I had a wonderful experience I was looking around for a dog bed when a lady I believe her made was Miranda asked us if we needed help. She helped us out chose the perfect bed and she also took the time to do a price check even though they look extremely busy. It’s so nice to get treated with such good costumer service and to see that people care about the costumers

I like this petsmart location. it’s always clean and the employees are nice. I wish there were raw cat food options like freeze dried treats and more pet clothing/accessories. I got a pair of overalls for my baby and he looks so handsome in them!

All I have to say is I’m always done to give second chances, and when I did I met Alyssa M. Not only is she so helpful and extremely nice she is honest. She treated my Lola with care and love and left her haircut amazing. I’ve always had issues with the groomer never getting her hair right but she understood the task and made her look amazing. If you need a groomer I highly recommend Alyssa !!

The employees here are amazing and so helpful. I was looking for a prescription food for my dog. I called to see if they had any in stock. Spoke to Gary and he went and checked and then offered to pull what I needed until I could get there. He also explained the process I would need to follow since the food I needed was prescription only. I had a script from my vet. When I checked out I forgot to show them a coupon I had. I went back and Gary took care of me so I could use my coupon. The store was clean and even though they were very busy everyone was being taken care of. Would definitely recommend this location.

Store was well maintained, very clean inside and out. Nice thing about this particular PetSmart... get ready.... I counted over 10 employees working on just this one afternoon shift... plus... it was a Sunday!! There was actually 4 or maybe even 5 employees at front of store checking customers out which is hardly EVER seen!! (REFRESHING TO WITNESS). I definitely give this store manager a thumbs up!!

I normally go to the PetSmart at Almeda for grooming but they were fully booked so I decided to take him to fairmont. The people were super nice and friendly but when I picked up my dog he honestly didn’t look too different. I have a husky and I know he was shedding a lot. After two days he’s still the same and I got him the Furminator deal. He smells like a wet dog. When I picked him up he was still slightly wet so Im guessing thats why. I was disappointed because the PetSmart at Almeda has always left him smelling soooo good.

There pet hospital was so awesome and affordable definitely check into it... rescued a dog from Mexico her names Baja and I wanted to make sure she didnt have anything wrong with her was running low on money for coming back from vacation and they had a coupon and then a monthly deal as well to even get her fixed in a few months whole plane for sure helpful staff was awesome very friendly

Oh my God they are so wonderful I have a little chihuahua and shes only a teacup they take very good care of her they are amazing

The staff was very kind, and were grateful, as its not easy to deal with pups from all walks of life, especially early in the morning😇, but....all went well, although they seem to push for sooo many tests....but everyone does that! Overall, they have a good crew, and we are thankful.

((Go to Pet Paradise Instead)) Pet paradise does not have a wait for rabies shot.I Made an appointment for my dog to get groomed at petsmart. walked in and asked to see rabies shot papers, no one told me when making the appointment or the girl on the phone that called me before i got there said anything about it has to be 48 hours to have the rabbies shot. I asked “why does it have to be 48 hours?” The female manager there told me “the dryer can cause a fever and other stuff” and i asked if they could just do away with using the dryer then, maybe use a towel? She just said its policy and walked away from me. Rude service and wasted my time driving there. 👎

Do NOT book with Liz. This was my second time booking with her. First time she told my daughter that my puppy hair was too much and that a vet needed to do. Okay understood because it was a while. COVID happened right. So schedule a last minute appointment and who did I get schedule with? Liz!! My husband took my dog. First she wants to question his breed because he is on the bigger side. My dog is a maltipoo and all his records have it listed. So then they do the process to make sure they can keep him. She put the collar and pulls very hard, my dog pushes back a little and Liz pulls harder. My dog gets scared and pees. She immediately says nope we not cutting hair. My husband said its like she didnt want to even try because from the start she thought it was a smaller dog. I was very upset. Like why choke my dog? You think that will make the dog come with you, of course not. She knew what she was doing. So I reach out to the manager...Natalie. I began to tell Natalie I understand if this was the first experience I had with Liz but its not. Me calling out all their mistakes made Natalie on edge. I did not get the vibe she was the manager based off that conversation. I did report both of them to their general manager. Guys I highly recommend Preppy pet salon! They are mobile as well! They are gently and kind. They truly know how to make your pup feel special unlike this grooming salon.

Lots to choose from for your pets. But it is always impossible to find an employee when you need one. So if you need help your better off Googling it.

The people seem quite knowlegable on fish combos in tanks as well as lizards. I have a nephew who has a unique tarantula that he is growing from a spidering size and we come here for crickets or fruit fly larva. The only problem I have is them running out of crickets. Friendly staff too.

Awesome selections ..I bought a Kong harness and couldnt figure out how to tighten it..and the staff was more than willing to educate me. The service is very customer focused both human and their pets which makes them stand out from the competitors!

After freaking out about my dog getting a puppy groom I feel horrible about posting that I was not satisfied. I was freaking out about my puppies hair it looked thinned out on the sides and took to posting on PetSmart about our experience.Well Natalie the groomer mgr reached out to me and made me feel so much better about my puppies hair. He is a Golden Retriever and because he is a puppy they do not cut his hair, they just blow him out after bath and do a trim on paws and sanitary area.I did not know how crazy my puppys hair was going to be as it grows out and when I saw his hair looking like he came out of a socket I was thinking they cut his hair. In fact they hadnt even touched his hair, I felt so bad and wanted to give a shout out to Natalie because she went over every detail about his experience and about is breed and how they progress into shaping his hair and experience there at PetSmart groomers.Natalie thank you so much for reaching out to me, it meant so much to me that you cared enough to worry about my conerns and my feelings. And thank you for not making me feel like a total idiot about freaking out about my baby.Thank you to Pasadena Store PetSmart for their loyalty to their customers and to their animals. Went for an aquarium water filter replacement. Went in and out, nothing special and even if the line was a bit long, checking out was a breeze.

Grooming service was horrible! I scheduled a bath and brushing that includes scissoring and shaving feet, sanitarial cleaning which means that they were going to shave around his genital area. When I dropped my dog I asked about that, they told me that the girl that was gonna take care of Bruno is new she dont know how to do it, htf are you going to let a new girl that have no experience experiment with a customers dog? He stayed there anyways bc they said they one of the experienced groomers was going to do it. Long story short, they didnt scissor his feet, or shave his belly. All they did was give him a bath, something I could have done at home and definitely not what I paid for or what I scheduled.

I have but for Mollys and an algae eater they all died and I took the fish back they gave me the refund and then to find out I got two fish I named them and Ben and they died so I think Im going to be done with fish for a while and Im just going to get me a hermit crab or a lizard

Bad experience first and last time i come to this petsmart. Cant do proper cut, them cant take payment. Have to wait to 10 min to get in, 10 more to leave grooming to pay at register then wait to get back in. Time is precious, cant have my groomers wafting mine. Looking for new groomer, any suggestions?

5/5 stars specifically for Banfield. They always make sure my girls are well taken care of and Im aware of whats going on/whats wrong. They go above and beyond to make sure me as a fur-mom understand everything, even if I feel belligerent with my questioning sometimes. I cannot recommend enough times for people to take their fur-babies to Banfield. My kitties are happy to be their guests. (They will label your babies as bites but truly as a precaution. My girls are feisty and we understand.)

They have a large selection of cat food and cat toys at all price ranges.

I would not recommend pet training at this location. Our trainer’s name was Leyna. She was enthusiastic, but the room is very small and with 4 dogs and no barriers, it was difficult to keep the attention and concentration of the dogs. Too many distractions in such a small room. So we did one session and 10 minutes of the second, and then decided that this kind of class was not for my dog. He needs more one on one and less distractions (which is what I thought the class was in the first place). So Petsmart made the entire refund process very difficult, WAY too much than it needed to be.1. Making me drive to the Pasadena location to process the return. They can’t process a return without the physical card, very inconvienent since I don’t live in that area.2. The girl processing the return went in circles to find the refund info in the computer “system” even though I kept telling them I had all the receipt and order information in the email.3. Lastly, charging me for the second class, even though I did not complete it fully, only about 10 minutes.Anyways, very difficult process. Much more complicated than it needed to be, will not return.

I received very rude customer service from this location today. I called to see if all locations have the same type of hamsters and the lady over the phone said she was not going to do a stock check for me. First off, I didn’t even ask her to do that, and second she could have said whatever she had to say nicely. But nO she gave me straight up attitude.

Great experience. Easy check in, very informative, and my dog was happy when I picked her up. She loved the play area and will bring her back for doggy daycare. Very satisfied.

Very friendly staff and the concerns for our family pet was priority to them. Our Sophie appeared to have a wonderful time and the we were given details of her play times. All in all Sophie come to us very energetic and happy to see us. She must have had a good weekend.

Worst experience in 8 years of taking my 2 dogs to get groomed. They are a bunch of CROOKS for the add ons. Wanted to charge $62.00 to have my dog fermerated. This group of new employees is backed by the new grooming manager to generate revenue. Theyll LOSE business faster now than generate new clients. The Store manager called me and said he backed his employees and thats fine with him ( TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ) so I will. Told him I was going to PETCO and he said fine, SOOOOOOO I will. They are only interested in your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ NOT YOUR BELOVED BEST FRIEND AND FAMILY MEMBER

Good service from staff. Always ready to assist you find what you’re looking for. Large variety of pet foods, treats and toys. Pet salon a little pricy but they do an incredible job. Be ready to bring in you pet’s vaccination record if you want salon services.

Really clean store! Our cashier was very friendly, but the older woman who helped my brother, husband, and myself was acting as if she had better things to do then help us.

The fish tank I got today shattered when I put the rocks and water in. I put exactly amount the store associate told me to get and how much water in it. I cut my hand and water went everywhere. Thankfully the fish was not in the tank.

I made an appointment for a particular groomer. I had to wait 4 days to get an appointment with her. When I got there I told them I had an appointment. When I returned someone else had groomed Honey and it was terrible. 👎
