Enrique answered my call at around 530am. He was very professional and well mannered. My car wouldnt start and he tried to help with a solution. He told me he will be at my location in 30-35 minutes in which he came at given time. He tried to jumpstart my car in which it didnt work so he towed it to a shop of my choice. Enrique conversed with me which made me feel comfortable while on our way to a shop. Definitely would Use/recommend University towing and Road Service to everyone.

For many years, at least in my experience..getting a tow has been one of the worst things to deal with. This was much more than a tow truck experience! The communication and care taken for the individual and the situation was something rarely seen these days. Saw an individual show up at the Fire station in distress, after His car was broken down from a mishap repair during a recent oil change. his family was still in the disabled vehicle, and there was a language barrier as well. University Tow (Enrique in particular) showed up and lead by example about what a real hero looks like! Working thru the language barrier, getting the guy and his family home safely, contacting the auto repair shop to advocate on his behalf, helping the customer navigate the next steps in what to do, and even helping him with a phone to keep in contact and follow up. I had a flat tire on a Sunday off the 101 near Palo Alto... in the sweltering heat I pulled over and started to call 15-16 towing companies for availability and quotes. Enrique was by far the most professional response, with an honest assessment of time (not a meandering maybe 1-2 hours) and a fair quote (as you know some of these businesses take advantage when you say flat tire and charge you an arm/leg). He came by on time as promised, and explained the tow process so I knew the car would be secure and taken care of. We had great conversation on the ride over to the tire shop, and along the way I realized not only is Enrique a great service professional but a genuinely good person as well. I called University towing around midnight because I was on the side of the freeway with a flat tire. They were unable to assist me due to the size of my vehicle but the gentleman was kind enough to send me the phone numbers and the names of people he thought would be able to help me. Then he proceeded to contact me an hour and a 1/2 later to make sure I was all right and to see if anyone was able to help me. I cant tell you how much I appreciate his kindness.

Wonderful business where safety, dependability, care, and comfort are the priorities! On the phone, the driver told me to stay in my car with the seatbelt fastened. Simple advice yet not often heeded in the stress of a breakdown. I appreciated (and followed) the wise instruction and attention to safety. University Towing and Enrique were a blessing to me and my family. We broke down 4.5 hrs. from home on a Sunday. Our insurance company was useless. I knew I needed someone local to help me. Univercity towing was a lifesaver. (Literally) I called and told them that my car had died on Highway 101. They arrived within 10 minutes and told me how to stay safe in my car while they were loading on to the tow truck.They quickly towed the vehicle to a great auto repair shop that they recommended to me.I did not have to sit stranded in a dangerous situation very long.EXCELLENT service.

Exceptional integrity and customer concern. I’ve never seen anything like it. Enrique was like a Guardian Angel to us. Mercedes contacted him to do roadside assist for us - flat tire in 95 degree temps. We waited 3 hours and nothing! Then Enrique called to say he’d been hired to help us — but he was 1200 miles away!! Mercedes made a terrible mistake. (My 10 wk old grandson was almost with me!). Enrique could have just ended it there but he called Mercedes and waited on hold 45 minutes to tell them to correct the error! He also told them it was unacceptable and dangerous. Then he called me back and texted me and asked me to let him know if I was safe and when they fixed it!! I have never said this before! When I am back in Bay Area I will only call Enrique for car roadside assistance. I consider him a friend now and am grateful for his extraordinary concern for a stranger. Selfless kindness. Fast service reasonable price! Got to me and changed tire in half an hour from call initiation to completion. I had enough time to make it to the tire shop and get my donut replaced with a full size tire under the warranty. Every other place had over an hour wait.

Look at all the reviews about Enrique... just an overall great guy. He could have made money from me on a tow, but was able to unlock my key and get my car started. He didn’t have to do that... but he did. Great people do exist as he saved me money during hard times.

My wife, daughter and I recently found ourselves broken down in Menlo Park, four hours from home on a Sunday afternoon. After I spent a half hour to 45 minutes on the phone with Geico, my wife Googled tow trucks and found Enrique and University Towing. Within a half hour or so and coordinating payment through our insurance, he met us and began helping. He first checked our car out and determined it needed service. He recommended an awesome mechanic in Mountain View. With school starting the next day, we were anxious and stressed to get home. Checking for a bus, a train and a rental car proved unsuccessful. We were forced to call a relative to make a four hour trip to get us, and four hours back. Enrique suggested a Uber or Lyft ride. We hadnt even considered it, but it was a genius idea; especially if we could meet half way and cut our cost some. After both myself and my wife downloaded the Uber and Lyft apps, neither of us could get our credit cards to process correctly. So frustrating! And by this time we were emotionally and physically drained. Enrique then offered to pay for our Lyft ride! We couldnt believe it and were both nearly with tears! He did so with no reservations, something my wife and I both marveled at. It was a $215 cost but Enrique took care of it! Who does that these days? After 6 attempts, lucky number 7 Lyft driver accepted and 15-20 minutes later we were on the road home, while our car was off with Enrique to a honest and reputable mechanic. After getting home and later that night, I sent Enrique the money back for our ride home with a thanks and grateful heart. If you need a tow in the Bay Area, I would strongly recommend you contact University Towing and Enrique. Hes an excellent tow truck driver and a better human being! Excellent service! Very communicative and made towing my car super easy. They sent updates and pictures all throughout the process, which was great since I couldnt be on site when the towing was occurring.

Enrique came out to help me on short term notice and arrived happy to help. He arrived around 30 mins after I called which was earlier than his 45min ETA. The vehicle to be towed was a dodge 1984 motorhome. He lifted my rv and towed me a few blocks and lowered me exactly where I asked just off the curb and charged an amazing rate! This guy is more than reasonable, my other two quotes were $150 and $250 and both said it could be more! I now have a personal tow truck driver! Highly recommended! This is the best choice 10/10!!!

I got a flat coming off freeway. In all the stress I ran across the street to use rest room. Had my little boy with me. I then locked my keys inside my car. I was ready to cry.I see this truck down the street were I live, never thought I would need them. I called and explained my situation.He said 10 minutes, and he was there in 8 minutes. He expedited because there was a small child involved. I was charged for the flat tire change, and just did the lockout for me. He was very concerned for safety.
