I walked out with the hugest smile on my face! I’ve never been here and needed a last minute appointment and they were able to take me. My nails are thin, smooth, and exactly what I asked for. I absolutely love them. The place was clean, modern, and fresh. Exactly what you’re looking for in a place when you have to sit there for over an hour. The workers were also very friendly and took care of me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! I’m definitely coming back here!

Worst experience ever for it to have been my first time. Pedicures were way over priced and the don’t scrub your feet at all for 45$. The people working constantly kept up charging for things that should come with a basic pedicure. My nails however were the icing on the cake. I did not get the shape I wanted nor the design. The guy working stated he didn’t even do nails he was a truck driver who was filling in. He couldn’t do anything except regular polish. I requested dip powder and left looking like I need a fill when it was freshly done. Waited 40 min just to get them done. When I stated multiple times I didn’t like something he continued and never checked with me to see if I liked them. When he finished I was livid and explained I didn’t get what I asked for nor did care for the design or shape ( not to mention my right thumb was bleeding from him being rough and rushing even though the shop was empty the whole time), he simply stated “I will take $5 off” no sorry or anything apologetic. I will never ever again pay 50$ for this kind of work at this shop. Very disappointing!!!!!

The color choices and techniques were modern (tho just did solid polish no art) and the overall quality at the end was great. The facility was clean and bright. If youre in a hurry it can be a bit of an easy going place and they dont over staff - but I walked in and had no problem since I wasnt really in a rush, and my nails looked awesome!

My friend and I loved our nails. The people where so friendly. It was reasonably priced as well. They did a great job giving us exactly what we wanted. We would totally go back!

The staff was friendly and accommodating when I had to come back two days later due to my gel polish on my dip powder set chipping. Sadly, a few days later, the paint chipped again. Additionally, my pedicure with regular polish did the same even with 3-4 coats. The quality of the polish (regular and gel) is not good. Disappointing as I spent a little extra on the royal pedicure.

Came to shop as new customer found them on Google, got there he asked what I wanted I told him a French tip with color he upcharged the extra 5 to a 10 then did not do anything on the pedicure list but paint my toes no scrub no nothing he plucked my cuticles and cut my toe I said ow he said don’t move very unprofessional, there was no one in the shop he could have took his time but he did not will not be going back to them

Nick did such an amazing job on my nails! He was so nice and accommodating! The place was very relaxing and CLEAN! I would highly recommend Nick! I came in with a picture of what I wanted and he knew exactly what to do and was so helpful with picking out all the colors! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

I had the bad experience of going there, a young man assist me. He was nice but does a lazy jobHe did not clean my dead skin or met my needs. He said next time you come, lol there will be no next time . And he got no Tip! He was upset as hell and threw the ticket on my hand. Bad service no Tip learn that .

Went to get nails for the first time and Jessie did not disappoint she far exceeded expectations. I will go back.

This place is hit or miss. I think it was Ricky who did my mani pedi with gel this week. He is consistently great and does a thorough job. My pedi lasts up to two full weeks. I vote for him!

I really wanted to like this place. I walked in and it was clean, relaxing music playing with ocean scenes on the tv, it was lovely. My nail technician was so so sweet and he really cared about cleaning, cutting and filing! The paint though, it’s been two days and it’s chipping.This is not because of the technician, but because the nail polish on the wall is old and needs to be replaced, not just filled with whatever nail studios put in it to break up the goo. I actually wanted another color but couldn’t even open the color to try it on my nails it was dried tight.The mani pedi is $45 which is like $10-$15 more than the places around town (which I tried to go to first but they had no availability). If you want to charge $45 for a mani pedi, fine, but make sure your salon is the best around. That means, no old polish— new, good polish doesn’t chip the way my nails are chipping after two days. Oh also, if you want to have high prices, make your salon look spotless Ans like a spa— aka take the price tags off your plants on the entrance

My husband and I visited palm springs for his bday. We came here for his very first pedi/mani. The ladies arrived a little late but we were already late so it worked out. Both of the ladies did a great job. I got a white gel mani and pedi. The young lady massage my arms and legs. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

I literally have No Complaints the Best service and clean and my nails were so Prettty OmG will be coming back all the time!

We walked a mile, and when we arrived a guy told us to wait an hour until a different guy got there, and the different guy said you had to make an appointment and made us leave! Then the first guy lied and said he never asked us to wait!

Made an appointment- was told to wait for 10 minutes. Came back in 10 minutes, there was no one available so they wanted to sit me down and keep me waiting! Don’t schedule appointments if you don’t have the capacity for people! It’s a giant waste of time. Do not come here.

Found this place while visiting from LA. I walked in without an appointment and was taken immediately (granted it was a Monday morning). My nail technician, Richard, did a full acrylic set. One of the best sets Ive ever had. He was fast and very professional. Paid about half of what I would in LA. Highly recommend.

Brand new place. The only place to go for quality, reasonably priced, and super friendly service. Meticulous work. Lovely interior. Quality, professional, and real expertise. LOVE! More spa services to come.

Love this place!

We are from out of town visiting Palm Springs and I saw the great reviews this place had. My daughter and her girlfriend and I got a pedicure and they both got gel manicures. I tried for the first time the dipping powder. I loved the dipping powder, my nails feel and look just like my natural nails! We had three different technicians and they ALL did a fantastic job! They took their time and were detailed and very friendly! I cant wait until my next visit to go back and have my nails done again! I wish I lived closer! I definitely highly recommend them!

I got my nails done here 4 days ago the guy who did my nails literally just glued the gel on my nail even tho I was suppose to get a fill on my nails. Two nails broke the next day because the glue didn’t hold and lost another two right after . When I called in to have them fix it she told me I can’t come in because they close at six on Monday . Google disagrees ! Def not worth your money

Wonderful place. Extra extra clean - the instruments are individually sterilized and opened as they were being used. Maggie, the owner, is always on top on everything and it’s all run very smoothly and efficiently. Really love this place! Right on Palm Canyon across from Woodys and the parking is easy and abundant.

I wouldn’t go back.

Extremely rude customer service. Some nails salons only care about getting business rather than the actual customer and this is one of them. They say yes to you as a walk in when hey already are all booked up and try to make you wait an hour. Start on your manicure then leave you to sit and wait. This salon is inconsiderate of people’s time.
