Great service, came out fast, towed my dump truck like true pros.

If you want your curbs broken and drives that are as unprofessional as they can be call these guys. They will break your stuff then tell you it is your problem and then speed off like nothing ever happen.

They tried to tow our friends car from a vacant residential spot in our parking lot while we were standing just next to the car! They just charged us $100 for nothing. The guy didnt even fully attach the hitch beneath the car, but he wouldnt agree to leave the place, so we could move the car. Very unprofessional and rude while I was talking to the manager on the phone. Just saying they would charge more if Id continue talking. I was told that I have two minutes to bring the money, otherwise they would charge hourly which would cost more. I cannot imagine how much they would charge for a complete service. Terrible. I wouldnt recommend in any ways. I dont know what I paid for!

The other day I was at the IKEA location on 1700 E Bayshore Rd in East Palo Alto California. I was in hurry to get back to work within the hour. I realized I was in such a hurry I locked my keys in my car and now required a vehicle lockout service from a company locally in the area. There were a lot of people in the parking lot and I finally found a nice person to let me use their phone to locate a towing service in East Palo Alto. After a couple really high price quotes from staff at other companies, and even from a repair shop, I ended up going with Specialty Towing. Much appreciated to whoever the driver was safely transporting my vehicle on the street and providing timely customer service.

We had a visitor, who wanted to give us a brief visit, so she parked at the free spot of a vacant apartment in our residential building. Just in matter of seconds, we noticed that somebody is trying to tow the car, while were just a few feet away the car. Instead of allowing us to move the car, they asked us to pay $100 and refused to leave. The manager didnt even allow us to discuss the issue, as she threatened that theyd charge more if we press the issue further. Theyre so unprofessional that they didnt even provide a receipt for the payment until my wife asked for it. I dont know what was the reason for the payment when the car wasnt moved even by an inch.

They charged me the towing fee while they just started to put hitch beneath my car and I was standing by my car. I parked in an empty spot of a vacant residential apartment for only 10 minutes and get to the car quickly. I ask them to push a button to release it and that pressing costs me 100$. They asked for cash as quickly as possible otherwise any minute talk will be expensive. Very unprofessional and rude.

They cheated and towed the car in the event of a car accident. And when the car rental company contacted them, they lied that they didnt take the car. I was surprised that they had stolen a car.

Real easy to have car towed, but many many call attempts required to get the car out of their tow yard to the body shop. lots of voicemail box is full and dropped calls.

All the tow truck companies are thieves, maybe not all but especially this company, some months ago they lifted my friends car but it was in a place that could be parked no later than 10:00 at night, when I accompanied my girlfriend to the car I observed that the tow truck was about to take the car while I went to talk to my friend to give her her car, they were charging $ 200.00 because they had already lifted it but without holding it, after a few minutes and asked what for They charged a lot if the car was not attached, he lowered the car for 100: 00 as I could not take my friends car, he took another, he did the same, he raised the car and without holding it, he went one more street ahead, they got off to tie up the car as they would take it from Mountain View to East Palo Alto.

If you are a building owner, this is the company you should have help monitor which vehicles park in which locations. Along with their service, numerous perks. I have never seen any company, especially a tow company, go above and beyond to provide excellent service with no cost to me. They came out, place their signs, painted a curb red for me, and make sure cars do not disobey the rules. A++
