They do not appreciate their good employees. They have to send employees out to fix other employees mistakes. And just plain rude to their employees. They charge too much for not guaranteeing a great job.

Save your self (and your Jewelry)I was a customer of Misty cleans in Baltimore city and would love to share my experience. I was as customer for YEARS until I came home one day and all of my good jewelry was gone. Clearly picked through, someone took their time going through it and took only what was nice - so someone who spent some time inside of my house.I alerted the owner (and the police) immediately but unfortunately, I live in Baltimore City and the process with the police was not at all helpful. Initially Misty did tell me that she had an employee who had been in my house the week before randomly quit and that she also suspected that person. After the police took their time (multiple reports later, actually) Mistys story changed and she was not at all accommodating in any way to keep me as a customer or help pay for the missing items. Basically, unless I had it on video she wasnt going to do anything. Also, when I asked her to return the key, she said she couldnt find it. She did offer a lock change and her helpful suggestion for me in the future was to lock my stuff up because she cant control what her team does.Save your self and your family heirlooms, and find another cleaning company.

Misty did our final cleaning of a large constructions project. The owner of the house we completely remodeled was so happy with the deep cleaning work. Misty was able to clean a sticker residue from the andersen windows. We had left them on way too long and the sun had etched it into the glass. But they knew exactly what to do.
