Great place to relax and get an amazing looking haircut, all while watching sports highlights. The hot rags for your face and comfortable massage chairs quickly melt the stress of the day away. The downside, its somewhat pricey but not too bad.

We have been customers since they opened. My kid loves going here, so while the rest of us have moved on, we continue to take him. However, recently we have been billed differently. For years he received a kids or junior haircut, it was 14 dollars, so even with tax and tip, under 20 dollars. However, the last few times...its been 25, and closer to 30 total. Its just a haircut, he doesnt get any of the additional services. I dont know how many more times we will go here.

Marsha is the greatest!! She cut my little ones hair and mine and they BOTH look GREAT!! Totally gonna ask for Marsha on our next visit to Sport Clips Haircuts of Paducah.

The haircut was incredible, but I waited 25 minutes after my check in time. They are always really good, so it’s usually worth the wait!

The employees are always friendly and professional here, and the shop is always clean and inviting every time I’ve visited. And even though the prices are alittle on the high side, they give decent coupons and this is the only place in town that I know of where you can watch sports, get a hot towel and a shoulder massage, and a haircut all at the same place!

Enjoy the atmosphere and the people. Everyone is friendly and professional. On my last visit, Ashley was very helpful with such a great attitude.

Waited 45 minutes after the first estimated arrival time. After almost an hour went inside to get an update and the lady tells me that she had tried to call but there was no answer. After showing her my call history she replied with a very rude comment and told me I’d have to wait another 20 minutes. Never even thought about apologizing. Not the first time the wait has been 1-2 hours. Horrible business. Horrible workers. Horrible attitudes. Would never recommend for anyone.

I really like this place. Paducah has a lot of good places for haircuts and the staff is very friendly.

It was an excellent place they made me wait 30 MTS but 2 hours later I walked inside to ask how long more and said I wasnt on the list so I was told to wait another 30mts.. I explain that I was extremely upset about to cry and I decided to walk away even tho they offer me to wait at least about 5 to 10 MTS more to get the spot ready but I was very upset I just couldnt smile anymore like it was perfectly fine . .. if it is your first time and you walk in make sure your name is on the list with phone number and good luck to not experience the same as I did lol Im feeling better now after walking away .. i walk in around 11:45 am

Was very disappointed, took my two boys and somehow their free cuts where no longer in the system and one of them was not able to be found when they had been there many times before. Then one of my boys had marks all over his neck and he was bleeding and ended up complaining the rest of the day about how bad the cuts were stinging on his neck. And then even though it was in the computer on how to cut his hair it still was not done the right way and so now im having a hard time fixing his hair every morning before school. Yes there are tons of others who work there that are probably much better then who my boys ended up with but I was very dissatisfied with them this time especially when it costs an arm and a leg for good haircuts.

Just took my two sons there on Sunday and we waited there for 2 hours with a six year old and a 2 year old. We were there for so long, they actually l lost my 6 year old in the system and told me that they were going to take another walk in before him. Paige cut my 2 year old sons hair and it looks absolutely AWFUL, but Ashley did a really good job on my six year old. I wouldn’t normally complain like this, but it was such a terrible experience it needs to be shared.

I got in and got out in a timely manner on despite it being only 20 minutes before they closed, when they had been busy all day. They stayed after closing to ensure I got the best care I possibly could, and gave me a $5 MVP service for the price of the haircut (just threw it in for free). The lady who cut my hair was also easy to talk to, enjoyable, and it was a great experience.

This was the first time I went to this sports clips and got a perfect cut like I usually get from a different stylist. Victoria did a great job and made me felt comfortable.

Got recommended from a regular. My boyfriend really enjoyed his visit. His haircut came out great and he had great service. Definitely taking him to get his hair cut from now on. Only recommendation is to try and report accurate wait times when theres a lot of people, dont underestimate, just be honest if it will be over 30 minutes. The service and skills are excellent so its worth the wait! Keep up the great work!

Never been there before. I called in to see what the wait time was & if I could make an appointment. I spoke to Jenny. She answered all my questions and suggested I go online to register & “get in line.” It was about a 50 minute wait so I had time to finish things around the house & didn’t have to sit and wait there. I showed up on time and was immediately greeted and welcomed. Jenny was finishing lunch and the other lady asked if I wanted someone to cut my hair immediately or if I wanted to wait for Jenny (I made my online appointment & selected Jenny). Not being in a hurry, I waited

Absolutely love this store. The team was very welcoming, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Jenny is super upbeat and very knowledgeable. She a fantastic job on my son’s hair. He’s a teen and can be very particular. :)

If I could give zero stars I would. This is Worst place ive ever taking my kid too. Hes so upset about his hair cut. Never again and Ill make sure my friends and family never step foot into that place again.The management needs to change and employees need to to move on to a career that fits them Libby and Lauren and some others there are joke and need to make aure customer dont hear their convos in the store. Its sad ita just hair cuts and they cant even get that right are are supposed to be certified lmfao. Anyone looking for a good hair cuts please stay away from this store because it wont hapoen there. Seems like they love to talk about customer after they leave I wont say what I heard or what was said from another cutomer that was in the store when my son was there but they really need to stop and think whois listening. Never again and Im going to find someone above Lauren to file a formal complaint. Even going g out back theyre loud and people can hear them talk while youre waiting in the dunken donuts line. Time to go back to the mom and pop places where they treat you like a person and not a $ sign.

I went to Sport Clips right before closing, AND with a coupon for a FREE haircut. The staff were so obliging, and they gave me the best service. I couldnt have asked for a better haircut! And a FREE one at that. I was so happy i gave them the $ the cut wouldve cost me as a well-deserved tip! I recommend them to anyone...male or female!

I had high expectations. I took my son here before school started. His regular hair people were unavailable.The lady wasnt very friendly. I didnt realize until we left how jacked up his haircut was. He bangs was crooked and the fade wasnt faded. I could cut hair better D&h than that haircut. 😝😭I like to think maybe the lady was having an off day or bad day. You really dont know whats going on with other people.Sports clips sent me an email asked about the service. The owner (supposedly) text me saying thanks for the Google and Yelp reviews.I retold him about the service explaining I didnt give him a Google and Yelp review. (Until now) He said Thanks so much for the feedback, and again I am sorry about your experience. I have my area manager looking into this, too☝🏾thats my friends is why you see businesses comes and go. 🙂Update: Why would I do that when the owner text me and sports clips email me? Which clearly means you have my information. 😊 Im not trying to sound rude or anything just saying.Updating my updateWas told I could get a $20 refund 3 weeks after the BAD haircut.I arrange for a homeless lady to pick up the refund. I was told this would be find as long as I told them her name and she show her ID. Later the manger called me and said the owner said no they couldnt give my refund to the homeless lady. After the fact I was already told yes, I already made arrangements for the lady to walk across Paducah so she could have some money to buy food.The mangers (I am putting quotes on manger cause Ive spoke to 3 different ones and supposedly the owner of the store text me. Which I ask him to call me and he wouldnt. 😊go figure) said my son would have to show ID to pick up the refund. My son is a child he doesnt have an ID! Ive never in my life. 🤦🏽‍♀️💇🏽‍♂️Its $20! I dont understand why I was told yes the homeless lady could pick it up than called back to tell me no. I did try to get an answer and couldnt. 😥

This place is just right if you need a quick haircut. The MVP treatment will also get you a shampoo and rinse, with a hot towel in your face and then a nice massage after the cleansing experience. Wait times are never too long, come on by if you like quick haircuts. I wish they didnt have to have sports playing on TV all the time. Other TV channels would be acceptable. ( That last part was for the corporate office) haha

It was an amazing experience! I loved that they had the television screens on any sport that you want to put on! Plus, I like the fact that the theme is a locker room and the showers😂 Thats my favorite part! But there is one small detail... I showed the stylist the haircut I wanted but sadly I didnt get the same haircut, I got a slightly cheaper version. Besides that the place is great! I would recommend going there all the time! Im their new favorite customer! Four out of five stars!

I had my haircut for my wedding by the Paducah location. I tipped the lady and it seemed fine, however my hair grew out and my wife noticed a long thick lock of hair on the side of my head. Its embarrassing and I now have to pay for it to be fixed. I wont return to sports clips as this is the third time they have messed up my hair, Ive only returned trying other barbers. I called and asked if they would cut the lock to match my hair and they said since it was past 7 days they dont fix their mistake. I would recommend finding a different place for a haircut.Update: it had been September, I am unable to control the rate my hair grows. It is now to a length that it is noticeable. I just wanted the lock fixed, you gave me an email address to contact you, I can screen shot if you want that the e-mail you gave me is not a legitimate e-mail. I paid for a service, was friendly as the staff was as well, I tipped because it looked nice until it grew out and was noticeable. As I said I only wanted the error to be fixed but I am given a fake e-mail and victim shaming by saying hey we investigated you and it was 4 months ago, obviously you have my phone number and could have called but instead a fake e-mail and embarrassing comment on google. This has been a terrible experience. I dont blame the staff, stuff happens and they were nice. This google response and fake e-mail is an insult. I didnt even ask for my money back ffs.

This is the only place for a man! It sets itself completely apart from any other shop in town! Ive never seen my husband with such a great cut without any complaints and how cool is it to have sports on the whole time and be so relaxed leaving! This is the new spot well be coming to from now on!

I have visited several stores as I travel for work... But by far paducah was the best experience.. and several of the girls have cut my hair and its always great. And I recommend people go all the time its just so relaxing and always great conversation.

I had a great experience, the MVP package was like a spa treatment but for only a couple dollars more than most hair cuts. My stylist Tiffany was awesome!!! I love my look and the way I felt when I left!

Have not had a bad haircut. Girls are friendly and talkative as well. Priced a bit high for a normal cut in Paducah, but a good backup option if your barber is closed at 6PM.

Got my Afro cut by Megan, who was really kind and gentle (compared to most stylists who tug and pull, not really caring). The end result was really good looking and was very quick under my time limit. Looking forward to my next cut.

My stylist, Shelby, did an excellent job. She was very polite and engaging the entire time. I would highly recommend her.

Both stylist knew what they were doing for my boys. However all I wanted was a trim and I was told that beings my hair was past my shoulders it would be an extra $10 hes making the haircut $28 for a trim. way too overpriced, not worth it I will go down the road for the same quality haircut for $13. Wont be back.
