Friendly service, very helpful. I have an above ground pool, and they were still very nice.will visit again.

Very little interaction with the store went to look for a product could not find it so I had no purchase but they were very helpful and on top of my every need if I should have purchased good store to visit lots of product for your pools and jacuzzis

Great selection of inflatables and a very friendly staff. They also answer their phone very promptly which is always a plus. Easy to find parking and happy with the service.

I purchased granular water softner at this store. Then later talked with my pool installer, and they recommended using liquid since granular could cause damage to pump system voiding my warranty. I went back to same store 3-days later. I was told by the sales clerk that originally sold me the product that they needed a manager approval to return chemicals, and he wasnt there. The bag was Leslies brand and had not been opened. The liquid costs $10 more and treats less amount of water then granular version. I gave them an upsell on product without the staff having to sell me on the purchase. Poor customer service by any standard of retail. This is not the clerks fault, but a reflection of bad management and company culture. If I could go somewhere else locally to get pool water tested I would. Since Leslies doesnt value their customers.

The place to go for your pool supplies. Consistently cheaper than many other places, with a good selection of chemicals and other necessities for good pool maintenance.

Went there with questions about pool chemicals and dosage. Leslie will test your pool water for free. They will give you a bottle to take a sample from the pool. Get the sample to them in an hour to insure an accurate reading. We needed only $20 in chemicals which should cover a few months. As fate would have it they had a sale on pool covers. We saved over $60. Helpful staff but be patient if they get busy.

I purchased 2 loungers with in 48 hours They both broke in the same place. Gave me a hard time about returning them. Today I go in and asked for a chemical and was sold the wrong one Possibly deliberately and them actually made me go out to my vehicle to get a penny for him at check out. Upper management is Way too tight to say they have customer service.I have dealt with pool stores for decades hands down this store is the worst Customer service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I called about some issues with my pool and neil asked if he :ould call me back when more staff came in because the store was full and he wanted to be able to give his full attention. He called back within 10 min! Normally I take the ill call back as a brush off. He not only answered all my questions but had me come in to have the water checked for free. I was ready to buy everything in the store to get the pool in shape. But he said no...I just needed the things he set out! Great customer service! More concerned about the water in my pool getting right then just selling me a bunch of stuff. Little pricey but with the help and friendliness it is worth the extra money!
