Staff is friendly and lot of stuff. Too bad they r going out of business

This location is going out of business. Picked up some great deals for Halloween. Staff was cheerful and helpful. Limited items available due to closure but what they have are amazingly priced

So sad this location is closing. But they have some decent deals still and most party supplies. The only stuff going out of stock are the licensed themed favors and decor (i.e. specific Disney or other brand character items). I got a sweet masquerade mask for 40% off and a kick board for my son. They still have awesome costume components available here.

Friendly helpful staff. This location is closing out and everything is on clearance. Great prices but limited selection thus the 4 stars. Everything is still available online so if you need something particular, order from their website.

They have everything you could need for every occasion. Prices very from good to high. Always clean and well stocked.

Not the best customer service. Mainly a supply store where youre on your own to find what you need. No one asked me if I needed help finding anything. Not the greatest selection. Prices very high.

I love Party City ! They have a great selection of party supplies. For any type of party you are wanting to have. Great holiday decorating stuff and costumes. Helium balloons for the holidays, for birthdays, and for any occasion you desire.

Went online to their website which indicated they had everything I needed for my daughters birthday party in the store. Went to the store and couldnt find what I was shopping for. Asked an employee about the items I was looking for. They had packed all that up for the new season and without even looking for it said they couldnt find it. So much for customer service. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Unfortunately, but fortunate for me and my best friend, they are going out of business.we found alot of great deals.

Its very overpriced but when youre in a bind its quicker than amazon. Customer service is not very good. They often dont know where certain things are and its faster for me to just look. Usually pretty well stocked though so if you need something Im sure they would have it.

Love this location in Palm Springs. Sorry to see that it is closing. The nearest one is 20 minutes away from Palm Springs.

Getting to know the Manager Shannon and her staff and the excellent service during my daughters college graduation was more than i ever could ask for. The friendly and courteous staff in blowing up 50 ballions and helpfulness in getting the decor i needed, and strived to get the take covers i wanted even though they were on back order . The prices are comparable to any other store and the selections in specialities in amazing. But what sets it apart is the dedication of Shannon & Jen (assistant manager). They are always there to jump in and help !!! Wouldnt go anywhere else !!!!

Party City is a great place to get most of your party fun decor, however the number balloons or other balloons are pretty pricey. Other than that, its ok.

I needed help and the cashier was on the phone and really didnt acknowledge me then I ask him for a price for something he didnt know are even looked for it then he told me what aisle it was on but didnt show me

Picked up a couple of flags . Big store stuffed with thousands of items and supplies.

Most of the staff is very polite, how ever I went a few days before Halloween and a young girl I think Jasmine is her name and an elder woman were extremely mean for no good reason.

They have good items, its pricey tho

Overpriced and not clear enough on the online store what is and isnt at the store.

One of their employees was being racist, he followed me around like if I was going to steal something just because of my skin color. He was being rude and disrespectful to a paying customer. Why would I want to go to a place were Im going to be racially profiled, yeah no thank you.They need to fire him for being racist!!!!
