Nail Dimensions is by far the best nail salon in Pasadena area. You are always greeted when you come in and leave. The techs are amazing and always helpful! Ther receptionist Kim is friendly and outgoing and knowledgeable! Ann is a great nail artist and knows how to match colors! I wouldnt go any were else then Nail Dimensions.

A good enough place. I should have went to Sky one though because i wanted designs on my nails and and they were actually not accommodating at all. Great place if you just need a solid color.

1st timer!Called ahead for an appt. Everyone was polite, friendly and had all new regulations for Covid. Felt very safe and everyone was in good spirits! Tons of choices and will definitely go back! New place to go to!

I love going here. It is a very relaxing environment and they do amazing work. I absolutely love my nail lady Sandy. She always does an amazing job on my nails, toes, and brows. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Haven’t been here in a while because usually the staff is kind of rude... decided to try it one more time one of my friends went. got a super cute design it looked good. The lady I had was super aggressive with my hands if you go to the nail salon at least once you know what I mean when I say aggressive, especially the process of putting my hands in the dryer and taking them out.When around Halloween asked for a ghost... when she was finished with it it looked like the ghost was in the sun for six hours. She knew that they looked bad yet she still charged me full price ( ended up being $55 with $6 tip). Once I got to my car I decided that I’m going to go back and get it fixed. The lady did not apologize she was just as rude as before and even after she was done fixing it there was still leftover paint on my nails.It’s a gamble everytime you come here. You can have a good one or a bad time. Def not worth it :( i would Look for another place to go to!

Been here several times and everything was fine. today not so much. the technician made my foot bleed. she was very unfriendly and did not do the full pedicure, barely did anything. I dont know if she was new or what, but I will not be going back.

I have been coming here for a while now and I am always impressed. Kevin is amazing at what he does and makes my nails and toes look great. The prices are reasonable and I always leave feeling relaxed.

I come here every two weeks for a fill. Very professional, clean, and good pricing. They do such a great job, I always leave happy. When my polish chipped off of one finger. Went back in they helped find my color and fixed it free. Ive had every tech in the salon and they are all great, I trust them with the nails.

First time coming here with my neice and little girl. They got us right In and were very nice and professional. I loved that they werent talking about us in another language! They treated my 6year old great. We will def be back!!!

They are so friendly and fast. I walked in at 6 PM and asked to get a pedicure. They pulled the tools out of a sealed bag and everything. He took his time to get the ingrown toe nails out and didnt hurt me. He used sugar scrub on my legs and a hot towel!! You dont see that much anymore. I ended up getting a gel manicure and an awesome pedicure and was done by 6:25PM. Its worth every penny especially when it comes to customer service and cleanliness.Thank you Nail Dimensions!!!!

Ive been coming here for many years. In the beginning they were great. Now there are always long waits. Cant just run in and get my nails done without waiting for sometimes over an hour. It gets really old. I havent even been happy with the work. They have several new technicians and some of the veterans now who rush you in and out. They have left messy and crooked nails.

Living in the area, I went here thinking ok I will give it a try, that was almost a year ago and I have been going back since. I have even told two friends about Nail Dimensions and they are going here now too. I have never been turned away and having a really crazy schedule that doesnt allow for appointments. I have to squeeze the time in to get my toes done. If you are looking for a nice place that you can get in and out of, this is your place.

I’m sorry to say that they don’t treat nail fungus abd if they do they don’t offer. I have been getting my nails done there every 2 weeks. They are my real nails and I get a manicure and then use dipping powder. Two weeks ago when the tech removed my polish I noticed a purple discoloration on my thumb nail. She said it was ok and would grow out. I went back today and my entire nail is a dark brown and two other nails have fungus too.I asked her if it was ok and she said it would grow out. I then asked if o should just get it treated she ate ignored me. I asked again and she said she would paint over. I then asked the receptionist how much to just get my manicure and no polish do I can get my fingers treated. He just asked if I didn’t want powder. The technician continued to file nails and asked me to wash my hands. She asked if I wanted color. I said no. Showed the receptionist my nails and he said it’s from tips. I do not wear tips. They did not make me pay and I am now applying medication on my nails.I wasn’t going to leave a review but after searching fir salons that treat nail fungus and this one appeared I thought I’d let others know that they do not treat.

This place needs an update and some new products. Their colors and nail polish seem like they are from the 1990s. The bottles are very old, practically empty, and the lacquer is cracking. Their dip powder and gel selection is almost non-existent. Not to mention the lack of friendliness. There are plenty of places with crazy awesome selections of NEW colors and products.

I really enjoy the atmosphere and staff that work there are polite and courteous. They all seem to follow a set procedure and you get a great level of service every time regardless of which technician.They appear to always have an adaquate amount of staff and rarely do I wait more than a few minutes.I also like how when getting a pedicure that the utensils come out of a sealed bag.

This was my go-to place since I moved to Pasadena in 2014. However, my most recent experience with either Vivian or Veronica was terrible. I felt rushed the entire time, I didnt get the normal foot massage or hand massage with my pedi/mani and after she painted my design she yelled at me (yes, yelled at me) to put my hand in the dryer. The finished product was nice, it was what I asked for but I was not happy with the way the technician treated me and how she rushed me through both my manicure and pedicure. I will be finding another salon going forward.
