I’ve been to many salons in Bay County and this one just has such a great atmosphere and plenty of staff to keep things running smoothly. Recommendation: Gel manicure and the Deluxe Pedicure (milk & honey) 💞💅

Love love love!!! Ive only been there twice after some bad experiences at other salons in the area but Im in love! The customer service & overall experience is by far the best of any nail salon in the area. They truly go out of their way to make you feel welcome and enjoy getting your nails done. The quality of nails is GREAT; Ive had Romeo and Dao do my nails so far and have been extremely happy with both visits. I will definitely continue to come here!

I came here with my best friend after not visiting a nail salon in years. We both got pedicures and I got a French gel manicure. My nails looked ok, but the polish on my toes was messed up before I even left the shop. I still had a callous on my foot also. I came back to tell them the next day and they simply said it was my fault for not getting gel on my toes. They would re-paint them with regular polish for $12. I said no because any polish should last longer than 30 minutes. Ill take my business elsewhere where my hard earned money is appreciated!!

Haven’t had the best luck finding someone that could do a good job and make my nails look like the pick of the week. A friend of mine recommended Romeo at Happy Nails and he did not disappoint. My appointment was on time, he was friendly even though he obviously didn’t feel well, and did an amazing job on my nails, and made sure I liked the shape, design, etc, of my nails before moving on to the next step. The picture is what I asked for versus what I got. And he nailed it! 😂 The soak off and dip manicure on top of my natural nails was cheaper than a dip manicure alone at another shop I tried. Also, while I was there, I overheard the owner talking to other women. She was super personable, asking everyone about their family. As a hairstylist, I know how important it is to form those loyal relationships with clients, and it helps to bring them back. As for me, I’ll definitely be back to see Romeo again in a three weeks.

PERFECT, every single time! I’ve had a few different nail techs, and they have all done a fantastic job. As we all do at the nail salon, we people watch. Throughout my visits, all of the employees and owners are personable, pleasant, and hard working. Happy nails makes sure the customer is always satisfied, no matter how difficult we can be😬

The technician was rude. She paint my nails instead of Gel that I ask for. When I told her, she got mad and started treating me in a rude. Started removing the nail polish hitting my feet. Definitely the worst experience ever. NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

Nails were ok, not what I really asked for, but they look nice. No offense at all but it was VERY hard to understand what my nail tech was saying, so I think she misinterpreted what I asked for.

This is by far my favorite nail place in Panama City. Their dip manicures always last at least a month without any chipping for me! The staff are super friendly and they do a fantastic job.

Since she started the pedi she was being rude. The lady didn’t cut my cuticles and she was rushing all the time. I wasted 40 dollars.I do Not recommend this place.

The person who did my nails was nice but honestly didnt do a very good job, she didnt take care of my cuticles and the paint job is just not that great. She also filed to far up my nail bed onto my skin on my little finger and took the skin off. Its red and scabbed now and still hurts. The polish has not lasted two days and Im not rough on my hands. Honest waste of my money and time.

Called to make an appointment at 3 and was told to come at 2. They knew I was coming in for two full sets and when we got there me and my friend had to go one by one so my friend didn’t even start until 3. She glued my fingers together and had to rip them apart. I had to tell her four times that my pointer finger was crooked until she finally shaved it down to look straight enough. My nail polish has bubbles all in it and the nail shapes are sloppy. It turns out that we got the new girl and was never told about it before hand. She kept adding layers without letting the one before dry which made a weird wrinkly look and she saw this and “fixed it” by adding another layer of clear. They were disgustingly busy and you can tell they’re just there to get you in and out as fast as possible(at least with the one girl we had) there’s much more that went wrong but you can see most of the problems. I would not recommend.

Mrs Way (like highway) is amazing! I recommend making an appointment, as they are typically busy. They have, and are knowledgeable, about the powder/dip nails which lasts far longer than regular polish.

Dropped my mom off for a french acrylic manicure. Called ahead they said 35$. Mom walks out with cuticles cut into, ugly nails and 50$. They never asked whether she wanted normal polish or Gel. They just brought 2 bottles to the table and gave her gel, she had no idea til she got the 50$ bill. They said she asked for it but she doesnt even know the difference. I will be disputing the charge with my card company.

First visit to Happy Nails and I left very happy with beautiful nails! They were very busy when I called to make a same day appointment but they worked me in. I wasnt there more than an hour when theyd finished. Very efficient, skilled and experienced! Ill definitely return.

Everyone is very nice and really good at nails!! I got my acrylics filled after originally getting them somewhere else and they look ten times better than they did. They stay busy for a good reason, so you might want to make an appointment or call ahead. This place is great!

I had a great experience here, aside from accidentally being overcharged and not refunded. It was a clean & nice looking salon with a relaxing environment (Friday afternoon). The prices were very reasonable, the communication was great, and they did a wonderful job on my french dip manicure & toe polish change. After 3 weeks it still looked perfect, only had to be taken off because it had grown out. I plan to come here on every visit to Panama City! After the nail tech and I realized that I was overcharged and my credit card had already been run, they were very apologetic. I wish I had thought (or they offered) to refund me the difference with cash. But I was so happy with the job they did that I just told them to not worry about it. I wish they would post their services & prices online without having to go in to see a menu, but it seems to me that most nail salons I have encountered try to keep this private for some reason.

Definitely call for an appointment. Though they take walk-ins, you are better to call ahead. The staff is wonderful and the service is great. Ive been going here every two weeks since before the summer, and I absolutely love their customer service.

Poor quality, rude service and very unprofessional. This had to be the worst experience ever in a nail salon. The profile picture for my account reflects the poor quality of their work. I’ve never seen a professional put on a set of nails with such gaps, crooked and bonding all around the nail. NEVER AGAIN!!

The ladies here are awesome!!!Im from Indianapolis and my daughter and her friend wanted to get their nails done. We took a chance on this place as it was close to where we were staying and Im so glad we did. The girls really enjoyed their humor and they were so nice to them. They gave them beverages, snacks and their nails were very pretty. They didnt even charge for the nail art!Even though the girls were the last appointments they didnt rush and though it was after closing when they were done they treated them like they were the first customers of the day!What I paid for the two of them was still less than what I pay for just my daughter!Thank you HAPPY NAILS STAFF for adding to the fun and memories of their vacation!

Went in for the first time and got a new set of acrylics with black and silver polish. It was great! They came out perfect. She gave me exactly what I wanted and Im very happy with them. Good price too. Not only were the nails great, but she didnt try and make me small talk which Im never usually comfortable with. Also, I have really bad nails and cuticles because I bite them and pick at them but she took great care of me and made my hands look beautiful. Will definitely go back.

Ive gone to several nail shops in Panama city including the mall and pier park and my experience at happy nail was by far the best. I never look forward to nail appointments. I love the result but the actual experience in the salon is always uncomfortable. I always feel like they are irritated and dont want to be working on my nails. Happy nail was a completely different experience. I laughed the entire time. Not only with my technician but with other clients and their technician too. Awesome experience.

This is my first time and the service I received was impeccable. The atmosphere was inviting and warm and the conversation was wonderful. I am sure everyone there is very nice but both Sue-Lynn and Samantha are AMAZING at their job!

The best in Panama City

I used to get good service but the last few times Ive felt like they didnt have time to give me a good peddy. Two days after my last visit my nails are ragged and my feet are rough. I was in the chair barely 20 minutes. Who gets a peddy in 20 minutes?

The nail tech I had for my pedicure was great, she took her time and did a great job. I got another nail tech for my full set and she was rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there, she also kept snatching my hands and made it a very unpleasant experience.

The atmosphere was really cool for me. I did not like the way the guy treated me while he did my nails. He rushed through my pedicure and he was a bit rude when he spoke to me. I am satisfied with my full set because I was very particular about how I wanted my nails to look. I let him show me his skills for my pedicure and I was not pleased. I have to go back to the shop because my polish on my toes has overflowed.

Best nail place I have ever been too. Owner did mine and was so nice.

Yesterday was my 6th visit here and the worst. Each visit gradually got worse. Not only was I made to feel like a bother but i received the absolute worst service ever. Not uniformly cut, very sloppy removal of hard skin, and the polish looked like the tech had never done an American tip. She didn’t even apply a top coating. During this fiasco the owner sat watching and offered not one word. There are too many choices in nail care around PC for this kind of terrible service to be tolerated. Sea ya!!!

I love this place! I have been going for 3 years and the girls there never disappoint. They always take their time and dont make you feel rushed. The polish looks neat on your nails and it lasts at least a month. The massage chairs are super comfy. There isnt usually a wait either, which is nice.

I went there for the 1st time yesterday after going to other salons that just were not doing the trick and Im so happy I did a gentle man there did my nails and he was amazing he did them perfectly and he was so gentle. I will for sure keep going there as long as he is working there! It was also very clean and well kept and not noisy it was a very nice atmosphere.

Waited over an hr for 1 fill in and 2 just polishes and they put people infront of us that came in after us we left. Magic nails did us wonderful
