The agent sat down with me and helped me understand my coverage. Because of her time and effort I was able to chose what I needed and remove what I didnt feel was important for my individual needs. I was able to save money, increase my coverage, understand my policy and experienced all this with an agent who was professional and understanding to my personal situation. Everyone in the office were cheerful and eager to assist. And they speak Spanish! Gracias!

I did not work with Dalinda herself but her assistant named Diane.It was off to a great relationship and she was always talkative and seemed to have an interest in helping me, at least it seemed that way.The issue started when I completed a defensive driving course and submitted the certificate to her. She said that my bill would have changed in less than a month as well as I should have gotten another discounts because one of my accidents will surpass 5 years.2 months later I called and emails her stating that I was still not getting any discounts and I DID email her the certificate. She said that she never got it, she asked me to email the certificate again. So I emailed her again and same thing, 1 month later she still didnt respond. I called left a message and she did not call back. I waited 2 more weeks to not be bothersome and she finally answered the phone, but this time she has a short tone filled with attitude against me.So I asked her about the discounts and she lied to me and said that they will not kick in until 1 year from now, although it would only be 6 months for the insurance to renew itself. She had no explanation and refused to stay on the phone with me. She said I will call you back. 2 weeks later she did not call back.I finally refused to work with them and called to change agents and file a complaint on this State Farm office. I transferred to Brooke Cluse and within the month they were able to explain all the discounts to me and also were able to get 25% off my current bill.I Would never go back to this office again, I tried to be patient but sometimes it seems that people enjoy on testing it.

Omg they are always raising my insurance and i leave message after message and nobody ever answers the phone or returns my calls! Cant get online at all either... Smh how do i contact these ppl!
Beware!!! Worst customers services EVER!!! They never pick up their phones and when they do leave you on HOLD and never come back to you. Or hang up on you. They charge you account after being advised not to over and over again. They give State Farm a bad rep.

One of the worst insurance agents Ive every dealt with. Started a policy with automatic payment drafting and 3 months later I get a frantic e-mail from them to call their office immediately. Apparently, the person that set up my policy was no longer there and did not set up automatic draft of the payment so my policy was in jeopardy of cancelling. They claim they tried to call me several times and reach me by mail, but my phone never range, no voicemail and definitely nothing in the mail. I sent them all of the documents again (I still had the papers from the first time I sent them in) and they had me sign a no loss statement. I discontinued the policy soon after that. Now, Im changing insurance companies since I have a teenager to add to my policy (2 years later) and Im having to pay a higher rate because State Farm is showing a month lapse in insurance from a mistake CAUSED BY THIS OFFICE. I called the office and spoke with Diane who.......you guessed it......didnt call back.
