Awsome customer service.. Yen (chair 7) best nail tech... 100 % recommended...

They did me and my boyfriend feet and did a horrible job. I had to keep asking them if they can keep scrubbing the bottom of my foot because they weren’t soft and they act like I was asking for too much when we paid 70 on nothing!! I could’ve done my toes better at home . They had to take my nails off because the women that was doing them didn’t secure the nail right on my nail bed My nails looked Hideous don’t go here save your money and find a better location

I’ve been coming here for years! My nails are guaranteed to last 3 weeks and they are very attentive to my hang nails and making sure the pedicure is done well. I’ve gone other places but here is home

I got my nails done the day before 4th July and unfortunately broke my nail in the middle of the nail bed, which was very painful. Of course they were closed on the 4th and the following Monday, I was in agonizing pain on Tuesday morning when I called them to schedule an appointment for the repair at which point the guy who answered said I didn’t need appointment and to just walk in. I drove 35 minutes to get there and was rudely told by the girl at the desk that I had to wait an hour and a half. I explained to her that I called and I was in pain, she dismissed my concerns and told me that I was welcome to return the next day around noon when they were not busy. These people only care about their money and have zero customer service. I will never return and will be sure to inform my friends and family members not to patronize them. Horrible customer service with no human decency!!!

This place is amazing they really do quality work ! Hence why I am giving them a five starNOW who ever they have taking appointments over the phone gets confused very easily and is all over the place it’s very hard to make a simple appointment with that girl !

Came here for years till they couldn’t get theirselves together. Every time I started making appointments or calling in advance to see if I can come in, they made me wait more then an hour after saying on the phone that I can come right in there’s availability. I travel an hour to come here every time and there professionalism is just poor. Never getting my $ again.

This was my first experience at this nail salon and I usually don’t write reviews, but I waited an hour and a half just to be overcharged. Pay attention to the prices. I had done nexgen on my natural nails and the price clearly states $37 however I was charge $42 as if I had put on tips. The NexGen also cracked the minute I left the salon which was about an hour ago.

Have been coming here on and off over the years. They recently remodeled and the place looks great. Went in today for a full set and pedicure. I saw Tracy and she did an amazing job on my nails. She’s also super sweet and accommodating! I will definitely be back.

Came here because I made an appointment at favorite salon and the tech forgot and left me waiting. So I found this one and it had pretty good reviews and good prices too and I’m so glad I did. The wait wasn’t long for a walk in and they were really knowledgeable and did a great job. Amy was really sweet and helped me pick out colors too.

Chair #3 did wonderful just like the picture I requested & eye brows came out nice as well

Love, love, love this place! The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I get my pedicures done with Danny; he is time-efficient, and I always leave happy with his work. During these crazy times, Nail Fetish has made me feel safe, making sure they follow COVID salon regulations. They check your temperature, social distance, and everyone is required to wear a mask. Would recommend.

Really unprofessional. They don’t acknowledge you when you walk in and not welcoming at all. Pretty run down place with not a lot of options for nail color or anything. I had covid and was courteous enough to not go, called to cancel and they don’t answer. When I tried to reschedule the girl that answered was rude and disrespectful basically yelling at me for not going? I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I am never able to get service in this location. I’ve had my toes polished here once, maybe 6 months ago by a guy. I didn’t have my hands done because no one was “available”The girl at the front is never able to do what you want (refill from another shop, stiletto shape, cut down from another shop etc. )I do believe it’s because I’m Black as I don’t believe I’ve seen any others the four times I went there to try to get my nails done, nor could she directly look at at while denying me service.Disclaimer- I have had no altercations with anyone here, nor any other nail shop.

Very unprofessional. I must say after ten years, I finally didnt have the patience for them today; especially knowing I wouldnt even walk out with happyand satisfied service. I only stayed this long because I am a creature of habbit. Today was the day broke that habbit. I wasnt going keep spending my money for poor service

I have lived in FLORIDA for 2 years now. This nail salon was the first salon I had my nails & pedicure done at. There has been times they have been busy & I’ve went to other salons but any other salon I’ve ever been to I’ve always been disappointed. I wouldn’t like they way they would shape them, they would be un even, & the polish was super sloppy. I would need a fill in within 1 week of having them done & couldn’t stand the way they looked. I am super picky when it comes to my nails & with that being said I WILL NOT go to any other salon in South Florida but Nail Fettish. Their services are great not only that but most importantly they are consistent with the shape of your nails and they make sure they’re even lengths, shape, and polish. Amy and Lynn are my two favorite nail techs there they take their time and make sure your nails are exactly how you want them to be. If you like designs too they are the go to. I get acrylics with gel polish and they last up to 2 or 2 1/2 weeks with no chips or none of them breaking off. This is the only nail salon I will pay money to go to. They are pretty busy a lot of the time so I call to make an appointment & they always get you in on time. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve really enjoyed all of my experiences here. It’s always clean and the staff is really friendly. I usually see Amy; she’s really patient and she does a great job. The first time I met her, I mentioned some thing particular that I liked done to my nails when I get them done and I was really surprised when she remembered what I said the next time I saw her. My only suggestion when going to this salon is MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!! Walk-in wait times get to be around 45 minutes on prime days; and appointments are priority.

Great Quality! The nails I got here are the best Ive ever had! Huge selection of nail colors and styles. The girl doing my nails took her time and perfected each one. They have stayed on great and dont rip your nail off if you accidentally grab something the wrong way. Prices were very reasonable. I went on a Saturday they did have longer wait times, even if you have an appointment. Even so, its worth the wait.

I called Saturday 8/9/20 and asked for an appt for Sunday at 11am for a Polish change (Gel) for my feet and a cut down on my nails with white Tip. When I made it to my appt at 11am on the dot someone was sitting in my seat. They had me to sit and get my feet polished by the guy which was actually nice who covered my toes in white gel polish instead of white tips. I didn’t complain because he did them so good. As I sat and waited for #7 to finish with her over booked appt at 11 the girl who sat in front by the cash register asked me what I wanted I told her a cut down and polish change. She then told me I couldn’t get that because her receptionist is truthful and I didn’t tell her receptionist that. She told me I had to get an appt and dismissed me. I’m so upset I wanna call Channel 12 news on them because I spend so much money with this nail shop and to get treated like that, they shouldn’t even be open. I am very displeased with there services. #7 is the best person in that nail shop and the dude who did my toes. The receptionist is very illiterate and slow. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to no one.

First time customer and my nails came out exactly like the picture, worth the price and fast and efficient the lady that slayed my nails sits on #5 with a chanel black and white face mask got 3 complements walking out

After going to another nail salon the week prior only to have them do a horrible job, I decided to give nail fetish a shot after finding them online. I have to say I was not disappointed at all. I highly suggest making an appointment prior though as I did have to wait almost two hours to be seen, but that was fully my fault for not calling ahead and I can absolutely see why they are so busy. The girl that did my nails did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with the results. I will definitely recommend them and be going back.

It’s Mother’s Day and only went in because my regular salon was super busy and I needed my nails done just to take off nexgen and get gel polish well this pageant lady in the front cut my nails to short and didn’t even shape them every single nail was crooked they looked so ugly that even my 9 year old that was with me said I should never go back there and she’s right! I will never go back there $25 for something I had to come home and fix 🤬

Neil did my nails & I love them. He took his time & listened to me explaining what I wanted. Ive been looking for a long time for a place that I could come to on a regular basis. I think I found it! Pedicure & eyebrows were done nice as well.

The technicians were very nice and personable. The salon was not very clean. There was so much dust on the stations from the nails. Cloth or paper towel was dirty. Should be changed between each client/customer. Good prices though.

Amy you are rude, your customer service is horrible and I would never in my entire life recommend this nail shop to anyone! You need to understand that the customers are the ones keeping this business open & if not the business will fail! Stop acting as if there are no nail shops around and understand people give you there hard earning money and you need to give them the best service in return! Ive been with Amy for about 8 years now! I love her. They updated their machines and shop not too long ago. I think they need to decrease their prices a little bit though.

Best eyelashes, eyebrow wax and gel pedicure. May experience a wait but its well worth waiting. Its very clean and well maintained, employees always very nice. Best salon in the area, reasonable prices.

Went here for the first time to get a refill on my nails and the service was wonderful. the staff was friendly and the lady (owner) who worked on my nails did an excellent job. I havent had nails done and looked this great for a while! Definitely recommend if your around the area!

Grew out my eyebrows so full and thick. Went in to get them done after regrowing brows. And left with horrible results. Uneven brows. Missing patches. The girl rushed for no reason. Idk if that’s her mode of waxing but it’s bad. Never going there again. Seriously. I can regrow them again but it takes a long time. Never trust a girl with teeth floss as eyebrows to do your eyebrows. H O R R I B L E .

The time i spent there was very short even though it was busy. Although, i do think that the nail tech that saw me was just doing it as quickly as she could.

Terrible customer service.Id never been here before. I walked in on a busy day and all the employees were busy but looked up at me when I walked in. No one greeted me or asked me what service I needed. I stood there for 10mins and not one employee came up to assist me. All I wanted was my eyebrows done but I couldnt even talk to anybody to get cued into the line of customers already waiting.

Probably the worst experience of my life. I showed the nail tech an EXACT picture of the shape and length I wanted (nothing complicated, shorter white coffin nails), yet they are still WAY too long and half of them are extremely crooked. When I told her to please make them shorter, she replied I think this is a good length for you and would not make them shorter. Half way through my nails getting done, a new nail tech had to step in and try to fix the mess that the initial tech made. When I apologized to the second nail tech for being picky and a pain in the butt (although, if I am paying for something, Id like them to look how I want), she replied I mean, its alright with the snarkiest tone. Also, in the midst of getting my nails done, a gentleman walks in and is trying to sell random shirts to the customers... Like what? lol. Was pretty disappointed given the only reason I went here was because they had good reviews and the photos customers have posted looked promising. Off to a new salon to have this set taken off a new set put on. Do not recommend... Well, I dont recommend the techs that did my nails.

Epic fail.... regular tech @ nail bar 54 was on vacation so I tried someone new ridiculous to pay 32.00 to take off nexgen and put a gel polish back on. if I could post the pics I would. looks like a child did my nails. lesson learned. did not get what I had asked for.

I liked how my daughter got her nails done and her eyebrows but I did not like the Spanish girl that did my pedicure all she did was complain about how bad my feet were and how terrible the last person did my toe nails and kept getting up to look for something.

I came to nail fetish bc someone recommend them. on 11-09-17 I decided to try them and was disappointed in the service I received. I got a pedicure and I was not satisfied at all. When I left there I wanted to pay for another one some where else. I still had nail polish on my toes when the boy finished. The boy gave me a 30 minute pedi and the massage was the weakest shortest Ive ever had.

BEWARE this is the worse nail salon I have ever gone too. I got a pedicure and the next day my big toe was infected. Had to go to the ER because the infection was so bad I was put on on IV fluids and antibiotics and had to see a podiatrist the next day so they could cut my toe nail off that was infected. If you have ingrown toe nails DO NOT let this place near your feet. Now I am stuck with a $2000 dollars in medical fees. I rate them -5 stars!!!!!

Beautiful work always

I am being very generous by giving 2 stars. I got there before the place opened and still they took 4 people before me. I went for mani, pedi, and eyebrows (I’ve only ever gotten my eyebrows done here before and they do a great job but do make you wait a long time). So as I’m getting my pedicure she clips my toe nails and then starts to paint without filing. I asked her to file them so I don’t have pointy jagged edges everywhere and while she accommodated my request (which should have been a given), it wasn’t without an eye roll and attitude. So we move on to my hands... basically the polish is streaky and top coat only covers about half of each nail (which I can go over them again with my own top coat but I shouldn’t have to). Moving on to the eyebrows.... she literally got wax on the inner corner of my eyelid, just above my lashes, placed and pressed the wax strip on my lid, and ripped it off. As I said, I usually get my brows done here and that has never happened before but what the foop?! Anyone who has eyelids knows that’s a very sensitive spot, so why would they press and rip a wax strip off there?! I will not be returning. Not for a mani pedi, not for an eyebrow wax. I’d rather pay twice as much and drive to the other side of the state for a more sanitary, professional, and welcoming experience.

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ.I do not normally take the time to write these types of reviews unless it is a good review. But When you are disappointed enough it will be worth the time. So a close friend of mind told me about Nail Fetish and I would not normally take these types of advice just because it may went well for them and their visit does not mean it will be the same for me. So i went to nail fetish 11/15/2017 and within my first encounter Ii notice there was a lack of staff. after waiting at least an hour in a half to get a regular gel meni and pedi we started with mine. After a three hours and a half went by I was done with my meni and pedi at first I notice that at least three of my fingers were not completely covered with the gel polish. But I did not let my ocd take over. But that following Saturday without having to clean with any type of bleach or hard liquid my thumb on my right hand lifted off completely. It just peeled off without any type of force. That Saturday night the thumb on my left hand was chipped and lifted off as well just by me simply accidentally jamming my hands into a wine glass. No I was not wearing any TIP (FAKE NAILS) Along with my gel. Overall I called Fetish Nail on Tuesday due to the fact that they were closed on Monday. I asked to speak to a manager due to a complaint I wanted to file. Respectfully I explained to him how long I had did my nails and describe to him what happened to the gel manicure. He said well gel manicures do really last for two weeks now .. I am the type of person to do my nails every month religiously. Rather it is Nexigen or gel, if it is done properly it should at least last two weeks going on three. Most times it last the whole month. Once Ii notice he was not being honest I explained to him on how I was not trying to be disrespectful to his staff and his business but since he does not want to take account of what happened I will have to be disrespectful. Once he notice I sounded angry he said well mam we just wont do your nails again you can go back to another nail salon to fix it or go do your nails some where else, we just wont do your nails, you can come and fix it but we wont do your nails again Anyone who knows customer services knows that as a manager of any business that you should not be talking to any customer within that tone especially if the customer was not speaking to you in a rude tone of voice. Overall it was just bad quality of work and bad customer service. I Would no recommend anyone to take time to visit this nails salon.
