Pasadena Laundry is wonderful. I have been taking my laundry here since the pandemic started and I am very satisfied with their services and professionalism. My clothes are always super clean, neat and completely disinfected with their ozone wash. I want to express my gratitude to a wonderful employee named Gabby. She is so organized, a hard worker and truly cares about your laundry. Gabby is the best! She makes sure that my laundry is finished in a timely manner and she is always there to take care of my laundry needs. Thank you so much Gabby!! One of the best laundromats I have experienced yet. It isn’t the cheapest, by far, but it isn’t ridiculously priced. It is well kept, from the several times I went. My favorite feature is the ozone. Sometimes it is busy, but there has always been room. I just wonder how on top of the ozone they are because there is always an alarm buzzing with red light flashing from it last 2/3 times I went and never saw that before. Management needs to check. But a nice place overall. Typical load is $3.75 w/extra spin and extra rinse and that does 2 loads in one wash.

I work with Pasadena laundry for my business, they are very professional and offers a fair price. Gabby and Dinora handle thousands of items from me weekly and are very helpful, caring, and timely. I’ve never had any issues with this establishment and would highly recommend!

This use to be my go to laundromat If I ever had too big of loads for my washer at home because of their large 8 load washers. They are probably one of the cleanest laundromats Ive ever been to or ever seen, they keep up with cleaning floors & emptying trash bins & their machines. However theyre always busy no matter time or day, any of the staff workers that my other half and I have encountered totally like to discriminate people whom of which dont fit/look a certain type/way. Its happened to us on multiple occasions,& Im sure were not the first or last. After being turned away from being able to do my laundry there this last time I found somewhere so much better and 24hrs & I saved abt 20 bucks too for the same amount of laundry I wouldve done here.

Dinora was great and extremely helpful. Have had nothing but great service here. I will keep coming back, as the place is well kept and sanitized, with very nice workers.

ONLY come here if you have LOTS of money to spend on doing your laundry. A small load cost me $2.90 and to dry was .60 cents for 10 minutes and I needed 40 minutes to dry my clothes so that’s $2.40. Total cost to wash $5.30.At a regular affordable laundromat it’s $1.50 to wash and .25 cent for 10 minutes for 40 minutes that’s $1.00 - total wash $2.50. NEVER again will I come here. OH don’t forget you can’t use quarters!!! You have to buy a cash card to insert into the washers and dryers🤬

The laundromat is well kept, clean and open at great hours. Dinora who works there gives excellent customer service and comes to anyone who is in need of help. Shes a fantastic employee!

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for over 11 years. Ray is the most friendly and helpful attendant here and it’s always clean when he’s around.The flat screen TVs and vending machines are convenient. And he’s ozone washes are great.

Pasadena laundry, You have exceeded my expectations. I was completely amazed that the owners invested in Ozone which disinfects the washer machines. They also have disinfectant upon request and hand sanitizing stations through out. It is clean well kept and up to standard with variety of machine sizes to do all your laundry!

Great machines and service. I get my and my babies’ clothes for fluff and fold service here for a month now and their machines get rid of the baby spit smells. And they accommodate special requests of which clothes to fold and hang and I provide my own baby hangers so it’s faster for me to store back in our closets, and they don’t charge extra for it. Gabby takes care of our clothes most of the time and she handles them with care.Also, great service by Dinora who knows exactly what special care means for our family who has eczema and can only use hypoallergenic detergent. She also always knows to disinfect our hangers first before hanging clean clothes, as well as disinfecting the counter space before folding our clothes on them. It’s been rough trusting anyone with COVID hitting babies nowadays and I’m glad I can trust her. Lastly both Gabby and Dinora have been so helpful with pick ups. They help me do a “curbside” pick up when I have the babies in the car so I don’t have to leave them. They are so helpful to our family.

The ladies are friendly and will wash your clothes according to instructions. Turn around time is practically same day and the facilities are clean.

Super expensive,I accidentally slid my card in the wrong machine and when I asked for assistance I was told there was nothing that could be done. So someone got a free wash on me.

Easy to maneuver around with carts despite social distancing protocols, which are clearly adhered to at this business.MANY machines- including 4 load washers (WOW!!!)- and dryers. No coins needed- purchase a Laundry Card at the machine by the door and save to add money to it(like a Starbucks card😉). Parking in the back.

Free Parking located in the back. Free fast reliable WiFi. Machines are kept fairly clean but they will often have broken machines so keep an eye out before swiping your card. I usually throw all my clothes in the big machine when I havent washed in weeks about $9.50. smaller a machines rang from $2.75 $3.70 $4.75 and dryers are 10min 50 cents smaller 75 cents bigger. Dont lose your card and dont forget it! Had 3 separate cards because I kept forgetting it at home. Wish they had a phone app to pay.

Finally! My clothes came cleaner here than any other laundry mat. Normal prices, friendly staff, and CLEAN machines! Convenient laundry card system, the same as some other cards I’ve used at other laundry places.

They are very protective of their bathroom and give u dirty looks when u get the bathroom key at the desk, b the wifi password never works. But it is a clean well run place and regular prices

Dont feel safe here. One time I was here and someone stole me laundry basket. Last time a homeless guy kept pacing by me. Its oddly quiet. I like the machines, but bad vibe here

This review is not for the Facility, the facility gets 5 stars, it is clean, spacious and the machines work well. This review is for the rude employee who was working this Saturday morning (August 15, 2020 at 7:00am). I had a situation where I only needed 10 cents to start the machine. I simply went up to her and asked if there is anything I can do besides having to put a minimum of $10 on my credit card, and I had already used up all the cash I brought. I think she couldn’t understand what I was saying (I’m not sure if there was a language barrier) but then she told me I could put a minimum of $1 on my credit card. I questioned her because the pay machine says otherwise and she assured me that it could. Of course, when I tried it that wasn’t the case. I went up to her again to tell her that the machine didn’t allow it and she then proceeded to raise her voice and get an attitude and say that she told me yes it accepts $1 minimum for cash (that’s not what she was telling me before). I then asked if I could move the liquid detergent into a smaller machine (I didn’t demand it, I asked nicely) she got an attitude and started ARGUING with me that I should’ve brought enough change and that i should’ve looked at the price. First of all never should an employee argue and raise their voice with a customer especially when I was just asking questions to see if there were other solutions to my issue. She then offered to put detergent into a smaller machine (still in an elevated voice) and I accepted the offer. I waited and she never came and when I looked over she had went back to what she was doing. So I went up to her again and asked if she was still doing that or if I can just move my liquid detergent into another machine, she again raised her voice in an argumentative tone and said “I already told you I would give you some detergent what else do you want me to do.” At this point I was irritated with her so I raised my voice back at her and asked where the detergent was then? She then threw half a scoop of powder detergent into the 6 load machine I was using. Really?Half a scoop? Again this review is for the employee, that was horrible customer service and you never treat or speak to a customer like that. It took this one incident to make me not return to this laundry mat.

The best laundromat In Pasadena. It’s always clean, facility maintenance is ongoing, great selection of washers with different load sizes, from one to eight I think. The laundry employees are always helpful when I’ve needed help when a machine or my laundry card isn’t working properly. Nice wide aisles, well-sized folding areas, free WiFi, abundant parking in the back. The only criticisms I’d suggest to improve the facility is to turn the TV volume down a little bit, vary what content is shown (The blaring Fox News broadcast the entire Time there is painful), and have an employee clean all the dryer lint drawers every hour.

Spacious laundromat with a wide variety of machines that range from small to large loads. Prices are reasonable. $2.60 for a 2 load wash to $5.25 for a 4 load wash. Drying machines are $0.50 every 10 min.Youll have to buy a laundry card in order to use the machines. $10 min to load money on it with a credit card.

Best place around for fluff and fold. Great service and turnaround time. Clothes are handled with care and folded in a very precise way. Love that they text you when your clothes are finished. Prices are well worth the service. The people I have seen their always have a smile on their face... Nice to see!

Helpful and friendly attendant. Everything is kept very clean. Free wifi. 3 different sizes of washers makes it very easy to get your laundry done. I was able to get in and out within less than 2 hours with a weeks worth of dirty traveling clothes for my family of 4. Also love the card based system to instead of needing a bunch of quarters.

Its pretty pricey here. But its a nice laundromat. Wifi available while u wait.

A decent place to do laundry for a good price

Makes doing lots of laundry all at once easy and almost fun. Lots of machines and lots of room for folding.

Spacious and clean. I used them for the fluff n gold service. My clothes were well laundered, although the folding if clothes were odd (some clothes were folded inside out and socks stuffed into one another). They washed and folded the bag I brought my laundry in with...that was weird. Friendly staff.

Only problem I have here is that the nearby homeless are not discouraged by staff from loitering around the place. They frequently occupy the bathroom, and you gotta keep an eye on your clothes. Also, Fox News is almost always on the television; Id prefer they kept it a little more neutral.

Has washing machine of varying sizes and types. Single 5+ loaders to regular single load washers. Dryers in varying sizes too! This laundry also has ozone-type washing machines for sterilizing (extra cost than a regular wash). On-site drop-off for fluff and fold service...wow! Superior services offered here!

Overall, my experience has been good. I recently went on a Sunday around 11 am and it was so busy. People were not the friendliest and you had to fight to get a machine. I would probably recommend not going around that time.

Best laundry mat Ive been to. Machines are practically brand-new, its super clean in there and theres always an attendant. Fluff and fold service is the best, besides Milt & Edies but thats dry cleaning.

Its a good clean place to do your laundry

Place will help you finish washing quickly you dont need to worry about taking coins because they have laundry cards the only bad thing is that the restroom had been out of order for a while.

Love the card system and the numerous multi load washers and dryers. Hours of operation is also convenient.relatively clean and aptly staffed.

Dryers are set at such low heat even in high setting it takes 2 additional times to barely dry clothes. Even then load is not completely dry.To dry its already high price of 50 cents, itll cost you $1.50 to dry one load while at other places itll cost .25 to .50 total.2 stars for cleanliness. 2 stars for decent machines. -5 stars for trying to rip you off. Turn up the heat on your dryers!

WOW!!! I just wanted to wash some laundry, not spend half my retirement! Their prices are OUTRAGEOUS, at least double what i have paid anywhere else. I can get fluff and fold service for the price they charge for do-it-yourself laundry.To make it worse, they are card - only, meaning once you load money onto the card, it is theirs, no refunds. What a waste of time, money and effort.

I appreciate their free WiFi! The electronic laundry cards are a nice way to avoid having to deal with quarters.

This place wasnt packed when i went. If you do wash your clothes after someone be sure to put lots of laundry detergent in there. Otherwise your clothes may smell like theres good or bad.
