Its friendly and feel like family

Very poor customer service! Who is the office manager there? All the girl Ebony do is screen the caller id and answer the phone for who she wants to answer for and is also rude. Melissa in HR is also very rude and will not let you talk to anyone that is above her I know she is not the manager with the sorry attitude she has.. I absolutely don’t see how that office is ran with them two answering phones for customers.

Horrible customer service, and work ethic when your taking your braids down during business hours 😖 smh
