Awesome automotive repair shop with very fair prices. Jorge is very honest and has no problem with giving details regarding the diagnosis and all that is required to get your vehicle back on the road. He is the only mechanic that I trust to work on my vehicles. I will continue to use his shop and refer friends and family to him for the safety of not being taken advantage of.

Jorge and Justin were great. We had to evacuate due to Hurricane Ida and our truck developed major electrical issues after we arrived. Triple J’s managed to get us in the same day that we called and fixed our truck within 2 days so we could return home. My wife and I are extremely grateful that they were able to work on our vehicle in such a short amount of time and they even stayed late so we could pick it up after it was finished. The work is top notch in my book and the price was very reasonable, especially considering what they managed to do in such a short amount of time. Thanks for everything Jorge and Justin!!

I just picked up my car from Triple Js and, I am happy with the service that they provided. I am not the most aware when it comes to cars but I knew something was wrong with my air conditioner and it wasnt cooling as expected. I took it last week explaining to them I was experiencing some issues with the battery terminals and the air conditioner.Most big shops will be a quick in and out scenario even if its a big issue and sometimes, more issues pop up afterwards. Triple Js took their time inspecting the vehicle and making sure they identified the cause behind the air conditioner not working - they inspected every single part that affects the AC. I am sure I was a pest but they kept me up-to-date with what they were doing and what they were looking for.Ultimately, they were able to find the issue behind the AC issues after testing and checking all the parts. The attention-to-detail youll get here is amazing because most places would be like nope, I cant find anything but the team here checked everything out to determine the issue. you wont find this type of service at most places and I appreciate their service in trying to determine the issue.Kim was great to work with via email and phone - never felt like I was bugging her asking her for an update every single day. George was awesome in explaining what they did and what they found.I would highly recommend for anybody dealing with car issues to go here.

I had a ticking noise coming from inside the engine. Jorge diagnosed the issue and offered 3 alternatives for repair.Triple J completed the repairs by the promised time at the price quoted. They have done a quality repair at an affordable price. I would definitely use Triple J’s Auto Repair again.

ASE Certified mechanic very knowledgeable. Took my 2016 Denali to his shop and he told me exactly what was wrong and what my options where to fix. Reasonably priced, honest very meticulous. Hes little too busy being an excellent mechanic, he has lots of work lined up, It took a little longer to fix than i was expecting but he done a excellent job. Thank You George and the staff atTripple Js, found my go to mechanic, will return in the future for any other needed repairs. I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this auto repair shop monthly to do my interlock calibrations. I always feel welcomed, very professional staff. They keep me informed of any issues my car might be having. My monthly appointments for my calibrations are always done properly and on a good time frame. Definitely recommend!

I love the service here. About 10 years ago, I needed my SUV serviced and I was worried as a female I would get scammed by mechanic. I have been scammed before. Then My co worker ( I work in the medical center) recommended George The owner of the shop.. He is honest and does not overcharge with fake fixes.I drive two hours to get him to service my vehicles.Been going to George for 9 1/2 years now. His wife Kim is awesome too.He treats his customers right, most honest mechanic I ever met.Highly recommended. Will he going back to him until my SUV dies and I’m even going to get a car from him :). This is not your local hole in the wall shop. The professionalism and customer service are far above many shops I have been too. The shop stays clean, their equipment organized. Jorge is a real genuine guy as well. He takes time to make sure the job is getting done with the right parts and tools. Theres only 2 people I trust to work on my motor being that its a Ford. They are fast and reliable.I took my car in a few weeks ago due to a loud terrible noise that seemed to be affecting the performance of my vehicle. I was the only one there and as soon as I arrived they had the mechanic check it out and figured out what it was instantly. They replaced the passenger side wheel bearing for a fair price. It was fast and sufficient. It has been extremely hard to find the right auto repair shop but the people here seem to be genuine and reliable. I waited a few weeks before posting a review to see how my car would hold up. I will definitely be coming back. I like how it’s a family establishment as well,also, they seem to like bubbas seafood a lot.Thank you for the great service!

My car had a check engine light on and when I emailed Triple J’s inquiring about an inspection they let me know that my car wouldn’t pass inspection as long as the check engine light is showing. I was told I could apply for the Air Check Texas program which would get me a $600 voucher to get repairs done for free. I did that, got approved, dropped my car off at Triple J’s and my car was repaired and returned to me the very next day! Excellent customer service. If youre looking for a cheap quick fix auto mechanic and no real troubleshooting then Triple Js Auto Repair isnt the place for you. Had what I thought was a simple fix and for the most part it was but simple for this shop and for not me :). 2014 Chevrolet Silverado LT, Power Steering Assist wasnt working like it should and couldnt even drive it to the shop so Jorge had it picked up and did what a real auto mechanic does & did the troubleshooting and found the issue(s).Results: Confirmed the Steering Assist software needed updating but also found my alternator was going out which would of caused a bigger problem and cost me more money. To top it off Jorge noticed my truck needed an oil change so before doing anything i get a courtesy call to make sure it was something i wanted to have done. At the end I was able to receive my truck back with a short leadtime, fair priced and running smoothly. Conclusion: If youre looking for a well established auto repair shop that has the experience, expertise and same capabilities as a bigger auto repair shop then Triple Js is the place for you. Thank you Jorge & Kim for taking care of our vehicles and keeping us on the road, customers for life!

Window on passinger side broke and it was looking like it was going to rain. Took it to Triple Js they inspected, ordered parts, and repaired it in 2 hrs. The lift window bracket cable was broken. Have not had any problems since having it fixed 😊.Price was reasonable especially considering the weather was not on my side. $275.00 parts and labor.

On a hot summer day my ac gave out. I drove to jorges shop and he personally diagnosed my vehicle. I told him I didnt want to spend outrageous money getting repairs before he got too far into it. An hour later my car was ready and only problem it had was a bad valve. I love the way he handled it. Part was delivered and installed promptly. He said he rather fix source of problem rather than juice me for more money and have me come back for unnecessary reasons. Im his customer for life from here on out. Quick service and great prices.
