This is a great community! The people here are considerate of each other. There are some who push the rules but that happens in any community. Overall, my experience here was truly exceptional compared to other similar communities. The management and office staff are friendly and try their best to meet your needs. Check out all of the amenities on and off the property before you go somewhere else.
Best apartment I have ever lived in hands down! Great community, very clean and peaceful area. The staff is always super kind and helpful to any needs or concerns you may have. I would highly recommend these apartments for a great place to live.
Apartment staff extremely unwilling to work with people looking to rent. Hung up on me twice and then told me I couldnt rent unless I visited in person even though I live in another part of the country.
Recently moved out of Preserved at Baywood and through the year and 4 months I lived there I have only great things to say. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Darlene. My apartment was on the third floor with the balcony overlooking the beautiful phase 1 pool and the breathtaking sunset. I regularly used the facilities especially the gym and was always kept clean and functioning. Parking is not reserved but was able to always get a good one very close to my apartment. The apartment floor lane is very convenient. Service request were timely done. I totally recommend living there. Loved every day of living on Preserved at Baywood. Moved out because of work relocation.
Preserve at Baywood is the best apartment complex Ive lived in. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional, and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. There are two dog parks on the premises, so if you have pets, this is the place to live. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained, and there are two giant pools on the property as well. I live in an apartment with a garage, and having the extra space is amazing. If youre looking for an apartment in the area, be sure to check out Preserve at Baywood!
I moved in in September if 2019 and Ive loved it so far! The staff is very friendly and weve never had any issues getting in contact with them. We had an issue with our dishwasher starting up and they sent maintenance out that next morning and they fixed it right away! We love the dog park and all the other amenities the complex has to offer! During the application process, the representative that helped us was really easy to get in contact with, and always followed up quickly. We actually toured our apartment through their virtual 3D tours and they look exactly as they do online! I would highly recommend this location!
I have lived here for about a year and a half now. It’s a decent location, nice surroundings with parks and wildlife around the apartment complex area. However, management at this location leaves a LOT to be desired. Critical issues such as AC or refrigerator not working are not resolved. I have to babysit the work-order to make sure the actual issue (which I tell them what is) gets resolved. I can call the front office as many times as I want, but 90% of the time I wont get a response (on the day I wrote this review I called 16 times and waited in the office for 20 minutes to get assistance on a critical appliance failure). For the absurd amount you pay, you do not get your money’s worth. There is some sort of mold or air contamination in my apartment that triggers a chronic-like cough, something I have noticed in other reviews here as well. There are fee’s for pointless services that you cannot opt out of. They add services that did not exist when you signed the lease, which sneaks in additional fees that you are responsible for, despite never agreeing to this! For a while, if there was light rain or the mildest of thunder (emphasis on mildest), the building would lose power for a second and then it would return. This cost me a $900 GPU as the power surges (through a surge-protector) eventually killed it. When I reported this issue, management told me they couldnt do anything about it, and that I should report it to CenterPoint. Why they couldnt report the fact that power was tripping off for several buildings during mild rain, I cannot fathom. When I contacted CenterPoint, they wanted me to cover any charges related to fixing the potential issues with the wiring. Not to mention the fuses tripping in my kitchen constantly, the water pressure being inconsistent at best, the hot water takes 5 minutes in the kitchen, my fridge when it finally does work is incredibly noisy, doors not opening and closing properly, locks on the front door not working, the gate to enter the community is constantly faulty, and a plethora of other complaints. At this point, I have pretty much stopped putting in work-orders, as my faith in them getting appropriately resolved has severely diminished.Additionally, tenants here do not pick up after their dogs. There are dogs left on the porches barking late through the night (past 11pm) and early on weekend mornings (7am or earlier). The breed restriction is also, clearly, not enforced. Not a big deal for me, as I love dogs of all shapes and sizes.Living here I have experienced a nice area, average community, and unacceptable management. When you speak to them at the front office they seem pleasant and helpful, but this is only a charade to lure you into signing. Its great that everyone is friendly and nice, but in the end that is not what takes away from my quality of life. Having breathing issues from breathing in mold, first in my bathroom (which took 4 work orders and I am still not certain its resolved), then now in my AC ducts, has been a serious issue for me.It’s really a gamble, you can roll the dice and hope you don’t get any problems in your apartment, to which you may think this is a pretty good location, and explains the good reviews on here. However, this has not been my experience at all.-EDIT;Upon leaving this review I was contacted by the community manager, who seemed sincere in wanting to improve my situation. Will update.
The Leasing Office employees make living here so easy! Not only are they friendly to me and my dog, but they organize fun events every so often for the residents and our pets! The maintenance staff has been timely and capable when I have any issue that needs taken care of. The apartments are modern and cozy, with plenty of space. The complex is quiet, with lots of green space for your dog, and walking paths to get exercise! It feels like home, not just another apartment complex. The location is perfect with quick and easy access to the Clear Lake area, NASA, Houston, and of course Pasadena/Deer Park.
By far the nicest complex around. It’s clean, quiet and the amenities cannot be beat. What makes The Preserve really shine is their staff. They’ve been so helpful and accommodating. Kelley and the rest of the team in the office are wonderful about keeping the residents up to date and are always on top of any issues that arise. We love the events they have and how they treat us. It’s a great place to live and I recommend them to everyone!
The apartments themselves are nice.... Bad thing is, they are now packed like sardines with residents. You cannot find any parking after 5pm. It was not like that when I first moved in. Horrible front office staff. And you have to call several times to have anyone come out for maintenance. I really enjoyed that they were pet friendly, however there is dog poop EVERYWHERE! There was obviously only a couple of us that picked up behind our dog. Management will tell you she will get back to you, and never does. This happened at least 3 times while I was there. Totally unprofessional in my opinion. I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up to move out of there.
It’s a wonderful place to live in. Clean, well kept, modern, beautiful, quiet!! Pools are great n so much fun, they are breathtaking! Recreational/exercise areas are also a great part of the community.Parking has never been a problem.Pet friendlyGood southern hospitality by the staff n management! And a great developing neighborhood.
The Preserve was my home away from home while working in Houston. The staff was very professional and made my move in and out very easy. Since the place is like new I never had any problems that I needed fixed. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I highly recommend the Preserve for anyone that wants a professional living lifestyle.
Im living there right now guys and so far its pretty good outside and the people from here are so far very friendly even tho there is still covid 19
Overall impression of this community was Top Notch! I was skeptical because sometimes the online gallery usually shows the nicer looking amenities and apartment floor plans but honestly it was exactly what was shared online. Simply beautiful, clean and just seems overall a quiet & peaceful environment - which is exactly what my children and I need. Not to mention, the luxury of having a swimming pool, sand volleyball and 24hr fitness center within personal view just makes it all more of a reason to feel as though we could really see ourselves calling this miniature resort “home”. ♥️My rep - Giselle was absolutely the sweetest and most professional young lady. She explained every step, was not rushing through anything as she was very detailed in explaining my options. She was kind and had patience of an angel - even for me that I seem to need things repeated lol. She would apologize for the littlest things, like going driving over a speed bump (which isn’t her fault!). I just loved how humble and courteous she is. She even offered to have my teenage daughter call her cell phone so she can ensure she knew how to drive out of the property without getting lost! Then the next day, called me from her personal cell when their system went down. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you soo soo much Giselle!♥️Honestly, you have it locked down on how leasing experience & process should look like. Everyone was super pleasant from the very beginning to the very end.
I just moved here last Thursday and I absolutely love this community, some of the people I have met are super nice and respectful, its so quiet here you can hear a mouse pee on cotton lol, Jayme was the agent that assisted me on moving in and she made it so comfortable for me by not being afraid to joke around and not be so serious, that may be minuscule to some but to me, its very important. The pool is wonderful and has a way of bringing the neighbors together, I enjoy the relaxation room a lot, and try to go whenever I can, I would recommend to ANYONE looking for a nice apartment, and a quiet environment. Really beautiful community with spacious apartments.
The Staff is always friendly from move-in to move-out. My dog and I always enjoyed talking with Darlene at the office. Maintenance is always active, which shows in how well the property is kept. We enjoyed the nice amenities (including 2 gyms and 2 pools), and always felt safe there.
Overall I had a pretty good experience here. The apartments seem well-built, the grounds are kept pretty well, and the new management has been great to work with. I recommend it if youre looking for a nice place to live.
The apartments here are adorable, clean, and very quiet. There staff is just wonderful and are all very helpful. All of their events are fun and always something to look forward too. I would recommend these apartments to anyone!!!
1yr 1/2 living here & it’s always been quiet & great to me never flooded!!!! thinking about doing another lease term here. Giselle is a great person & explains everything about the property also Kelley is great manager. PS (Travis)
The property staff is amazing and friendly, shout out to Kelley. She’s the best property manager I know! The property is clean and well kept and the move in process was so easy and quick!
I lived at the Preserve at Baywood for 2 years. Ended up moving due to military duties. It has been over 110 days since I moved out and have yet to receive my security deposit. I have contacted the office and management on multiple occasions and keep getting told they will handle it (hasn’t happened). Apartment complex is beautiful, however, I would not recommend living here due to the staff not taking care of their tenants.Update: received half the amount owed to me due to miscommunication. And now it’s been an additional month since I was told they would send me the remaining amount. Will soon be 6 months since I moved out... If it were the other way around, I’d have been charged late fees.
The rates are increasing dramatically and matching prices in other very expensive zip codes ( river oaks, galleria, etc.). Furthermore, newer and more secure Appartments nearby are cheaper and offer more for the buck. Unfortunately, this puts your community at a disadvantage with other competitors when it come to quality versus price. As far as staff/customer service, change management is a major issue. If Venterra cannot keep their staff happy and gainfully employed for an extended period of time, it speaks volume of what kind of culture is to expect from your staff. Hope you will be able to fix this or most likely start losing more clients... Thanks.
I Stopped by the apartment complex to look for a one bedroom apartment . I didnt have a good experience with my tour. I didnt even get the name of the person that was showing us the property. She showed us the apartment like they are supposed to do, but after that I didnt really get any information I had to ask how to apply what the credentials and she seemed mad when I asked all that. it seemed like she was looking at me like I could not afford to live there (I can ) . I REALLY like the the apartment though no complaints on that. I really wish I had a better experience because I would have really like to rent there.
Me and my family just moved in and we absolutely love it! The staff here are always super welcoming and get back to you super fast! The complex itself is beautiful and clean
I’ve been a tenant here for nine months, the apartments appearances are nice but poorly maintained. They’ll break their contract by letting people in your apartment with out 24hr notice per lease agreement and leave your door unlocked when finished. Youll find that maintenance cleans nothing. After returning from a long work trip i was welcomed by almost 2 months of bird poop 2 inches thick blocking my door way with three dead birds that have obviously been there for over a month. When pulling up to the complex you’ll start praying your key fob will let you in and once in you hope you’ll have a parking spot near your apartment. And at the end of your lease they raise the rent $200 and add more fees. You’ll have door knocker come by that you were supposed to be informed of. They’ll be polite and nice to get you in the door but that’s about it. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
I would never recommend Preserve at Baywood to anyone. My fiance and I live there for 2 years (Sept 2017- Aug 2019) and experienced a never ending slew of problems, especially for a building that had just been built. The first month there, our air conditioner wouldnt work. They ended up having to make a huge hole in our wall to fix it.After a year, half of the plugs in the kitchen stopped working and we were told the only way to fix it was to tear out the back splash to get to the wires behind the wall. We were told it would take a week to fix, so we decided to go without those plugs.Three months before our lease was to end, the ceiling fan in the bedroom stopped working. If you turned the switch to use the ceiling fan, more than half of the electricity in the entire apartment would go out. It was like pulling teeth trying to get the maintenance guys to come look at it and after a week of waiting they final came and said there was no way to fix it without opening the ceiling but they could make it to were either we would have a ceiling fan or we could have a light. Since we were about to move out anyway, we decided to just go without a light.A month before we were to move out, I noticed mold growing on the wall near the air vent and I decided to remove the cover and check it out. When I did, I was horrified to find massive amounts of mold that must have been growing for some time. I looked in all the other vents and it was the same thing. My fiance has extreme allergies and has been miserable for months. We couldnt figure out what was causing him to have a reaction. We went to the doctor countless times, started allergy therapy, bought air purifiers and spent a fortune on medication trying to fix the problem. The problem was the mold growing in our apartment, circulating in the air we breathed. The apartments had just conducted there yearly inspection of all the units not very long ago and there is no way that amount of mold could have grow that fast. I dont understand way the apartments would have not caught the mold and it makes me wonder what else they could have missed. We informed the apartments and they said they would have someone come out to clean the vents, it was over a week before that happened and it felt pointless because we moved out the week after. We also had a large amount of smaller issues, such as windows and doors not closing correctly, the sink caulking coming off cabinet doors coming off the hinges and much more.I have heard so many other stories from the other tenants, such as brand new appliances not working, door knobs not locking and so on. The gate to the apartment almost was never on and the pool was green all the time.I hated living here and wasted so much money. I would advise that no one ever lease an apartment there and that they be investigated by the department of health and safety.
My experience here has been amazing so far. My wife and I love our new home, and we have had nothing but support from the office staff. They made moving in a very pleasant experience and helped our transition from out of state to Pasadena much easier.
I’ve been living here since 2014 and things have been sooo different With the new management, Everything has changed for the better!!! They have “valet living “ who picks up your trash at the door! The staff is sooo much more friendly and accommodating. We have community activities: movie night, decorating contests, free food events (drive by breakfast)...love love love!! Phenomenal job guys!!! Keep it up =) I most definitely recommend without reservations.
On outside appearance this place seems like a great community to live in. Its one of the nicer complexes in the area. That is if you live in the front. I stayed in the back and the parking is terrible. There would be nights I would have to park literally almost in the front and have to walk for what seemed like a mile to get to my apartment. Also there is a really bad wild life issue. Yes, I know its on a peserve but we literally saw 5 snakes within a two week time frame. The way that the stairs leading to and from the units are setup there is only one way in and one way out. My wife and child were trapped on the patio because a snake was wrapped around the stairwell. Mind you we live on the 3rd floor. One night when coming home I was confronted by a snake on the second floor, as I approached the snake slithered into a crack in the wall. Please dont try to go to the front office seeking assistance, all you will get is attitude. I spoke with one young lady in the office to see if something could be done about the snake issues and she literally said to me What do you want me to do about it? On another occasion my gate key didnt work when I first moved in when I called the office to express why I was told youre supposed to let us know you need it activated. Wow. How else am I supposed to get in the gate?? I asked to speak to a manager and instead of coming to the phone per my request she just passed a message along. This place is terrible. I hate I ever lived here. Proceed with caution if you plan on signing a lease here. I have enough stories to write a New York Times best seller about the unprofessional encounters Ive had with staff here.
My experience at Preserve at Baywood has been Wonderful. The staff here at Baywood are very helpful and very nice. When stuff breaks around my apartment the maintenance is quick to fix it. 5 years and loving it!
Do not move into phase one apartments. It is the loudest apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Walls are paper thin. You complain about insane noise and nothing gets done. I can’t wait for my lease to be up.
Cant wait to move out of here. Thin walls and noisy neighbors who have their tv turned up very loud past curfew, dont bother talking to the people in the office cause theyll just shrug and tell you that there is nothing they can do about.
I have yet to move into the Preserve at Baywood so these five stars are only to rate the customer service. I am currently living out of state but I will be moving back to Texas in three weeks! I came to tour the P@B back in mid-March. I met with Jayme and she took me around the property to tour the grounds. She was completely upfront and honest with me about how my specific interests and needs would be met. Since I returned back to NC, I have been badgering her with questions and concerns and she has pleasantly responded to every single question and/or request I have asked for! She even went to take pictures of my preferred apartments so I could see specific models I did not tour in person. She has made an out-of-state transition SO much easier than I was anticipating and I look forward to becoming a member of the P@B community! Thank you Jayme!!
Loved it!!! Only reason we moved out was because we purchased a house. The pool is awesome in the summer time and everyone living there is friendly. I had no problems with management, they were great. Great place to live, single or with children.
No control over gates, allowing non-residents to take up residential parking spots and leaving pool area a mess. If you like loud music & parties at the pool late at night from people who dont even live here, then this place is for you. Cigarettes in pool. Dog park is run down. Lived here a few years back and enjoyed it but this place has gone severely down hill & is getting a bit trashy.
This was a great place to live until Venterra purchased the property a few months ago. Now the trash cans are left overflowing/smelling for weeks, the dog stations are unsanitary at best, and phone calls/messages to the office are left unanswered. The gates of our gated community have been broken and open for weeks now, and break-ins recently started becoming an issue. Not sure whats going on with the management.
Ashley is the most caring leasing agent there in my opinion. The property is beautiful you got a love the dog lovers and the dog loving management there.I highly recommend this property for anyone’s future home
Ive updated my review after a change in management seems to have helped quite a bit. The staff is friendly, and the grounds are maintained decently. There are still broken fixtures at the dog park, and it really seems like theyve spread the staff too thin to manage such a large complex with the recent addition that nearly doubled the size. There is also a fast food place being built on the corner, so I dont expect the same type of residents here now will be who sticks around long term.
Do not move here. It used to be very nice until they started construction to build more units. My window faces the construction and it is extremely loud and they often start before dawn on weekdays and occasionally on weekends. With how much I pay per month I am not happy that I cannot get peace and quiet in my own home.
To some extent, all apartment complexes share basic nuisances; loud neighbors, parking problems, crowded swimming pools, broken access gates, etc. I have lived at many apartments and long enough to know what really makes a difference: Management! If you are lucky enough to find friendly management, your ordinary problems will seem to either go away or those won’t bug you as much. I have lived at places where management had made ordinary complaints hurt 10x more. But not so much here at Preserve at Baywood. Their staff and management is world class. Extremely responsive, caring and professional. Above everything, they listen and pay attention. I have run into issues, as expected, but none of my issues has lingered on for more than a day!I am lucky enough to be living on the farthest side of the complex in the new phase. All I see from my window is GREEN! Absolutely love the view. You can look up other amenities as well. I don’t think there is ANY other complex in town with such large open spaces and a dog park that could have fit in at least 3 or 4 more residential buildings.I will live here until I decide to buy. But till then, this is my HOME
This a beautiful community with an awesome staff. Very involved with activities for the residents and always looking for more things to do with and for them.
Clean and friendly, enjoy seeing all the office staffs. Apartments are spacious and beautiful views!
I really like the apartments very much
I wish I could give this place a negative star. Ever since this new leasing company took over (Venterra) we have had nothing but issue after issue. Don’t bother cleaning or expecting to pay nothing for your move out process, they will try and charge you AT least one months rent. So many residents moved out since this company has taken over and the community is very over priced. The manager Kelly is rude and very disrespectful, she mocked me when I tried to voice a concern. No issues with the apartment itself, just the management and the way everything is ran. They begged us to resign a lease after having multiple problems with being over charged and being charged late fees when we were not late. No body in the office seems to know how to do anything except give the phone to Kelly. I am completely disgusted with this community. Greystar communities all the way!
Thanks for you excelente service today March 29. Especially to Charlene Carbajal. She is so professional and extremely efficient. I am glad for our new office staff and management company!
Good clean nice apartment but heard a gun shot on the premises about a month ago. Not cool.
Do not move here, place does look nice and it is well built but the management is the worst I have ever came across. Im not one that complains really or ever writes reviews but this management team makes me hate the place more and more everyday..
Good place to live but the staff is never available when you call. Also got my brand new car broken into within a week of purchasing it - I blame the new owners’ seeming inability to fix the gated access.
Do not sign a lease here. The place looks nice overall but the management makes living at this place terrible. Anytime that you ask them for anything no matter how small you will get this pompous/arrogant attitude. They give off the vibe that its an inconvenience whenever you ask for anything. It honestly felt like a little clique of people that had each-others backs and ensured that you always left feeling that you are wrong. Overall they just made every interaction extremely unpleasant and made us feel like an inconvenience. Also, lord help you if you had an accidental fire that was covered by insurance. We were forced to get a hotel under our policy until repairs were made. 2 weeks later, after doing my own investigation with the repair/restoration company they said it wont be completed for another 2 weeks. At this point we used our policy limits since we were given a 2 week timeline. With that being said we were given another apartment after informing management of this. They gave us another apartment so they wouldnt be forced to terminate our lease; AFTER saying they didnt have any 2 bedrooms open. It went to the point of one of their employees telling us its not my fault that you had a fire when telling us that there werent apartments open which was a complete lie.Last negative thing, we were not informed of all the construction that will be taking place when we signed our lease. The place is very noisy during the day if your building is near the construction of the new apartments.Positives: property is maintained very well and clean overall. Very dog/pet friendly. Neighbors are very friendly as wellIf you can get over the incompetent and pretentious management then you should live here. If you want to be treated with respect and professionalism then look elsewhere. Beware beware beware of this place. Dont let the looks fool you!
New management is amazing and very helpful and informative and the facility is well kept and clean ...plus the cookies and water up front are always amazing !!! Love it !!!!
I love my apartment, but the management team is horrible. They pick and choose what rules in the 2 different leases to follow. They will tell you one thing before u sign the lease but then it turns out to be something different... Im moving out soon....
Apartments have bad management. People blocking people cars just for a parking spot. And dogs going into the pool when there not soppose to we complain and still nothing. Not worth your money. And the office people dont do nothing at all.
Doesnt matter how many times you complain about loud neighbors keeping you up late at night nothing ever gets done about it.
I have loved living here for 3 years. The staff is friendly and the area is generally clean. The only complaints I have are not enough dog stations as far as bags and trash cans. I live in building 1 and there are none over there. We get e-mails saying we must pick up our dogs mess but you dont supply the means to do it. Also maintenance requests take forever. I usually have to follow up a few times on them before they are done. Other than that, great place to live.
Loved it here until recently. My old neighbor upstairs moved out and the new one stomps as if having brick shoes. Complete disregard for my family downstairs. I have been awoken multiple times at odd hours of the day. Decor on my walls shake due to the stomping. Multiple complaints to management have been unsuccessful. I am no longer comfortable in my own home. I was going to renew my lease, but not anymore. I pay too much for rent to deal with terrible neighbors and mediocre management.
If you like living in a gated community thats not actually gated, this is perfect, since the front gate is always broke/open for anyone to come in at anytime. Also If you work nights forget about getting any sleep here. If its not the construction that keeps you up the maintenance, rude upstairs neighbors and random people will. There is a huge problem of people not picking up their dog poop. And if you complain about anything dont think its going to get fixed. Also plan to have your packages delivered to the wrong apartment a lot. For the price not worth it.
Apartments are nicePool is cleanNice reck roomA lot of dogs that are no problem its just the oners not cleaning up after them
Apartments are very nice but need to update gym equipment in old section
Water leaks through our roof when it rains. Reported it and maintenance just comes and paints over it. Air condition has issues they came and “ fixed it” but has never worked the same ever since. I’ve asked several times when they come to let me know their in the apartment because I have a 14 yr old daughter that stays alone when I’m at and work and the maintenance guy told me he would well guess what they don’t do he’s in my apartment with my daughter alone and I DO NOT AGREE with that! The pool is clean but the umbrellas are all broken so when it’s hot good luck trying to get shade. BBQ grills have gas tanks missing or their out most of the time. Dog poop all around us which attract flies not to mention wasps EVERYWHERE while at the pool 2 people got stung a child and one adult. ’m stillliving here cause it’s close to my husbands work but once we find something else I’m out.
I have only been at The Preserve at Baywood for about a month now, and while there have been issues, the front office has done their best to resolve them. The apartment is in a quiet location yet close to pretty much all the stores you need to do your day to day activities. There are two HEBs with in 3 miles of it, a Target off of Fairmont, and a lot of shopping and restaurant options as well.Parking is plentiful in the first front apartments. We can arrive home around 9PM and still find spots directly in front of our apartment.Exiting the apartment can be trickier around 6:30AM to 7:30AM due to the heavy traffic coming down Genoa-Red Bluff, and if you want to go out the front gates you have to go down about a mile or so just to do a turn around. The gates are operational for the most part, and because the apartment is in a more rural spot, safety never seems to be a concern. There are multiple officers living in the complex. We have never had an issue with noise in the apartment, we barely hear any noise from our neighbors, which proves how good a quality each of the buildings are. Weve only heard our neighbors next to us once, and that was because they were outside on their (shared) patio.Through the first four weeks of being here, we had no issues, however we have noticed that our vent in the cabinet above the microwave is off, slightly, causing suction issues when the fan is in use. Recently weve been experiencing electrical issues where the breaker would trip without warning, and without a stress on the system. I did call the front office about it after the ticket was open for a week. Turns out the maintenance guy was on vacation and they had a bit of a back log. They sent him out when he came back to adjust the electrical issues, yet the fan is still on the list of things to be fixed. As far as we know, there is no ticket or paper system to let residents know they have come in and fixed an issue, though when you put a ticket in on the website it shows as open-- though no update to the previous resolved issues have changed in status and still show as open, even weeks after the problems were completed.Other than that, everything has been great and feel a four star rating or higher for the complex would be just, and that everyones experience will differ.
This place BLOWS!!! You would think for the money you pay here they would get decent management! If there was zero stars option I would have given then that...Check out lil Mayoo on Youtube!!
Stayed here from dec 2013 to dec 2014. Loved everything about this place, pool was awesome, staff was so friendly all the time, maintenance was always very prompt. I would put in a maintenance request and they were out the same day to fix it. Only down side is the living room has a lot of windows and it would get SO hot in the summer time. We were also in the upstairs apts, so heat would rise. we had our AC on 76 during the day and it would be 82 in the living room even with black out curtains. I love the sun shining through but it was hard to get comfortable without your AC running all day to keep the living room cool. Other than that this is the best apts I ever stayed in.
Horrible place to live cant get any maintenance work orders filled after I been asking them to fix stuff for months. There is mildew coming from the ceiling balcony, there is a bad roach problem, the ceiling in my first floor bedroom leaks when it rains, and my door handle to the garage is broken. No one seems to care to fix these items and these are brand new apartments that are built cheap. Not worth $1350 a month in my opinion.
Found that management was rude when looking at the apartments. Also, some of the units have shared balconies.
They will send you a cleaning bill when you move out regardless of how clean you leave it.
Love it here!
Terrible attention
