This is the second time I’ve used Pathfinders and they’ve done great both times. We had our grout cleaned today and it looks NEW! The tile had spots that I always assumed were the look of the tile and low and behold it’s shiny, clean, and new looking. I’ll use them again in the future for sure! I called AAA Pathfinders to clean my couch and recliner, as well as clean the air ducts. I’ve called them twice before for furniture cleaning and grout cleaning. They always do a thorough job and are very professional. I appreciate VERY MUCH that they arrive when expected and let you know when they’re on the way. All the guys I’ve had come out have been so nice and have been with the family-owned company for many years. This says a lot about the owners and how they run the business and treat their employees. In addition, I recommended Pathfinders to a friend who had them out a week after I did and absolutely loved the job they did. She ended up having them do more than what they came for and was thrilled! She was so thankful that I sent her their way.

They cleaned out my air ducts/vents and my dryer vent. When a screw fell out that was holding up the vent, they came out as soon as they knew about it and fixed it. Nice guys. Did a good job.

I’m a parent to a very messy toddler and have two furbabies (cat&dog). I had milk stains, heavy foot traffic areas, pet stains, dirty tile grout, dryer vent, all overdue for a deep cleaning. Two very professional gentlemen got it all clean and smelling great. Still getting compliments on how great the house smells. They treated my home with respect and professionalism which I appreciated greatly. The fact that they we’re pretty much a one stop shop for all my cleaning needs was a plus. Will definitely be using their services on a yearly or as needed basis.

I had an ac leak and they were able to pull the carpet up and get it dried out. Great to work with and put it back in place.

Pathfinder cleaners did a good job. I had no issues with area rug. The couch had a lot of organic stains that were removed, but after the couches dried there were some areas that were missed. I would say 95% of the job was well done.

Chris is very polite and personable. He was able to repair our carpet and it looks good as new.

I had a leak that soaked the carpet. They came in and cleaned the carpet, treated it, lifted the padding and the carpet to place a blower under it. Its looking great.

Had them come out and stretch carpet in multiple places in a 2 story house. Found that carpet was installed strangely and in small pieces in some places but Pathfinder guys worked around it and made everything look so much better.

They also repaired two palaces in the carpet that was first quality.

The technicians were on time actually a little early but called to alert my son they would arrive within a few minutes. They explained the process of sanitation and deodorizing then steam cleaning. Chris addressed all the problem areas of carpet I requested. They cleaned our furniture spotless.They are honest and thorough returning todayto clean our air vents but Chris quickly realized he couldn’t clean as expected and quoted. Instead of cleaning with brushes he fogged and sanitized.I will call them back in a couple of years.

Pathfinders sent Ed and Chris to Powerwash our Victorian home with all its white detailed gingerbread woodwork. It was a hard job but when I drove up I thought the whites were whiter and the red trim was vibrant and bright. They took care with the landscaping and the entire house looked beautiful and clean. I didn’t ask for the windows to be washed but it sure looked like they were left clean enough for my new solar screen installation. Second mile company.

I had Pathfinders out to clean my AC ducts. We were having a mold issue. When they came they did an inspection and didn’t find much mold. Instead of charging me to clean my already clean duct work, they put an anti-microbial fog in the duct work and only charged is for that. Honest, fair and the guys were professional and nice. Excellent job!They showed up on time and were mindful of cleanliness of the house from start to finish. They wore booties to keep dirty shoes off the floors and put a door guard up (door has to be open to let the hose in) to keep the mosquitoes out. They did a very thorough job and our sofa looks brand new!
