Red Rhino Palm Beach Gardens provided me top notch service from beginning to end. Every employee I dealt with: scheduling, diagnosis, and repair was knowledgeable, professional and nice. The software with the customer portal was outstanding. It has my reports, estimates, findings, recommendations with explanations and photos of problem areas. And invoices. What else could a customer want. 5 stars and a trophy for that portal. If the repairs hold up this is a million star company.

Once I finally got tired of adding water to my pool I called. I was surprised to fined out it could be almost 3 weeks before they could come but they would try to find an afternoon slot. They came two days later and found the broken pipe. They said they could send a guy in another two days to do the repair. I said let’s do it. They came when they said and fixed the pipe and repaired everything. You would never know they even did anything afterword. Everyone was super nice and they all did a great job. I’ll totally recommend them.

This week Lu Bavegehims came out to repair my pool leak...he was not only professional but efficient and when he left you would have never known that he was there other then my leak being fixed...I think my deck was cleaner then when he got there...So happy my pool is back to new because of Red Rhino!

Our pool was leaking like crazy -- we were losing 3 or more inches of water every 24 hours. When I called Red Rhino, they were completely booked and couldnt give us an appointment until over a month later. I was placed on a wait-list, and luckily there was a cancellation. Josh found our leak and scheduled a repair for the following day; when he saw that the water level had dropped considerably overnight, however, he wanted to make sure that the leak he had found was the only one. It was not, so a second repair was scheduled for a few days later. We are extremely grateful to Red Rhino for fitting us in when they were so busy and for the professionalism of their employees.

I had a great experience with my service today. David called ahead and arrived right on schedule. He was polite, informative and made suggestions on service options that made me feel at ease. Red Rino, Your technician found the leak in our spa very quickly. We will have to wait on the repair due to cost. Unfortunately, the pool/spa builder is not taking responsibility for the poor workmanship on the spa drain. This pool/spa combo is less than two years old. Very frustrated with the Seacoast Pools & Designs. If they sub out the work, the builder should step up to the plate when a problem arises after construction.

Great company to work with if you have a suspected leak in your pool. On May 10, 2021 They came and fixed a leak in our pool. The job was done quickly and nicely. About a week before they sent out they sent out a leak detection specialist very nice gentleman did a very good job. Both employees were very nice. Marc from Red Rhino came out to detect possible leaks in our pool. He was extremely communicative and responsive. He called us 30 minutes prior to arrival. Once he was here, he was professional and friendly. He reported his findings which required some discussion between my husband and myself. After, making our decision, we had some questions and called Marc. He answered promptly, including responding to a text we sent on a Sunday! He was helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were scheduled in a timely manner and to research the answer to a questions we posed. I may update this in May after Red Rhino comes out to make the repairs to the pool.

Super expensive leak detection. Their quote didnt even cover any repairs, it was more expensive than any other companys quoted price and all other companies either put some of the cost towards repair or included basic patchwork. I mentioned the outrageous price to my pool guy and he just laughed and said- red rhinos the most expensive in the industry. No thanks! I went with a local company, he included repairs, it was less expensive, he did a great job and I supported a local family business instead of a greedy corporation.

Two of their men came out to check our pool leak. They were very professional and explained clearly to me what they were going to do. They were very thorough and checked everything. They found the leak and then explained, again very clearly, and then gave me a quote for Red Rhino to repair the problem.

I called and got immediate service, came out and gave me an estimate and also set up an appt and explained to me what needed to be done. They also sent emails with the proposal and the price. Everything has been fixed except for few incidentals which they told me they would come out and complete the job. So far so good. I am very pleased with their work and the price is not too bad.

Arrived as scheduled and tech (Austin) went straight to work inspecting, testing and applying temporary fixes to my leaks....yes leaks, plural. Austin spent time answering my numerous questions and what ifs - as many as I could throw at him. He was fully engaged - even emerged in the process by testing my pool drain six (6) feet under water. Impressive - held his breath for 3 minutes at a time. I was provided a pretty specific verbal estimate for permanent repairs followed up that evening with a written estimate that matched.All service companies are about the people that represent them and do the actual work.....if all of the techs are similar to Austin - Red Rhino is a no brainer to check out your leaks. By the way - next day now and my pool level has remained at the same level as when Austin left my property.

I gave them 3 stars bc they didnt show up for the scheduled appointment and nobody called to tell us that the appointment would have to be rescheduled so we sat around all day waiting for nobody to show up. First I called Kara she was terrific explained all details about the visit to the home and about the payment in a very pleasant way, she said the tech will call you 30 minutes out. The tech called early which was great as I was at the house, well he arrived he looked like an actor from 90210 he probably was not born then, he explained all his procedures and got to work, he was like a dentist looking for a cavity so I called him Dr Keegan, he worked for 2 hours checking for leaks and came out with all details even showing some fillings from previous work, he was terrific clean neat and thorough we were very happy with Red Rhino and will continue to use them, many thanks, Deck Muldoon for Carl Vernick.

We were referred to Red Rhino by our pool maintenance person. For an initial $300 fee, Tim came out to our house to determine the location of the leak. I was skeptical that anyone would be able to find the leak because we had tried to isolate various jets, the skimmer, etc. with no luck. Tim pressure tested all of the lines and performed a host of tests and determined the leak was in the pipe leading to jet on the swim out. He quoted us for the repairs and we were able to schedule the repairs immediately. Within a few days, Lu came over to do the repair. He was SO careful not to damage any part of our pool or pool deck/travertine. He was able to lift up our travertine tiles, drill into the underlying concrete, fix the pipes, re-concrete everything, and replace the travertine tiles like nothing ever happened. You would literally never know we had a repair. I could not believe the quality of the work by Lu and his professionalism. He was here all day until almost 7 PM and never complained once. Tim came back several times thereafter to perform testing to ensure the leak was fixed. Its been about a month now and we have had no issues. Both Tim and Lu were incredible and provided the best customer service and workmanship. I highly recommend them and Red Rhino.

I highly value a communicative vendor; RR promptly send an appointment confirmation via email that also included their terms/conditions and what to expect as well as a reminder email the day before and a call by the service tech the day of that he was on his way. Jacob couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with; at no point did I feel like he was looking for ways to create a follow up job. He was thorough and skilled in his work. Unfortunately I am not able to rate this company as favorably as I would like. The company completed the core task of identifying and fixing the leaks in our pool to our satisfaction, but at the completion of the service the light in our pool no longer worked, at which point we asked the company to fix it (as it worked prior to the repairs.) Clearly something happened, which is not the issue - the issue is the complete lack of follow-up and resolution to this issue, even after multiple phone calls and text messages (going back to Dec 21.) In my opinion, when you spend $3000 with a service provider, follow-up and responsiveness should be included, but that is not the case here.

From start to finish, my experience with Red RHINO was excellent. Patti is the person that scheduled my appointment and was very thorough with her questions to make sure they would have the whole picture and be prepared for what they were coming in for.Jason came in to check the pool in the property we are considering to purchase. He took the time to fully inspect the pool, check all systems and used proprietary tools to find any deficiencies and leaks in the pool.I don’t believe a regular inspector would have found the things that Jason did. He was professional, thorough in his investigation to find leaks, cracks, and function. He was informative, accommodating to our schedule and needs.Can’t say enough of what a treat job they did.
