and they look dull. I got them done yesterday and they are ALREADY LIFTING. He wanted to charge me $35....

Very poor service, i got my nails done and i hated the job the nail tech did. he forced me into getting gel, i didn’t want gel, but he insisted. he also did a terrible job shaping my nails i was so unsatisfied i walked out FUMING, never coming here again. i even witnessed a woman coming in arguing about how she just got a refill the day prior and her nail broke and they wouldn’t fix it. the picture on the left is what i got, the picture on the right is what i wanted. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been going to this nail salon for many years now, its a busy place but they have many nail techs on staff. If youre looking to get the spa pedicure treatment with the hot stones & all that extra stuff this is not the place but if youre the type that likes getting straight to the point meaning get your nails/pedicure done & go about your day then Krazy Nails is the spot for you... Lisa is a legend for eyebrows I must say.

I got an expensive gel manicure and the next day the gel chipped off on the corner without any manual labor.

Good quality work and a low 25$ for an acrylic set. I wish they would actually give a full manicure and hand massage like most places do with the acrylic set when you get it. Its good here.. just feels very rushed. When I get tips by my house in Paterson, the manicurist will actually soak my cuticles and all that stuff they do when you get a regular manicure, idk why this place doesnt

Krazy nails is a salon thats really nice people especially Kathy the only girl that I let do my nails cuz Im a diabetic so I trust her you knowing that she will take care of me Kathy gets 5 stars.

Overall, it is an alright place. I find the atmosphere very friendly and the nail tech I go to does a good job. Staying here until I find a better nail salon, have been to 4 other places and they were all horrible.

Everyone raved about this place but I am disappointed. I had pink and white and asked for a new set but a French manicure with acrylic and gel. The woman did not want to soak off my nails then argued with me about what I wanted. She complained that it took 40 minutes. I showed her a photo. She finished and I was not happy, but I was not beat to wait for a refill I would hate. To top it off, I got charged $40. No second time customer here.

My feet are pretty chopped up. Sexy man feet. Everytime I sit down they all be like DAAAANNNNNMMMM. Then laugh and joke in their language. But its really cool and a warm place. Disgusted entirely!! Paid $25 for a rushed sloppy manicure I could’ve did at home. Then when I brought my concerns to the manager he walked off in the middle of conversation and made someone else talk to me because he didn’t want to deal with it. I get my nails done for the quality not the price. And this place is not worth your money. Definitely not coming back

The only good thing was that I didnt have to wait, they seated me right away. Other than that they charged me 5 dollars extra for nails I could of done at home. The overall quality was not worth the trip.

They take their customers fast. I usually get my eyebrows done there (lady there is AAAA++plus she knows what she is doing). My eyebrows look better(we are doing training with them as in wax off unwanted hair so they dont grow back overtime and to them stopping completely enhancing my good arch shaped)..Got my nails done once there i wasnt too fond (maybe what i had gotten done) but ive seen other people nails. They seem nice.

I would never go back to the place, went for a manicure the lady seriously walked away cause I told her not to cut my nails to short .. spoke to Liza which is the owner she said that she couldn’t do anything the she was scared of the lady that was about to do my manicure.. never again
