Cramped space with slightly overpriced smaller capacity machines. Clothes came out smelling like waste water from machine 21. Machine 22 failed to load the soap properly at all. Thats two machines next to each other it took to service one load and failed each in their own exotic ways. I wouldnt park this review here if management had a number posted to be contacted to deal with issues as they appear. Certainly then, its a deliberate tact to avoid contact. Inside along with the washers n dryers r well maintained n clean.

I like this Laundromat above all others in town. Very chill and clean. Top priority.

Around 4:30, 02/04/2021, I left one dark grey pillow cover in the upper dryer accidentally. I came back there 2hours later to find it but Its already gone. The dark grey pillow cover means a lot to me because it was gift sets for my 26 anniversary for wedding. So, I am so sad... Perhaps, there is a CCTV and I will go tomorrow morning again and ask the manager to watch the camera. I hope that I will find out.

I do my laundry there 1-2 times a week, as a bartender/server I end up with more clothes etc... to wash. The Latin woman who seems to manage the facility does a good job of cleaning as best as she can ( she’s not tall). She’s always been very nice to me and she pleased I am able to speak Spanish (broken). The only draw back is that customers do not watch their kids, they run all over, walking on folding tables or touching your clean clothes with their sticky hands while trying to hide behind a cart that’s being used. I understand it’s difficult to get a sitter but it shouldn’t be difficult to bring some sort of coloring book, iPad,or even a book for them read or the parent read to them. For the positive, one day I was in a hurry and got my laundry done. Walked home ( since I’m very close)& couldn’t find my keys. I went into panic mode and retraced my steps, I went back to Baja Ranch then 99 store and walked into laundromat the Manager saw me and held up my keys, she was waiting for me to come back. She could of ignored them or trashed them but she didn’t. 4 stars! Customer for life unless I score a washer and dryer for my place :0)

A good place to go with with a good variety of washing machines at reasonable prices. Their dryers cost $0.25 for 8 minutes it used to be $0.25 for 10 minutes.Some laundromats still give you 12 minutes for The restroom has been out of order for quite some time. It cant be a lack of money since the owner drives luxury cars. They need to understand or care that their customers need to use the restrooms from time to time.

Laundrymat is dirty and needs some new machines but gets the job done.

It is dirty and crowded. There are homeless people all around the place and they do nothing to clean up the front of the business. Trash and broken glass are everywhere. Find yourself another laundromat.

Always clean and well stocked. With everything you need to get in and out without a problem.

Very clean and well maintained. The couple is always looking around and making sure that everything is good and working properly. The girl who most of the time is there, keeps cleaning the machines and sweeping the floor. My hat off to the crew! 🙏🏻 Totally recommend this place for laundry. Super Clean!!!

After I placed my laundry in the washing machine, I went to get quarters from a coin machine. I was approached by a man that worked there who said, the quarters are for customers only. I felt like he said it in a condescending manner. I said, my clothes are in the washer, that makes me a customer, right? He walked away without apologizing. The wash costs $6.25

This place is unprofessional. The workers are ghetto. Lady was yelling at me because she wanted to mop the floor, so I couldnt use certain machines. It is a way you do things that makes business great, not this.

I can go there and the do my laundry but this place is just gross. The machines, the restroom, the floor, the walls, the smells, everything. Its very ghetto and the employees seem unfriendly. But hey, if you want your laundry done...

I usually go after 7. There’s a nice woman who works here that keeps the place tidy and clean. There’s always enough machines. Pretty fast free WiFi. Spanish and English TVs playing. Places to sit. Vending machines. Always stocked quarter machine. No complaints.

Terrible laundromat and even worse service. Machines dont wash nor dry well and when you tell the ladies that work there, they blame you for it. Would recommend you go to the laundromat on garfield and orange grove. Much better than this place

Quadruple load with enough water to clean 1 load. This place is nasty. Please use more water. Customers are being charged for it. I left without drying and went to wash elsewhere. Too bad there wasnt anyone in charge to give me my money back. Smh. I hope this place gets bought out by better owners. Im so pissed off.

Worst experience ever. The Lady that works the closing shift was so RUDE! And very unprofessional. She started screaming and yelling at me in front of all the other customers, Because she didnt want me to use the left side of the washer machines,because she said she was going to mop. And that side was closed according to her. When I confronted her and told her she was being very rude and disrespectful she said if I didnt like it I can leave.She even threaten me, she said she was going to call the police, O wowwww I was very much surprised why does the owner of this loundermat has people like this working there with suck an ugly attitude.Apparently She said she doesnt get paid enough money. So she was rushing me to be out of there before 10pm, I mean if she would of told me without yelling at me. Would of been a different story. I want to talk to the owner she needs to get a warning or Something. SHE WAS SO RUDE!

The guy working there was rude. I put my clothes in the drier an hour before they are supposed to clothes, and i payed 40mins worth of drying. I came back 40 minutes later to get my clothes, exactly 20 minutes before he was supposed to close and the laundryroom was closed and my clothes were taken out of the drier before the drier had completed its 40minutes. Horrible service.
