I’ve been to this salon before to get my hair done and that has been so good so far. First time I did my acrylics at the salon it went very well the owner did an amazing job. Last time I went to the salon I had gotten a mani and pedi, I just felt so dissatisfied and upset because I spent a lot of money for something that was so badly done. The lady that did my nails was very nice but didn’t do the job correctly and when I had pointed out my concern regarding the white lines and my nail form she didn’t do much to fix it. The owner came around when she was still doing my nails and it made me upset that she didn’t even took the time to make sure the lady was doing a good job on my nails, I wish she could’ve paid more attention to that.

Looks like they are not that comfortable. But they have a lot of customers.

Went to get a hair cut, to this place. It was very uncomfortable place to be. The stylist was not happy to be there and was cutting my hair the way she wanted. When question on why she was doing what she was doing her reply was Do you know how to cut hair. I reply yes then she said are you looking for a job. When she was finish, I proceed to pay, she said $25 for a hair cut. I mentioned that the price on the wall it state $15 she said because I was cutting my hair in layer the price was $25. To be honest never heard of that. Ive been cutting my hair the same way and never have I ever heard anyone telling me that. I do have her name but didnt want to post it online. This was my first time there and her attitude and service made it the last. She did mess up my hair, waiting for my hair to grow so I can have it fix.

They added a relaxer into my hair while washing it, my hair is falling out in chunks and does not curl. They dont want to accept responsibility for it and they dont care. I WOULD RATE A ZERO IF I COULD. Anyone with curly hair please be cautious! YES I GOT MY MONEY BACK! BUT THAT DOESNT EXCUSE THE FACT THAT MY HAIR IS FALLING OUT. That my hair smells like Ammonia. That my scalp itches and my hair is breaking uncontrollably. You as a salon are supposed to take care of my hair when the public comes to you. You did the exact opposite and caused damage. Take responsibility and own your mistake. I would definitely post pictures on here if I could. But they are on your yelp and on Facebook for you to see.

On May 9 I need it to find a hair salon that had late hours and to my luck I remember a recommendation from La Bella Chanel in Facebook. My 11 year old got her hair and mani/pedi done. Esther is excellent with her blower hair skills. I would definitely be coming back. Totally forgot to mention the owner he is very professional and great customer service.

If you want to dye your hair with the new techniques, I DO NOT recommend it at all ... the stylists are totally outdated ... If they do not know how to do it, it is better that they do not. But they, knowing nothing, do it! And they do EVERYTHING EVIL .. And also a cut that has no form .. I regret having gone to that place .. very bad !!!!!!

The most frustrating thing in my life I went into the salon with a desire to go out with my beautiful and different hair and it was quite the wrong hair color until I wanted to cry when I saw myself in the mirror. The worst experience of my life in a salon .... I hope you improve your technique.
