Look like my 1 yr old did my nails I told them about it I got a re paint but now I have paint all on my skin its not even smooth paint job

Ann did my nails and she did amazing work! She was so sweet and nice! Not sure of the name of the lady that did my daughters nails but they came out great too. I think this might be our new spot! Thank you Ann for such a great experience!

I was in Pasadena area decided to get my manicure with shellac. Very nice ladies, they did a great job my nails look beautiful.

Never have written a review, never want to make a complaint on a business but it took me almost 2HOURS to get my eyebrows done. It takes about 10 to 15 min to do eyebrows and they made me wait that long. The only reason I come here is to do my eyebrows because I only like one girl that does them but this time she was very aggressive and got wax in my hair. Horrible service.

She loves going there and they alwasy help her out she also loves the environment being there and not ones have had a problem

My nail tech is Ivy. I have been going to Ivy for many many years. She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I do not and will not let anyone else do my nails... I DEFINITELY will return. Ivy is very professional and attentive. The establishment is kept clean at all times, a d the other staff members are just as friendly and professional.

It was my first time getting my nails done, I wanted just something simple on black, and they just did a messy work. Can’t relate.

Been going their for 2 years. The nail women are nice and provide good services. I would recommend people to try it.

Went in with my mom to get an overlay and it took 2 hours. We waited about 40 minutes waiting. The nail techs there did not seem to care about the wait and were in no rush to finish up with their current client. Ann did an amazing job on my mom’s nails.Would not recommend because of the time. Would recommend for the quality.

This was my first time coming to this nail salon. I was greeted by someone who referred me towards a lady named Ivy. As I sat down, she greeted me and through the whole nail process she made me feel at ease and made me laugh multiple times. I loved the vibe and the conversation she had with me. I will most definitely return to this place. I also will refer this place to others as well. If you want to feel welcome and at ease, come here. I give this 5 stars.

The absolute worst experience ever. Worst pedicure and complete waste of money

Owner/manager is rude and condescending, she also likes to make fun of customers. Would not recommend if you want quality work, the technicians are always in a hurry because is cheap and fast. You get what you pay for!

I absolutely love this nail shop! Lilyann and Ann are great technicians and recommend them for both mails and feet. My only complaint is getting my feet done by some of the other ladies. They dont do a great job, but other than that its just MY OPINION and I totally recommend this place... oh ya they do great waxing too!

I walked in and they took me in quickly. Everyone was working hard but were still friendly. Best and most thorough pedicure Ive gotten in a long time. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be come back.

I must really say I enjoyed the pedicure and a manicure

Never again! The lady that did my nails was really rude and cut my fingers from trying to rush and would get frustrated because my fingers wouldn’t stop bleeding. I only gave it 2 stars because someone else did my pedicure and she was really nice and did a good job.

Waiting over 30min for the lady that does my facial wax, they sent someone else over, eye brows looks like it wasnt done Nd still have hair on my chin for the 25 plus tip not satisfied. Ill have to go somewhere else.

Horrible!!!!! The lady doing my feet was to busy talking to other people she cut my toe! Then she kept digging in the side not paying attention and now its so sore. The lady next to me came before me and was still having her feet done and mine was over in less than a few minutes. My feet felt no different after just sore. Then I decided to have a manicure. Bigger mistake she cut me 2x and now my finger is swollen and infected. Very painful!!! Will never go back first time and last....

I was recommended here by someone in the gym and the lady gave me a really good pedicure for a great price and my pedicure lasted for a long time

This was my first time here. Got my nails done and will definitely be back. The service was great and i loved the way Tina did my nails, absolutely perfect.

I really like their pedicures however there is always a long wait time.

Got a refill on last Saturday by Ana, I was back by Wednesday because one nail had lifted. Today makes one week Ive had a fill and all but three of my nails are lifting this was a complete waste of money. Never again!
