I waited to write this review. My first session for micro shading was in April 2021 and my follow-up was in July. It is now September so I figured it would be better to wait for this review. If anyone is on the fence, jump off and go get it done! I cant tell you how in love I am with my eyebrows. Its funny because I do love them but since time has passed I dont think of them all the time like I did at first. Then Ill post a picture on one of my social media platforms and someone will message me something about how great my eyebrows look and in my head Im like YESSSSSS! I couldnt be happier with the job she did and Id recommend anyone to get them done!

Meagan is the consummate professional. She has spent a lot of time perfecting her craft and there’s always continuing her education so she may provide the best service to her clients. Her salon is beautiful and she takes great pride in what she does. Walking in feels warm and welcoming and super inviting! I had never considered any of the services she provides until I learned more about them.She takes the time to educate her clients and make sure they feel totally comfortable with what she will be doing.I highly recommend this locally owned small business!

I absolutely love this place and the owner! The level of service here is unlike any other - true quality, professionalism and skill. There so so many other places claiming to know how to do brows... don’t trust what they claim. Meagan is a true professional and excels at her craft! Her certifications and training speak volumes. My brows have never looked better and always do with any touch ups I get about once a year or so, they are always perfect. Brow Craft Boutique is the real deal.

She is a great artist and makes you look natural. I have already sent several friends over to her and they love their results too. Glad we met and you have a lifelong client.

Got my eyeliner done here and was very happy with the service. Meagan was easy to work with and I loved her honesty. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted and she didn’t try to upsell me - she actually recommended the cheaper option for my eye shape (enhancement instead of the full liner) and told me if I wanted to make the lines thicker or if I wanted to add on the lower lid at a later date to come back and she’d only charge the difference. I was very pleased as you can always add but can’t take away, and I’m glad I went with her advice. I would absolutely recommend her to someone else and plan to use her for any future services.

Ive been going to see Meagan at Brow Craft for a little over a year and a half. Everytime I see her Im so happy with the way my brows turn out! The salon is always impeccably clean, Meagan is usually on time, if not early. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. Ive actually never had my eyebrows done on a routine basis until starting to see Meagan. Ill never go anywhere else!

Meghan did my brow blading almost two years ago and I’m so happy with her work that even though I no longer live in the area, I’ll be going back to her this fall while spending time in DC to get them touched up (normal to need done after two years).The salon is lovely, comfortable and clean. She is very professional and does such a good job that even when I tell people my brows are microbladed they don’t believe me. I feel it worth mentioning that after my initial blading healed I felt one of my brows could use a little more. I messaged Meghan and no issues, she touched it up for me, making sure I was satisfied.When I see other people’s bladed eyebrows I sometimes cringe at the work done- I’m so glad Meghan did mine. It looks so natural and she’s a perfectionist about her skill. Highly recommend to anyone.

I’m not sure why any negative reviews would written up about this business owner and most importantly about how this business interacts with clients and how services are provided but I felt the need to give an insider view. I worked at this business for a significant amount of time previously, very closely with the owner. Not only is Meagan a gem of a human but her professionalism is by far something I have been inspired by and have learned from myself. I’ve witnessed multiple times where Meagan has gone entirely above and beyond (at the expense of her own personal time) to accommodate her clients because she is that passionate, efficient and professional at what she does. Not only are you in the best of hands with her years of experience in providing services and training but she is a compassionate being that wants the best for every single person that walks through her door. I can promise you, you’re in the best of hands going to Brow Craft Boutique. This is coming from a business owner that is in the same line of business and has seen a multitude of interactions with those she services.

I’ve had my eyebrows done here twice, it’s the absolute best in the area by far. Meagan listens to what your goals are and is very professional. I’m a huge fan and will be coming back for another appointment in May. Can’t recommend her enough!

I came to Megan in a complete panic one day after a nail salon butchered my eyebrows. She booked me the next day and fixed them for me. I will never trust anyone with my eyebrows ever again. She makes me feel beautiful and confident everytime i leave the salon. Megan is very professional ! Her office both I went to her new and oldOffice and both were very very clean ! My first time she walked me through what it would entail . My first visits she told me everything she was doing as she did it ! Yes there is a healing time for someone to say negative reviews about that didn’t do their research . Megan has touched up my brows 2x very professional like a friend was doing the work! I would be happily give her a reference and pics if someone needed !

RUN fast from this salon!! ***My original review today, before someone had it taken down:The problem with this place is if youre not happy with your results (and you wont know that until about a weeks worth of healing time) then youre dead to this salon. Sometime ink doesnt hold and you need to come back. But thats when you get ghosted here. No one answers the phone, no messages/calls are returned and no one is ever at the salon. Ive even left handwritten notes taped to the door. Its like everything is all good, unless you need something fixed. Then youre non-existent to the owner, Meagan. Ive had to go to another salon to get my brows corrected, because Ive purposely been ignored for many weeks by Meagan and I finally just gave up. Dont go here. Ive had to walk around for weeks with a messed up face for everyone to see and Brow Craft Boutique does not care at all...

They have a nasty approach when they provide services that look horrible and you start asking questions about fixing mistakes they made on your face.. The salon used to be nice several months ago, but has since became dirty and gross. Overall, the prices do not reflect the services and atmosphere here. Go to a real permanent makeup salon in Annapolis. This place is a joke.

I’ve been going to this place religiously every month for the last six months. There is only so much that could be done for my over tweezed brows (I suffer from 90’s brows 😆). I started the discussion with Meagan about microshading and she ALWAYS took the time to answer my questions. I finally took the leap and got them microshaded yesterday and they look fantastic! Her expertise shines through in my beautifully sculpted, shaded brows. They’re healing up nicely because of the aftercare instructions and products that Meagan sent me home with. The Brow Craft Boutique is a first class studio. This was my first experience with permanent makeup and I went in both terrified and excited. My brow procedure took about an hour, was extremely comfortable and Meagan is truly a professional and gifted artist. I left feeling as though I had a new friend and I am thrilled with my new brows. I am extremely grateful to have found Meagan and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in brow enhancement.

So I wanted to wait to submit a review until I knew my brows were 100% healed and the color was where it was going to settle. Now that Im there, I have to say that I think Meagan did a fantastic job! After my initial microshading appointment, my brows were a little more natural than Id wanted--a little too light and a little more of a natural shape than the way I like to fill them in. Meagan listened and adjusted for the retouch, and we got them to the PERFECT color and about 90% to where I like to draw them in shape wise. But--lets be honest--should I really have weekend make-up brows for days when Im not wearing any make-up? Probably not. So I actually appreciated that Meagan errs on the side of natural over the side of overdone. Id give her work on my brows a 10 out of 10, and when I go back for a touch-up in a year or two, I doubt Ill ask for more than the tiniest adjustment to the shape. I will say that--if you like slightly overdrawn brows like I do, it may be smart to talk to Meagan about coming to your first appointment with them drawn on/filled in the way you like them. In hindsight, thats probably what I should have done because I have such a specific look I like on myself, and Meagan has a very natural aesthetic that she customizes to your bone structure. Again, I think this is a real strength of Meagans, but it may have saved us a little time on the touch-up Id been more clear about my preferences at that first appointment. Thanks, Meagan, for an awesome job on the brows! Im still noodling over permanent eyeliner...so I may hit you up for that over the summer.

Her shop is super-clean, she is super-professional, and she is completely dedicated to providing a world-class result.Ive been asked if Ive lost weight, if Ive bought new glasses, pretty much everything under the sun to explain why my face looks different. No one can tell that the brows she created arent natural.

I first found Meagan because I had a HORRIBLE nanoblading experience with my eyebrows (a form of PMU), and she is one of the few PhiRemoval certified technicians in the area. Immediately upon meeting her, I felt at ease that we would be able to achieve a result that would be closer to my natural brows. While it took all six of the sessions needed, it was 100% worth it to have my brows back after what was a very traumatizing experience from the girl that did PMU to my brows. I was so worried that I would be stuck with them forever, but with Meagans expertise I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. I also started going to her for lash tint/lift, and my lashes have never looked better. Meagan is not only a pro at what she does, but she cares about her clients. I am so happy I found her and that she has also become a friend.

I had an amazing experience at Brow Craft Boutique. Meagan Lusby is professional, personal, kind and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and answered a few I did not think of. I was well informed about the micro blading process before deciding to move forward. Before the procedure, Meagan explained the process in detail, even the sounds, and announced each change in process as the procedure was happening. I am more than pleased and my eyebrows look amazing. They were sparse and uneven, and now they look natural. I would definetly recommend Meagan if you are considering microblading. Thanks Meagan!
