Careful!! There is no agent here anymore. They never answer the phone, never call back. Just charge aNd if they overcharge, they put up excuses. Promise one thing and then pretend they never said such thing. Ridiculous!

I dont know if the previous review is correct and there is actually no agent here, but I also experienced calls not being returned. If Jack is still there Im not sure what he does with his day, because its not being an insurance agent.
