This was my experience:1. My lashes were applied in 30-45 minutes or less.2. Within 3 days they started to poke my eyelid.3. After looking closely, the lashes were glued onto my skin and very poorly isolated.4. They removed my lashes free of charge but refused to give me a refund after only having them for THREE DAYS.5. They took about 45 minutes to remove them and throughout the entire process I was extremely uncomfortable.6. My vision was blurry for almost a week and my eyes were irritated. My eyes were strained, I honestly cant even describe how horrible it all was, but I thought I would go blind. Im going to see an ophthalmologist because of this!What I found alarming is that none of the technicians had their license on display, only the salons license. In the state of CA, you MUST be a licensed cosmetologist or esthetician to legally apply eyelash extensions.This was not my first time getting eyelash extensions, so I know how theyre supposed to look/feel like. They had the audacity to tell me it was an allergic reaction instead of admitting to poor application. This was also not my first time at this salon! It wasnt an allergic reaction! Just total lack of consideration for my eye health and mediocre work.Do yourself a favor and do not come here! Its not worth injuring your eyes or putting yourself at risk for eyelash or vision loss.If you decide to go, ask the artist to show you their license.

I’ve never done my lashes before at all and this was my very first time. I had no prior experience and I had high hopes for this place due to the reviews. The lady who did my lashes was named Natasha and from the very start of her doing them my eyes were burning. Burning bad. I mentioned this to her and she said because it was my first time that I wasn’t used to it. My eyes were red for 3 days after the appointment and my left eye got swollen and felt bruised. The reason why I never went back was because after the third day the pain finally went away. Do not get meWrong. The lashes came out beautiful but it was not what I initially asked for. I asked for the wispy look and I somehow ended up with a more dramatic full look that they charged extra for. So my complete total was $100. Today I finally went to go get them done with someone else, somewhere else and the lady had so much trouble removing the lashes because of the excessive amount of glue in my lashes. SO MUCH. it was clumped everywhere into my lashes and it took an hour to completely remove it all. I’m pretty sure none of that should’ve happened for my first experience.

The place is very clean and roomy. It has a nice feel inside. My manicurist took his time and did a great job. Prices are reasonable. I took off one star for location. Its not in the greatest area. But its not terrible. Everyone was very nice. Ill be going back and bringing friends. Currently it only has two manicure stations and 4 spa pedicure stations so Id recommend making an appointment.

I’ve been seeing Emily for over a year now and I LOVE the way she does my lashes. She is always so careful and kind. The salon is new clean and peaceful. My favorite place to get pampered!

Clean, very professional and my lashes look amazing!I booked this service last week and got the mink lashes. Once you come in youre given a consultation form and the lash technician goes over the lash types and the styles. Since it was my first time I chose the natural style. Then you get to choose the length, the tech recommended 10 would look more natural on me. After the process i was amazed as to how natural they looked and feel! Highly recommended.

I have been going to Katie for my lashes over 2 years she’s amazing always on time and is a perfectionist does beautiful work.I love the new location it’s very clean.Unlike the old place it was dirty and very noisy.Please don’t pay any attention to the 1-2 stars they maybe from the owner of old location.

Update lashes fell off in like a week tho the girl was really nice it doesnt really matter you get what you pay for and i wouldnt even bother getting my nails done here

The store is very clean and pleasant. Love the decor and mellow atmosphere.. Katie always does a wonderful job on my eyelashes and Emily did wonderful on my toes..

The service went by super fast and it was very comfortable. I’m making this review 2 weeks later and about 90% of my lashes are still intact. Love it!

I went in for lash extensions on a Friday and my experience there was terrible I asked for long natural eyelashes and left with completely the opposite. The next day I noticed that a good chunk of lashes were already falling off and personally that’s too soon . Will never come here again.

I did my lashes yesterday but the end result was terrible. I left the salon initially looking just ok, not too impressed. But this morning, it looked like I had two smashed Daddy Long Leg spiders for eyelashes. They were twisted all over the place and I already had bald spots from them falling out so much. It’s a waste of money.

They do amazing job!
