Usually a really long line but it moves quick. The car wash worked well overall but my car still had some dirty spots after. I got the package with the tire shine and my tires didn’t look too clean. The prices were a little higher than Bellaggio Express Car Wash in Temple City but it’s to be expected for the area. I do like that they have free vacuums with the air compressor as it works really well to clean the inside of your car.

There was a line for sure. I feel like they squeezed in a car wash on such a small property. So you have to do these sharp turns on every corner. Also when vacuum spots are all taken, it hold up the actual car wash itself. Ive been to the Montbello location (off of Washinton Blvd.) And its definitely not as tight on turning space as this one. Overall, great wash.

Ok place for a quick wash, Ive had a couple of not so great moments at this venue. On my last one, paid for a platinum wash... Vacuums, air sprayer s non-op, armor all didnt work, etc. Not trying to dog them out, just stating the facts.

Probably the best local monthly car wash but not my favorite. It’s priced high for a place where you have to rush to vacuum and dry the car yourself.

This is a good place for a quick drive thru car wash. It is well priced and my car looked great once it was washed.

First time here today. We were able to get a free wash after we registered online for it. It’s a quick and simple process. The staff member that took our print out also gave us free wipes. Don’t be discouraged by the long lines, they move fairly quickly.

Great clean. Plenty of vacuum power. They even have pressured air to blow dust away. Membership is reasonable. Great value.

This location does a good job. The operation goes well. There were no hiccups. Due to the size of my vehicle I always take more than the suggested 5 minutes. Its always clean and most guests are respectful.I recommend this establishment.

Car wash was a short run compared to others. Did not feel that my car was wash well. With spots remaining, which is not a difficult feat perform by other express washers. Self Vacuum was good, plenty of stalls with powerful vacuum and blower.

Car wash service here is good on a normal day, but if you have to complain to the manager about something, beware of getting scolded pretty badly. When the air gun machine went down at their location, I complained to the manager named Mike to suggest selling microfiber cloths as a substitute for those who don’t have one, but instead lectured me on how the air gun “is supposed to be for blowing out your floor mats” as if the air gun is only for that purpose. I push out the excess water with that device. He sounded incompetent and arrogant and made me sound stupid and ridiculed me. No apology whatsoever. I will try to reach out to the owner of the car wash and have him removed. You have been warned.

They have really really gone downhill. Car wash does almost nothing and half the vacuums don’t work

They got my service that I pay a good dollar for monthly mixed up with a “bronze “customers, I talked to the supervisor nicely named MIKE and he said “you have to go back and wait in line “ you should’ve told the worker standing there other wise” with attitude poor service, poor customer care, poor choice of management, I write service for Chrysler dodge jeep and ram and take care of customer 24/7 and that is not a good look, ESPECIALLY IF THERE ASKING FOR GOOD REVIEWS ON YELP REWARDING FREE TOWLES😂 Change your manager guys please you will go down the drain if you have him speaking to customers, so I unsubscribed my membership

Nice facility, decent tunnel equipment. Left some bugs and didnt get my wheels as clean as some other washes Ive been to. Great dry and shine!

Went early so there was no line, quick and smooth process. I suggest that you go early to avoid the long wait times.

The one on mountain Ave is better. My car looks cleaner at the other location and sometimes the vacuums dont work

Great place for a wash pretty inexpensive but you need to vacuum, gets busy on weekends and weeknights. Best time to go is in the AM. Get a monthly membership If you go often, w/a membership you can go once a day

Great bang for your buck when you buy the easily renewable Speedy Pass, you can wash your car 1 time per day every day your monthly pass is valid for one price!

Drive thru wash, super affordable, try to avoid peak hours because they get more strict on the 5 minute vacuuming. Outside of peak times u can bring or buy towels and put the finishing touches on and detail ur own car usually without any issues or other people needing ur vacuum stall.

I have never went to Xpress car wash before. I actually prefer hand washing my car.However, I needed it cleaned and it was the fastest and closest place to get it done.It was a good experience, you’re in and you’re out in 5mins. Good for when you need that fast wash service. Free vacuum after your wash.Reasonably priced for the typed wash you’re looking for.Check them out if you’re in a rush.

Always go to this place if there is no long line. Vacume machines are working fine, one thing that is very important for everyone I guess.

Paid $13 for no wash! I went back told them that brushes never touch my car, they let me in again, same time happened, went talked to the manager, he then tells me my windshield is too vertical and machine dont wash cars like this... But I was, welcome to drive it again at my own risk! But I have to make the 15 car line again, I said just refund me and Im good, hes response was he cannot refund, i just had to walk away giving away muy $13 buks, that btw, its hi priced for an express car wash..Be aware, NO REFUND, DO WHATEVER SERVICE THEY PROVIDE, THEY DONT WARRANTY ANYTHING TO YOU...

Tight turns for a large truck, really wish theyd get the rollers going for the top of the cab on trucks.

Not too fast getting going, but people dont care about others...The wash is fair, but it always misses the middle rear & front of the car.The drying spinning things at the end sometimes get close, but dont touch the cat.Complain & go through again its better them.But what do you expect for so dam cheap 🤔

I’m a regular at the Monrovia- Duarte location, that is great. Every thing works perfectly, yesterday I stopped at the Pasadena location to buy a $50.00 gift car for my daughter that lives near by, the customer service of one particular individual was the worst, the only way to identify this individual is because HE wears both side earrings, lack of education and manners, should not be working directly with customers, I wish I knew his name; never will be back to that location!

Beware that most of the time, this location is very busy. However, the line moves fairly quickly. I think its slightly over priced when comparing to other drive thrus in other LA cities. Overall, still worth it to be a customer here.

Decent enough car wash with fast moving lines. The drying part of the wash could be better.Problem is that the parking for vacuuming is persistently full. People are spend too much time detailing their cars though signs indicate that youre not supposed to. Its not enforced by staff unfortunately.So ultimately, you get only half what you pay for as youre forced to leave without being able to vacuum the inside of your car or dry off whatever their car wash didnt.

This is the best drive thru car wash. The place doesnt smell bad like some do as its newer. Staff is always nice and they keep their equipment serviced so nothing seems to ever be broken.

This is the first time Ive been here. There was a bit of a wait but once the line started moving, it went fairly quickly. They provide a free 5 minute vacuum so you can finish up.

This is basically the only car wash I use. The wash isnt perfect so you may need to follow up a bit by hand, but for the price its a good deal. The vacuums are strong and I usually dont have to wait very long to use one. Im a lyft driver so I use the monthly membership which means unlimited washes - if you wash your car more than once a week, its an awesome deal.

Still leaves some dirt spots on vehicle sometimes. Better than gas station car wash though. A lot shorter wait time than regular car wash that seems to take an hour.

Usually I see a big line here. Today there was only a few cars (maybe due to the fire 10 or 15 miles away causing smoky skies). I had some trouble guiding the car into the washer. It was my first time here so I found it confusing to put the left wheel only in the slot. But the wash was quick and effective.

The value wash is now $7 and people dont acknowledge the 5-min limit for vacuums (its hard to finish the job quickly). I found that the wash is good, but the dryer could use some refining as it didnt dry everything. Would recommend.

Everytime I come here for my F-150 or my ladies car, we drive off feeling more than satisfied. I have been coming here since they opened. If you need a fantastic wash, this is the wash for you.

Monthly pass. Only if you wash your car at least 2 times a month! Its worth it. Also go early in the a.m. any time after 10 am, youre in for a wait. Decent wash on the car. Sometimes soap looks a little watered down but car still comes out good! Vacuums work well. Overall, a good spot to wash your car.

Its a pretty good wash for $7. Ive found the best time to get there is Monday through Thursday before 9am. They have plenty of bays to dry and clean the inside of your car (5 minutes or under, please). The vacuums work really well. They even have an air hose.

Car wash is ok. Vacuums werent working in two stalls. Lots of people nd noone there smiles as clients come in. Gta have some PR if ur going to wrk with people. Now I have to go bck to vacuum my car. Disappointing as thats my time. Too busy to wait. Not happy today!!!

Easy to get in and out.

It was my first time coming here to get my car wash. I purchased the platinum package, which is $16. The entire wash process seemed really rushed, like less than 5 minutes inside the actual wash area.I did like that this car wash offered free vacuuming and an air hose to air out the excess water from the door jams and trunk crevices.I did an entire walkthrough inspection after leaving this place, and wasnt really impressed with the end results. There were visible water spots on the side mirrors and underneath the mirrors, the entire back trunk and bumper area has water spots, the top of the trunk has streaks on it from the machinery, and all four rims still showed traces of dirt. Overall, the car is about 90-95% clean.As a first time customer, I would have expected a more thorough cleaning from their platinum package, ESPECIALLY on the rims, since this package does state tire dressing. Also disappointed that there were so many water spots left behind on the side mirrors, trunk, and back bumper.

Fast car wash that provides a super strong vacuum to clean up your car. They also provide a microfiber towel to help clean up any water droplets. Hopefully they open new locations soon. Highly recommended!

Always organized. We just follow instructions and stay in car. Then everyone does own vacuuming and detail. All vacuum provided as well as air gun to blow off any small water collection. Cheaper to pay monthly and go as often as you want.

Best drive - thru car wash around. I hardly even have to dry it when the wash is finished. There are plenty of vacuum stations, everything is always in working order. Love this spot!!!

This place gets really busy in the afternoon. The lines usually last about 20 to 30 minutes. That is just for the wash I dont bother with the vacuum.

For quick car wash its great. But theres always line, so come and prepare for 15 min at least waiting.

Great automatic car wash. Lines are long but move quickly. No interaction with staff to minimize COVID issues. Wash was descent for automatic drive thru car washing. Will come back again to get the car cleaner.

The last time I went they broke my side view mirror and when I called they kept avoiding my calls, so nothing ever happened about it, When i went in another car if it wasnt for the fact that the side view mirror on that other car bends, it would have broke it too

Its just like any other fast five with the great prices. Super cramped parking and turning into the wash. If you have a huge car may want to reconsider.

I have a Sedan and Im not sure why but the rollers didnt was my car like previous times. I would ask to see if they have calibrated the sensors because my car was still pretty dirty after the wash. Rollers didnt go all the way down onto the car.

I like this carwash for the area it is in..but my car never really gets clean all the way...I live in an area where the birds poop on my car all the time so I take it to get washed here and the poop never comes off all the way..and they also dont have anything you can buy as far as car freshners or cleaning clothes ...

Will definitely go again. I love the extra drying from the cloth.

Very pleased with this place. My first time there, so I was not sure what to expect. Once you let the car go through is sort of weird, but the end result is good. You get to vacuum and dry your car and give it your personal attention.
