The Laundry Room has been doing my laundry for years, I ve dropped off literally hundreds of loads here, and have never experienced anything but great service and clean clothes. Highly recommended!

We needed to use The Laundry Room while traveling. Lots of free parking. I didnt know much about how the machines worked and their capacities. The lady working was very helpful and saved me a bit of money. Very clean place. They have a few televisions playing and great easy listening music.

Not so crowded, even on weekends.

It has big flatscreens. There are different sized laundry machines so pick the right one and maybe youll clean your clothes more often. About two hours and you should be done. The bathroom here is clean and maintained very well. A helpful yet firm person is onsite. Next door there is a donut shop.

Its a nice little cozy place to get your laundry done. Stainless steel washers and dryers. Affordable. They also have fluff and fold for those that need that service.

I recently tried their fluff & fold services. I had a ton of laundry and they handled it like a champ. I will most likely use this service again.

Its fine, theres only a few people there although I usually go around 5 pm on the weekday. The washers and dryers seem fairly new and theres always a person watching over the place. Theres enough parking, a donut store, a liquor store and a good mom n pop Indonisian Hawaiian restaurant in the small plaza. Washer is 2.50 and 25 cents per 6 minute.

Absolutely THE BEST and THE CLEANEST place to do laundry! They also have the pick up/drop off service which is great. The owner, Andrea, and her staff are professional and courteous.

My dryer broke last minute and I came here to finish my laundry day and it was PERFECT. Probably the cleanest laundromat Ive been to. I was a little nervous about quarantine but they are fully prepared. Hand sanitizer on the walls and a spacious environment to keep safe distance. They are very accommodating and I saw their fluff and fold business; something I plan on utilizing until I can replace my broken dryer. Free wifi is also a big bonus while waiting for my loads.

Set up for entertainment with movies n seating while we work but not able to whistle while working n unable to eat, drink or be Merry . Covid-19... masks/no restrooms for customers and such are cramping more than your style n ours but business life and unity as one.

On vacation, we needed to do a quick wash and were super lucky to find this place! Super clean, great facility, the staff was kind and friendly. NOT sketchy at all, a great place. The bathroom was also very clean (had to pay .25 but totally okay with that!) Plus there’s an amazing Thai Restaurant nearby to grab a quick bite!

If I could put zero stars, I would. The privileged lady who runs this place and the one on Allen is the rudest business owner I have ever met. I will not return to any of her establishments. I prefer to support fair businesses and customer first businesses. You failed in both parts and you will continue to fail if you do not learn that your customers happiness is first regardless of your own emotions. And btw at your new location, they are slow slow slow, my clothes were not folded to the standards you have set and they were static and wrinkled. Your old location was better for fluff and fold. Your hard working employees are what will keep your locations open but it is sad they have to work with an individual like you. Enjoy your Holidays. Maybe next time be nicer to your returning customers and realize you are not better than any of us.

Its been 10+ years since Ive visited this laundromat.Vast improvement. Four flat screen tvs, baseball style seats. I got there at 6:01am, 10 later it started getting busy. Had no problem with top load washers or dryers.When other customers had coin problems, the fluff & fold attendant took care of the issue.No homeless people in front of business begging for money. Im disabled and felt completely safe, unlike other reviews indicated.Will definitely come here if laundry room at my apartment is down.

My apartment washer breaks A LoT ugh.... So we found this place. Always clean & supervised. Music & did I mention...super clean. Im thankful we found this spot.

Expensive and theres never a large washer available. The people that work there always have someones wash going in them. This is my second attempt to use this facility and I could never find a washer available. Not going to try this place ever again.

Fast drop off and fluff and fold

What I like about this place is that its always clean and if you have a question or concerns about any machine, there is someone available to answer you.

My washer and dryer are out of commission so until they are back in place..doing the fluff n fold drop off. This place is awesome and I can usually get my laundry about 4to6 hours after droppping off. They use great soap and fold it professionally....I could get used to this! Great price and service to boot!

So, I have a washer/dryer at my complex. I was doing laundry tonight though and when putting the last load in,the washer decided to eat quarters and not work, so I had to begrudgingly pack it up and head out to finish. I had been to the laundry room before, both for their wash and fold service and DIY. It seems they did upgrade the facility. It is clean and modern looking, complete with cool AC, flat screen TVs and high end machines. Since I just needed one load, I went to the cheapest washers, which were still $2?!?! Seriously?! The standard rate is $1.25 or maybe $1.50. $2 is really expensive. But I didnt feel like driving anywhere else and at least the dryers were still $.25 per 8 minutes. I wont be coming back though.

Worst customer service. I only took my white sheets and towels here because our washer and dryer are too small at our apartment. When I picked up my towels and sheets, there were tears in our linens! When I mentioned it to the staff they said those tears must have been there before. I asked to speak with a manager because I have NEVER taken these linens anywhere else. The staff said the owner would be in touch with me right away. WEEKS went by and I never heard from her. When I called her, she said the tears looked like they had happened from too many washes. ABSURD. Ive had these sheets for less that two years. Needless to say, she didnt offer to replace anything, she only gave me a $20 credit towards my next wash. These are $90 sheets. I should have learned my lesson, but fool me twice... The next time I picked up my towels and sheets the same FRESH makeup I left on the white towels was still there. NOTHING looked clean. I wont be returning. Terrible customer service. Lots of homeless people hang around this location asking for money as well. Not the safest place for any young woman to frequent.

This coin laundry is great, they are kind and nice! Somehow the auto machine was broken so detergent didnt come out, the lady just opened the machine door and gave me detergent without charge and apologize for the broken machine.Another young lady just keep this store clean.Anyway, if u need coin laundry, just come here!!

Better than average, the attendant provides services like folding and fluffing; they will also keep feeding your dryer with quarters until your laundry is dry so you dont have to sit around for it yourself.

Caretaker is very rude. Doesn’t wanna change my $20 bill. She ask me to go to donut shop and get change. What ko nd of service is that? I went to donut shop and get change but I was waiting for the big machine and ask the guys ahead of me that I’m in line and I’m next, instead the caretaker had someone Ella use my machine so I was upset and ask the lady that I was next and to remove her blanket which she did. The caretaker came and argued with me. So I told her she was rude and that I will report her to her boss. That’s when she left me alone.

Ive come to this place to for a year now... The Staff is super friendly and the place is always clean... hot days are bad to do laundry, but at the laudry room the industrial size AC central unit keeps you cool and happy. On saturdays you can watch indy car racing on ESPN (love it) Their machines are always clean and they work pretty good... I really like that the owner is there making sure everything works fine!
