I had a manicure and pedicure, and the pedicure was fine, except for the fact that the chair didn’t work well. My manicure was a very different experience. The person working on my nails left quite a bit of dip polish already on my nails. I pointed this out to her; she said it was because of how the dip polish had been done at another salon. Regardless, she should have spent more time taking it off using acetone or the electric filing machine (the electric filing machine was too hot and caused quite a bit of pain when she initially started). I chose a basic manicure since my nails were brittle and needed a break from shellac and dip polish, but she didn’t do any of the typical steps of a traditional manicure. The soaking water was cold; she didn’t apply a warm towel once she finished my cuticles, nor massage or use lotion or cuticle oil when she finished the manicure. She left my hands dry, especially the area around my nails (see pictures taken as soon as I got home). The irony in all of this is that she charged extra to remove the dip polish she left on my nails. I’m always happy to pay for a good manicure, pedicure, and even the polish removal, but it wasn’t worth my money this time.

Ive been coming here for over 2 years and love it so much! They are under new ownership now and have been doing some great remodels, including all new pedicure chairs! Its a really fun, stylish, and clean environment. If you come in, ask for Mindy, shes the best!

I have been to many nail salons in my life and this one was one of my best experiences. Ryan was quick and efficient. My nails ended up looking gorgeous. Usually my hands hurt after a full set but I feel perfectly fine. I got an appointment over the phone so easily. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

My friend and I went to get a pedicure together today. Were both pretty laid back, but it was really not worth the money. The basic pedicure is $25, but we went a step up and got a $40 pedicure. As someone else mentioned, there was no callous removal, a very lackluster massage, and the massage chairs didnt work properly; hers didnt work at all. I feel like we got a $40 polish change. I would not recommend it

I took my teenage daughter here and was very happy with their service! She wanted a different custom design on every nail. They made sure I knew the price right up front, were friendly with my daughter (who had never gotten her nails done before), did a wonderful job on the designs she wanted, and got them done very quickly too!

Save your money and go elsewhere. Gel polish (should at least 2 weeks) on the 2nd day chipped. Waste of money and my time. No cuticle clean up, I could have done a better job polishing my own nails. And when he filed, it was so rough, and I told him to stop, but he kept filing that now I have 2 lovely fingers that are bleeding.

I wish I knew about this place sooner. Setting up an appointment was very easy. My nail technician took her time to get everything right and listened to me as well. The nails look absolutely beautiful and I wish I knew about this place sooner. I will definitely be returning.

So disappointed. Do not go here. 50 bucks for a dip manicure that lasted 15 minutes. NO cuticle trim, no massage, not even lotion! Moved here from Texas 5 months ago and still searching for adequate nail service.

Don’t go here!!!!!!I treated my daughters to acrylics here and myself to a gel manicure. They were pricy fir the acrylics, but again was treating the girls. Fast forward 2weeks later we came in for a polish change. The girls were told they couldn’t get a full and they started to use the electronic sander to remove all of our polish. I stopped the guy and asked him why and he said it was the only way get the polish off. So we had the products removed and all got gel polish with ridges they created and air bubbles. Fast forward 2 weeks. I have tried for 3 days to lightly sand with a file, soak or put cotton balls with acetone and get this polish off. Nothing works. So I have had to use a file to essentially file the polish off!I would never spend another dime here. Don’t go here. They will ruin your nails.

Absolutely 0 massage in the basic pedicure, none. Also, no callus removal at all. They don’t have the grater or razor. Basically completely pointless to go here.

I went in for a polish change and the guy who took my polish off used the drill and basically took all of my nail off on my pointer finger. It hurt so bad as there was no nail left. I told him to stop and insisted on him not using the drill. My nails look like a 1st grader painted them...all bubbly and already chipped. I was there 2 days ago.

They are nice inside and get you in quick. Prices arent bad but Ive gone there twice now and my powder dip chips within a week! The point of powder dip its to last. And they arent real friendly there and give attitude when Im sorry if you want me closer ask dont pull me.

50 dollars for manicure and pedicure which they basically dont do. You can see on my pictures, cuticles are pretty messy. Im not sure why they take 50 dollars, just for cutting nail. Did acceptable job with gel though. I mean the worst Ive ever had, but I can deal with it, doesnt look terrible. Just gel is. way to far from cuticles (bcs she didnt cut it), and too hight up. Also its really dirty around the nail.So, highly dont recommend.Altogether 75 dollars. Too much for such a bad quality

I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday. When I called to set the appointment I was told it would cost $20 per person. However, when I went to pay I was told it would be $35 per person. My protest was completely disregarded. The experience was fine for the girls, but their unscrupulous practices left me feeling swindled.

Linh is my favorite gal! She does an exceptional job each time and everyone there is so friendly. The salon is also super clean. I literally drive back from Boulder everytime to come here :)

I go here often and it is my favorite place to get pedicures. Today really was extra special though. Today we went in for my daughters 4th Birthday. Due to COVID she didn’t have a birthday party. They were so sweet to her it was amazing. They made her feel extra special and even sang Happy Birthday to her. Thank you so much it truly means a lot. :)

Went here and my pedicure was okay did a good job at the start but smudged my nail when she was putting my flip flops on and just tried to pat the nail polish flat. She did one coat over and called it good, didn’t even put a top coat on and expected full pay. Ridiculous.

This place is very cute and modern, but we found spider webs near the bathroom, not toilet paper in the bathroom and ants in the bathroom. They nail techs were whispering and laughing the whole time. I alsogot the wrong color. I pointed to the color I wanted and they turned out the entirely different color. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and even though it was the wrong color, my manicure turned out very nice. I was just disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom.

I have been going to Blue Sky since it opened and it is my go-to for nails! I will drive from Castle Rock on weekends just to go here!!Everyone I have been in contact with at Blue Sky is amazing. They are all very professional and kind and do excellent work.I routinely get Dip Powder nails and love their product and services. My nails come out perfect and never too think, a problem I routinely ran in to at other salons.Their management is always kind and responsive and make a point to remember clientele.The cleanliness and atmosphere of the salon is incredible and what made me start to love getting my services done here. It is so comfortable and a wonderful atmosphere, it truly makes for a great experience.I have done manicures, pedicures and waxing here and recommend all three.You can’t go wrong at Blue Sky!

The place is beautiful clean spacious however the customer service was defiantly an issue for me When I got to the nail shop the manager was nice greeted me i told her what i wanted the mood gel nails she said that they didnt have it anymore she tried to tell me about dipping nails she said it was healthier so i said i would try it because she was nice i get passed over to another lady i told her what i wanted she tried to tell me not to get white on my toes. To get another color because she did not want to take off the red polish seemed like then when i told her i didnt feel comfortable with the dipping because i didnt want to stick my hand were other people are sticking there hands especially during covid 19 i told her this a total of 3 times she kept on telling me what i should get like they didnt want to do gel this is my nails and toes not youra i was frustrated i called there sister company and decided to go therei will update you guys on how that goes

There were employees of this salon in the new salon at Aspen Grove today when I got my nails done. The new salon at Aspen Grove is called Anthony Vince, which is a beautiful salon! I am not sure if it was the owner or just a manager in there today checking out her competition. She was SO incredibly rude. If I was management at Anthony Vince I would have called the cops and had her thrown out!!!!

I have been going to Blue Sky Nails for about 6 months. The staff is super professional and pleasant and their services are awesome. Kathy did a dip manicure for me yesterday and my nails are PERFECT. Exactly what I wanted, at a great price!!

I used to go here frequently. I liked there was never a wait, clean and spacious. However I will not go back to this salon. The techs are put out to do your nails, annoyed, argumentative on what you want, and the price is never the same. I go in for rebases and every time its any where from $35-60.00. Hopefully management can turn this around sooner. I now take my business to Java nails!

I was very disappointed. The nail techs were smacking each other while they were doing people’s nails and messing around. Never acknowledged me or said hi just did my nails while other co-workers looked over their shoulder. It made me feel like they were making fun of me. Terrible customer service! Will never be back.

I love it here Kevin did an excellent job! We can Mother’s Day weekend and it was busy. We didn’t have an appointment but they accepted us as walk ins. When the wait was getting a little long someone came over to tell us where we were in the line up. Great costumes service. Nails look great and it felt wonderful!

I wish I could rate higher as the place is nice and clean, but the tech that did my nails was very disappointed I wanted a basic pedicure. She completed my pedicure in under 10 minutes. YES, under 10 minutes. So sad. She didn’t seem very happy as a person. I won’t be back.

Literally the worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life. I got a dip powder manicure and its very grainy. I left the salon thinking it looked really nice but when I got home and was able to see it in good lighting I realized that the dip was super grainy and there were all these white streaks and dots all over my nails. There was leftover polish under my nails and on the skin surrounding the nails. They didnt even push my cuticles back. It was an overall disappointing experience. I expected better for a salon that charged $40 for a manicure.

Great place, clean, well lit, appointment time always honored, the technicians have pride in their work. I didnt give 5 stars because its not a chi-chi place, but if they upped their glam factor, theyd also have to increase their prices, so Ill gladly take them as they are!

This may be one of the worst pedicures ever. 15 min, $27 dollars, rough heals, rude people and when I told them how unhappy I was and how short it was they calledMe a liar and said it was over 30 min. DON’T GO! It’s terrible. Much better anywhere else. Unbelievably bad!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This new location may be different from the other ones, but I had the worst pedicure and manicure Ive ever had. From the minute I walked in the door I felt like I was a huge inconvenience for the staff. I was hurt by the cuticle trimming on my feet to the point that it was sore for over a week, the guy barely cut my toenails even after I told him I like them really short, and he didnt even get the dead skin off my feet. The whole process was rushed, and the polish on my toes was chipping off in a few days. Definitely wont go back.

This was my second visit last night to this salon I was so excited about coming here and really wanted it to work as it is very close to my house but I gave it two chances and will absolutely never go back and def telling everyone I know not to go here. The first experience was ok got a full set with a dip and I could tell right off the bat the lady doing my nails was sweet but very unexperienced and it was a sub par job. Some of the nails were filled unevenly and shaped very crooked.The second time I read reviews before and asked for Yen as she seemed to be more creative and experienced but that was an awful mistake. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life and have never been treated that poorly and Ive been getting my nails done since I was a teenager without any issues. When being worked on I wanted to run out of the place without finishing my nails. Yen was so rough and kept pushing my arm down and twisting my hang hard and getting frustrated with me and huffing and puffing at me because my hand wasnt the way she wanted it. I couldnt believe the way I was being treated but I was afraid to say something while she was working on me thats how uncomfortable she made me feel. She asked me if my toes looked as ugly as my nails did while she was doing my cuticles and she cut three of my cuticles to the point of bleeding. She didnt even acknowledge that she cut my cuticles and made me bleed and kept spraying things on them that stung really bad. She missed putting dip on the sides of my nails. I paid way to much for things that should of been included in a normal full set for her to cut my cuticles and she didnt even rub any oil or lotion on at the end which honestly I wanted to leave just as quickly as she wanted to be done with me.Im absolutely dumbfounded by this place and the way Yen treated me. Ive never had so much anxiety over getting a service done. I will be calling and speaking to management first thing this morning.

Went in asking for a matching dip/shellac mani/pedi ... colors don’t match and I was told “oh it’s close”. Well no it isn’t and I didn’t ask for close. Girl that did the mani wasn’t beyond rude. And my dip manicure is so horribly done I will have to have it fixed tomorrow before a flight. I’ve been here a few times and to their sister location, hundreds of times. I won’t be back.

The lady who did my nails was VERY rude. I told I didn’t want gel and she yelled at me multiple times and said gel was more expensive so I should get it. I told her I still didn’t want the gel and she went ahead and put gel on my nails anyways. after she put it on I told her I really didn’t want gel and then she started grabbing at my nails with one of her tools and messed up 3 of my nails and said “this is what happens when you don’t get gel.” and then she made me sign the receipt, making me pay for gel. I asked her if my nails were dry and she said yes. while I was signing she bumped the pen and drew a line on my nail with pen. she then said that she wasn’t gonna fix it. she made me pay full price for a gel manicure when I didn’t even want gel in the first place and then ruined my nails too.

The nail salon is beautiful. It’s so lavish and relaxing. One of the receptionist was so friendly and they were able to get my sister and I in right away. Their price for a gel mani and pedi was great! They also have a great color selection. Their down falls are how unfriendly their nail technicians are. No one talked to me and that’s what’s really fun about a nail salon. The nail technicians joked and spoke to each other but I noticed they ignored their clients. The fun of going to get pampered at a nail salon is to be treated like a princess because I am paying for this service. While getting my pedicure my technician cut my toe. I had dark nail polish prior to getting my nails done and I didn’t notice she hadn’t cleaned it all off before applying my new color. She also applied so many coats on my nails that my gel mani looks so chunky. This is a good nail salon but not one of the best in highlands ranch. I don’t see myself recommending this salon to my girlfriends.

Wanted dip with natural French look. Told me its called an ombre so that is what I got...awful look like something that should be on a little kid. Nothing classey or natural looking about this also since when do you have to pay extra for cuticles?? Then the tech that did my nails tried to blame me for the look....will NEVER ever be back...nail tech used that grade on my feet with my permission she did it so hard I have a chunk taken out of my big toe its getting infected now. Have pictures but not sure how to post....funny thing is I paid 100 for all this..now a dr visit is in order

I normally do not take time to right reviews but I feel as though I should explain why I gave one star-no clean implements-shellac peeled off within two days-nail tech didn’t speak EnglishAll around my service was rushed I had removal of shellac and new shellac put on I was done within 20 minutes. Was told it wouldn’t cost “extra” to remove shellac and they still charged me for it. They do offer you water but mine was not cold at all the nail tech argued with me about getting sparkles on my fingers. Horrible nail salon will not go back and will let others know not to go here

LOVE. This place is brand new and gorgeous inside. They have a ton of new pedi chairs that can accommodate multiple guests. I went on a busy Friday afternoon and saw many people drop in, but NONE had to wait. I got a fabulous pedi and dip mani and it still looks great 2 weeks later. I cant wait to go back!

Went here one time with my daughter one month ago and it was great, so we went back today expecting the same quality and were very disappointed. We were not seated together, we were really rushed and my daughter said the man who did her mani pedi was very rude. We will not be returning, too many nail places around here to pay $100 for poor service and rude people.

Going here was a great girls day for my friend and I. The staff is amazing and does such a great job.

I was impressed the first time I came here, so I came back a second time. Disappointed the second time. I specifically asked for a basic pedicure and then the nail artist proceeded to push me repeatedly to get a more expensive one because I had callouses (which weren’t a problem the first time). He continued to try to upsell me for something twice as pricey. Not coming back. I can’t stand it when places keep trying to upsell after you already said no, to the point which is became really uncomfortable.

I just came from having the worst experience at this salon. I made an appointment 4 days in advance for a pedicure on my left foot (I have a prosthesis on my right leg) and when I made the appointment I specified that the pedicure was only for 1 foot. I arrived on time and was taken to a pedicure station only to wait 15 minutes before someone actually came over to me. The nail tech was extremely rude, made a scene embarrassing me greatly, and telling me she didnt know how to do a pedicure for 1 foot. I will not be coming back.
