They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and correctly repair my vehicle that needed an alternator replacement. Not only was it repaired perfectly it was repaired quickly. Im very pleased and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Memos Auto Repair Shop is honest.Took my VW Jetta in for a 100,000 mile checkup. This would normally be an opportunity for an auto repair shop to generate business by telling me a lot of things are wrong with my car, but Memos told me everything looked great and no repairs were necessary.When I needed my transmission fluid changed, Memos was honest and said they would not be able to do it cheaply, so they recommended another shop.I will continue bringing my car here as long as I am in the Pasadena area.

I have only been there as a vendor. If I had a serious diagnostic issue I could not solve (engine management, computer, fuel injection). I would be okay with trying this repair shop.
