From start to finish, contacting this company was a God-send. In the midst of a tragic situation, this company was instrumental in making an awful situation bearable. From start to finish with my first phone call to Victoria at the office, my anxiety was set aside. She explained the procedure to me step by step, outlining the protocol and guidelines. She answered my questions fully and was able to arrange for a same-day cleanup. The two technicians who arrived were skilled, professional, and hard working. They had me show them what needed to be done and then they took over, working long and hard. They discarded what needed to be taken away with plastic bags and carried out affected furniture. All items were safely put into their truck. They were both garbed with booties, masks and white coveralls. Very professional. Afterwards, they had me look over the area to make sure all was done to my satisfaction. The team that assisted in my parents house clean-up were amazing at what they do. I didnt feel like I needed to be there at all, they were respectful to items that had sentimental value, and they were very efficient with their time. I honestly could not have done this without them.

Great company to deal with!I am a landlord, and had a tenant pass away unattended in the apartment.Unfortunately he was there for a really long time, so there was a lot of cleanup to do. Bio recovery made the process so easy. I cant say enough good things. They always responded to calls in a timely manner, showed up exactly when they said they would, they did a phenomenal job cleaning up and making sure that the apartment was safe to enter!I HIGHLY recommend them, I wish I could give them 10 stars!
