Exterior of the car was clean, but I paid an upcharge and expected better than this. Also, the guy keyed in my license plate wrong so it wont qualify for a buy so many get one free unless I remember to take my receipt in next time. Its a vanity plate, so not sure how he turned a Y into an I.

I just wanted a quick truck wash so i could go home and detail it myself. I got the best exterior wash they offered with tire shine. My truck actually looked more dirty than when i went in. They also only shined the two drivers side tires! The passenger side tires were still very dirty with no shine. This is twice in a row for this place! Done!

Wished we had vacuum and cleaned out vehicles ourselves . I wish I had taken a pictures so people could see how they vacuum and cleaned our vehicles . We paid for the thirty something dollar one, never again. Better off going thru the drive to get your car cleaned. This is a first review I have ever written which should tell you alot. (White dodge ram and a Black kia) If this helps you any. Very dissatisfied!

Theyre pleasant to talk to. They hire people that are in recovery so they get that second chance that they need to boost their confidence. The place is always clean. The restrooms are also clean. They are hard workers.

Paid $30 for the wash and got no tire shine. Was told I didnt pay for it and it would cost me an additional $4. 1st and last time going here.

DO NOT GO HERE. Facility is having problems with the auto track that pushes car through the wash. They claim it’s not their problem and won’t pay to fix. They have had three cars with broken valve stems cause tires to go flat and damage done to front end. Police were called and reports filed. This place is a joke. It was such a good place till it was sold. Under new ownership and this guy is the definition of can’t get right.

Customer service is somewhat lacking, but they make your car look great. The price you pay is also pretty good compared to their competition. However, they dont really care to announce when your car is done, so keep an eye out!

Prices are not displayed, communication from the employees is non-existent. They assume that you know what to do, but I didnt. They are supposed to drive your vehicle through while you wait inside and they wipe it down at the end. They did a good job but I ended up driving through and didnt realize what I was supposed to do.

Do not go here! They actually ripped off my drivers side mirror today. The manager was no help. The mirror was in perfect working order before my truck went into the wash bay. This business wont stand behind its mistakes. Never again!!!

I had an 8AM appointment scheduled for Monday May 13th for a $330 full detail while visiting my fiancé in Pasadena prior to our wedding. I spent two hours cleaning my personal belongings out of my vehicle, arranged a ride, and this business never even opened. By 9:30 not one employee had shown up for work. The voicemail is full and nobody returned my email or the written message I left on the front door after waiting for them to open.NEVER AGAIN!!

I am a VIP member at this place and have been here for several years but unfortunately the end product which is my car to be cleaned and dried has been steadily going downhill. Each month I think about canceling my membership due to the poor end product... which is my car to be vacuum, cleaned and dried.

Paid $29.00 for full service wash today and will never return!The last time I was here they did a horrible job as well, however I called and spoke with the manager and they said they went through a staff change recently and to give them another chance they would make it right. Came back today to give them another shot since it is close to my office, big mistake! They didnt even vacuum the back seat or floor at all. Did not wipe down doors or dash. Hood of truck is still dirty and spotted, the guy that was wiping the outside down appeared to be high as a kite and was just going through some of the motions.I called and spoke to Erica she told me to come back and they would make it right. I am on my way to work and do not have time to keep coming back for them to fix what they should have done in the first place. How hard is it to vacuum? The car wash does the outside the employees just have to dry it- it is not rocket science! I wash my vehicles weekly so they just lost two vehicles per week, multiply that by 52 weeks a year and they sure could afford to hire some more competent employees (you know the kind that are not to high to run a vacuum or dry a vehicle!)

This car wash is the best. I drive 30 minutes to go to this business. They always do an excellent job.

They are great!I had a serious smell issue (Ill just say that I have 3 teenage boys!). I tried and tried to get the smell out, but it was so imbedded in the carpet I was unable too! I dropped my car off for an afternoon, they worked their magic and it was gone.I highly recommend them. Great customer service!

I detailed my car myself before going. Just wanted a quick outside wash to get the bugs and pollen off my car. Not knowing they drive your car through the wash, I came back into my car looking like I never vacuumed it. Bugs on the floor, under the seat, dirt on my seat, some green bug flying around in the car. They changed my whole seat set. The only difference, my car wasnt green. The bugs were just smeared all over the car, windshield still have bugs on them. Dont even waste your time or your money. Also, the waiting room smells like cigarettes.

Dont waste your money. I was in a hurry and did not realize until after I got home that they had not cleaned my wheels at all. All four were filfthy. The front two were covered Im brake dust. Hard to believe the wash didnt do a better job, much less the guys finishing the job. Inside was equally disappointing. Debris and dust still visible. Cursory vacuum at best.

If I could rate zero theyd get that. The mngr is still paying his employees less then minimum wage & people steal out of the cars

Paid $35.00 for the Mini Detail package. The wait was about 45 minutes which was a hassle but the car did come out looking very nice. For the price paid Id say the service and job done was adequate

They do a good job of making your car clean. The price is reasonable. And they hand dry.

I got the mini detail and was not really happy with the job. They left the dash the consul the steering wheel in the doors greasy from the cleaner they used instead of wiping it down afterwards. Seats were not cleaned and they don’t do formats unless you pay additional, which they didn’t tell me until after the car had gone through the car wash. May go back but not sure.

If you leave the antenna on a customers truck knowing it will destroy their fender then why would you not either take it off or ask them to take it off ? A sign on the wall next to ten other signs does not pardon ignorance. It merely gives you an out legally.

Car was left a greasy dirty mess. Mini detail doesnt include cleaning floor mats, and I have to ask for less next time so that they dont leave whatever greasy stuff they use running down my car doors. There will be no next time thanks.

These folks do a pretty good job and they wipe down your vehicle afterwards. Sometimes they dont do the greatest job on the back of my Honda Pilot, hence the 4-star rating.

I had been holding out for a decent car wash until the weather broke and when I stopped in on Saturday and paid 25 plus tip, I was totally shocked when I got home and realized my rims were still dirty and the back of my car was also still obviously dirty. I realized later that evening that the rag they used to wipe the inside of my windows left smears everywhere. I could have paid $5 to go through a drive through car wash for those results. I expected a bit more for the price. I did call to let them know that my car was still dirty and was told that the 35 price was a mini detail and would have included them rinsing my mats, and wiping things down better inside. I have been to the car wash before and never have I experienced this before. Feel like I need to wash my car after they washed it, just so I can see out my windows. What a disappointment.

Its okay. For about $15 you get your car washed and dried. Depending on the drying team, you might get a decent job or you might not.

I dont know what happened to this place, they used to be really good. Prices have gone up in service has gone down. They didnt clean the mats, only wipe down parts of the interior And vacuumed two thirds of it. I will not be returning.

Experience was okay. I went at a slow time of day. Staff wasnt friendly - especially girl at front desk. Detailing was okay, not that good. Not worth the money to go back.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I went there to get my car, that I was leasing, detailed before I turned it in. When I got into the car it was covered in Armor-All with the dust still on the surface. They didnt bother to wipe the dash before they Armor-Alled it. When I got to the dealership I went to the back and opened the trunk/cargo area to check to see what I had left in it. It had not even been touched. Neither had my matts. So I decided to check under my seats...needless to say they werent done either. Not worth spending $38.00. I will not go back.

Been going there for years, service has realy gone down hill. Just left there paid extra because I have an larger vehicle. Got home to load up and found the back end was not vacuumed, dirt and other stuff all over the floor. Tried to call them, but keep getting there voice mail with no way to leave a message. Dont know if I will go back again.

This is the second time I have went there and paid for full service and detail. They vacuumed for literally a minute as soon as we left the car and walked inside it was going through the wash. I even took out the floor mats so they would actually vacuum because last time they never moved the mats. They never touched the back seats or the back floor I had to redo them. They dumped so much armor all all over the car and never rubbed it in.. It felt so greasy and disgusting. Soap was still all over the car. If it was one time then ok but this is the second time in a row that thru rushed through and it wasnt even busy!! Its crazy how much I til them for their work and pay for the full detail but they half assed it. I could do a better job myself. Just to give you an idea how long it took to vacuum.. Wash and detail the entire car .. And wipe down the car I couldnt even smoke a full cigarette. Wow! These are professionals??!! I am more of a professional at detailing a car then they are without all of their products. I will never go back what a joke and a rip off. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Was a customer for years and got great service. recently had run in with manager cliff who was rude,disrespectfull and just a total jerk. left my name and number for owner brian to call me in regards to a managers complaint. Truck was still dirty when they told me they were done, I paid $35 for the mini-detail and there was dirt, not mud, dry dirt on it. Pitiful. Manager was worthless.

The car wash bent my front license plate and metal frame around it. The manager came out and looked at it and then said its my trucks fault because of where it is mounted. But then he couldnt understand why I was upset and yelling at him...lol. Even though it right around the corner from me, Ill never go back.
